Dear Community,

I am very happy to inform you that the next update is finally ready. This update has taken a lot of time and energy, especially the change from UNet to FishNet and the rebalancing. But now directly to the topics of the update. I'll start with the most important points, followed by the full patch notes and a preview of the next update.

The most important points:

New game mode - Double Up:
With this update, you can play the challenge mode together with a friend. This means you build towers together on a map and the crystals for killing enemies are shared. All items are instanced, so everyone has their own loot.

UNet to FishNet:
One of the most significant points of this update is the change from UNet to FishNet. Anyone can now create a lobby without the need for port forwarding. In addition, the stability and performance of the network connection have been improved.

Balance:
As previously announced, the balance has been tweaked:
- Over 100 talents and improvements reworked
- Towers adjusted
- New tower variants
- Over 200 new items added
- Revised the wave settings on all maps
- Difficulty curve adjusted
- Difficulty levels adjusted
- Loot tables reworked

Balance

Tower
- The bonus damage the Arcane Tower was dealing to shielded targets has been reduced
- The level 1 cannon tower now reduces the healing of its targets by 15% instead of 10%
- Level 2 Cannon Tower now reduces the healing of its targets by 25% instead of 20%
- The Level 2 Cannon Turret now reduces the healing of its targets by 40% instead of 30%
- The level 1 crossbow turret now deals 6 to 7 damage
- The level 2 crossbow turret now deals 23 to 24 damage
- The level 3 crossbow turret now deals 67 to 68 damage
- The level 2 Gatling Turret now deals 20 damage
- The level 3 Gatling turret now deals 46 damage
- The mechanics of the Gatling turret have been slightly adjusted: Its base attack speed at lower levels has been reduced, and the increase per energy point has been increased. This change makes items with base damage less effective for the Gatling Turret

Abilities
- The ability coefficient can now also affect buffs
- The ability coefficient of the "Ice Column" ability has been reduced from 0.4 to 0.35
- The ability coefficient of the "Lightning Bolt" ability has been increased from 0.45 to 0.5
- The "Meteor" ability now costs 25 instead of 30 mana The cooldown has been reduced from 15 to 12 seconds, the base damage has been reduced from 50 to 45
- The wave coefficient of "Dark Strike" has been weakened
- The wave coefficient of "Meteor" has been weakened
- The ability coefficient can now also affect healing abilities

Improvements / Talents
- The talent "Fill Your Pockets" is now available from level 5

- Fixed a bug where the cooldown buffs on abilities improved the cooldown buff for towers
- Fixed a bug where the ability power was set to the value of the boost after using an ability potion
- Changing a screen now works correctly
- In full screen modes, the mouse now stays inside the window
- Fixed a bug where the animation of "Evil Mushrooms" would no longer go out of the "Idle State" after the unit was stunned
- Fixed a bug where the VFX of attackers was not displayed on clients
- Fixed a bug where resources were not saved when leveling up after a round was completed
- Fixed a bug where the wrong rank was displayed in challenge mode after completing the mode

I had hoped to be able to integrate the revised single player mode into this update. Unfortunately, that didn't work out. However, the revision will definitely be part of the next major update. Then it will also be possible to play the maps of the single player mode together with a friend. I will write a separate developer note on this topic.

Here is Roboom's first content update after the Early Access release! It was a great launch, and we are thankful to every single Roboom player.

As for the update: We are introducing a new enemy Robocon who is shy, and rarely shows themselves. But there is a special, rare reward for defeating them! Along with this, HUB now has a new area!

Here's a summary of everything new in Roboom:

Now, throughout your runs, you will see Nishiki, who spawn quite rarely! While beautiful, they are shy creatures too, running away immediately after attacking you.

    Hello! I'm almost done with the next long-awaited update for Corpse Master Carnage! I'm implementing a LOT of new things and I'll need +1 week to be able to deliver all of them in perfect condition. Here are a few more things you'll find in the next update:

    - You can now Knife monsters, just like the original Corpse Master. Knifing monsters will also give you more points than shooting.

    - You can also upgrade your knife with a brand new beautiful Special Perk, available on the map "Hideout 116".

    - You can now also run, just like in the original Corpse Master. Stamina can be increased to run further, by buying another brand new perk! Available on the maps: "Hideout 116" and "Forsaken".

    - The GAME OVER screen was changed, and now will show your stats on a leaderboard, along with the other players in the match (when online is available)

    - Im working on a way to REVIVE YOURSELF when you're playing solo.

    - I'm also working on some brand new Easter Eggs, like getting secret guns, unlocking songs and etc...

    本次资料片包含门派特色、RPG养成及总舵模拟经营

    2.我们花了一个多月收集外网反馈重做江湖Ⅱ数值产出体系及所有玩法数值体验,将从这次更新开始逐步放出。(优化自4月18号以来大家反复吐槽的同质化玩法产出、后期乏味的世界探索、大量随机表导致的反复无聊等等)




    【本次更新内容】


    1、逐步开放完整的特色门派玩法


    之前四十多个门派将逐一更新、持续更新:本次开放重天门、流云镖局

    1.1门派RPG养成


    每个门派都有独立的rpg剧情任务以及门派相关奇遇(这块会随着江湖霸图玩法后续进一步丰富展开)

    1.2、门派特殊玩法


    每个门派都拥有独属于自己的规则玩法,比如流云镖局-押镖、重天门-抓捕NPC炼制人傀等等(会随着版本的不断更新、玩法规则会不断深入:比如牢房会涉及到解锁和越狱、跟某些身份挂钩等等)

    1.3、门派差异化玩法


    更有江湖味道、百家争鸣、拒绝同质化玩法

    1.3.1不同的门派有不同的流派及等阶:比如太初剑宗,即属于7阶道家领袖宗门

    1.3.2不同的门派有不同的倾向特色(生活战术学识技艺):比如太初剑宗倾向“剑术(7阶)、道学(7阶)、炼丹(4阶)

    1.3.3不同倾向的门派对应着不同的玩法产出:比如太初剑宗拥有对应“剑术道学“1-7阶的大量玩法产出、”炼丹“1-4阶的大量玩法产出

    1.4、开放江湖霸图总舵建设


    1.4.1、招募门人


    江湖中有形形色色的NPC,不同的NPC有自己独特的特质,或是遇到意气相投之辈,成为掌门之后都可以将其招募;

    1.4.2、门派任命




    门派内设有副宗主,护法,长老,堂主之位,不同职位需求的门人能力值不同,能够对门派有不同程度的增益。


    1.4.3、贤堂


    门派玩法界面有贤堂,礼堂,财堂,坊堂,藏宝阁,大殿等建筑,每个建筑都会有自己不同的对应功能,并会根据江湖霸图DLC更新逐步发放。

    1.4.4、坊堂


    宗门内的内务堂,能够派遣弟子打造武器,制造丹药,同时门人的天赋不同能够影响到打造的成果,或许有锻造大师能够打出至强的武器(新的数值体系更新完成后,顶级的道具只能通过顶级的身份获得包括但不限于跟身份相关的锻造、炼制以及对应玩法如门派玩法等)

    1.4.5、藏宝阁


    门派有稀世藏宝阁,能够从此收购天下间天地至宝,也可以用自己的材料投入宗门换取宗门发展,根据藏宝阁的等级不同能够换取不同的材料(新的数值体系更新完成后,顶级材料的获取会更具有江湖味道:比如长白山的人参、天山雪莲这种,少有外界流动的材料!门派藏宝阁即为少数相关场所)

    1.4.6、门派商店


    身为门派掌门,能够任意支配门派商店的道具,当发展宗门,宗门繁荣值过高宗门弟子每隔一定时间会根据繁荣值采购道具孝敬掌门

    第二招更名 潜龙勿用(本招还将在后续更新重做玩法和特效)

    4、NPC立绘优化第一弹


    本次将更新16个NPC立绘;我们将逐批次优化完所有立绘。





    5、数值体系优化重构第一弹


    5.1、所有材料产出做差异化、固定化、以及江湖味优化:

    现在材料会有自己的固定刷新地,不同区域产出不同的采集材料。(比如东海毒龙草、天山千年雪莲、长白山参王、西南金蚕蛊等等;注,当前配置完1-7阶的材料,而额外天才地宝相关的配置还要等两波更新)

    5.2、门派倾向玩法产出优化:

    身份玩法高阶部分相关产出都挪移至对应门派玩法,比如太初剑宗(剑术7阶、道学7阶、炼丹4阶)则拥有了对应剑术、道学1-7阶的所有产出玩法、炼丹1-4阶的所有产出玩法。目前重天门和流云镖局门派商店已经调整。(其余所有门派的将随进度调整,并逐渐去掉原有产出)

    5.3、心法升级养成更具有江湖味、武侠风:

    只有心法才能提供阴阳刚柔毒的百分比数值加成,旨在更加契合该武学的偏向。比如金刚不坏体将大量增加刚属性、九阳神功以阳为主刚为辅、寒冰真气影响阴及毒(持续更新)

    5.3.1越高级的心法洗炼,影响的五行词条越好

    5.3.2不同的心法和武学招式升级方向将有偏向(之前为随机):比如寒冰升级只能为阴、五毒神功升级固定是“毒“,不会再出现寒冰真气属性为阳等破坏武学代入感的情况。

    5.3.4、经脉/武学的词条不再提供百分比五行属性加成,转换成固定数值加成

    5.3.5、削弱吹天卷和淮临珠固定五行词条数值,略微增加后期对于五行属性获取的难度

    5.3.6、极难难度下淮临珠开放更强力的词条,属性比之前提升10%~20%

    5.4、经脉穴位养成优化:差异化、固定化,取消随机和SL的无聊玩法

    1)新增固定词条吹息卷(比如吹息卷刚这种),取消了无聊的随机玩法;

    2)共25种属性固定吹天卷对应25个独立boss掉落,图谱的等级根据怪物境界相关,后续会根据怪物族群进一步增加对应固定吹天卷配置

    5.5、随机NPC委托

    缩减随机NPC委托数量,大幅提升委托奖励,更改委托奖励,主要用于获取修为

    6、其他内容更新


    ★优化了鼠标指针图标

    ★增加了药材、矿石的固定采集点

    ★增加了采集药材、矿石的产出地描述

    ★增加了固定词条吹息卷,降低了词条属性随机难度

    ★增加了某些BOSS固定词条吹息卷的产出

    ★增加新的商人,投放新秘法秘术

    ★增加了商人处,基础武学材料的产出

    ★重天门、流云镖局的门派商店,增加部分秘术秘法材料等道具

    ★修复了文案错误,将“藏起山”修改为“藏器山”

    ★修复了《秘卷:金铁鸣寒》无法获得的问题

    ★修复了水无常势的效果,可以正常触发撕骨裂和减速的效果

    ★修复了浩然剑诀招式落秋霜的化境卷的获取问题,现在由麓山书院和砚溪山庄门派商店产出

    ★修复了相忘江湖支线可能会重复触发的问题

    ★修复了千里月明最后任务奖励没有手镯道具的问题

    ★修复了部分老存档无法显示丁裕的问题

    ★修复了部分老存档通关后无法显示取消跟随功能光点的问题

    ★平衡了百战圣功中运功效果的数值
