[UBR] Fixed an issue where part of the ServerRunner window was not visible
[UBR] Fixed an issue where no warning was displayed when leaving ships behind in a rift sector
DAMAGE FLASH Players, Bots and Bot Spawners now have model parts that flash in response to taking damage, making it more clear to players whether they are successfully damaging enemies / taking damage. This is especially helpful with larger enemies that have more health.
CHANGES TO PLAYER CONTROLS Previously the player would use Right Trigger to fire main weapon and Right Bumper to fire secondary weapon. This was a bit strenuous on the player’s right finger. Now the Left Trigger fires the secondary weapon. This also allows players to shoot both of their weapons at the same time. The left or right Bumpers can now be used to make the Spawnable Player Turret shoot or make the Hoverboard shoot if the player is riding one. Player controls display in the Main Menu and Pause Menu has been updated accordingly. It now also includes brief explanation that player weapons function differently in Aim Mode.
BOUNCE PAD IMPROVEMENTS Previously the bounce pads would physically move upwards to bounce the player then move back to the ground. The latter part was causing some physics problems (eg, bounce pads getting stuck if an object prevented it falling back down). Bounce Pads now remain still and bounce the player by spawning an invisible floor that shoots upward then disappears. This has solved the previous physics problem. Also, the centre of each bounce pad will now flash when bouncing a player or robot.
PLAYER MODEL CHANGES In PvP dark arenas, players were unable to effectively hide from other players because most of the weapons had luminous parts on them. The luminosity on all player model parts, and the player’s eyes, have now been removed, allowing for better dark arena stealth tactics.

Welcome to the Chronicles of Rodovia - a series designed to prepare you for ascension to the throne! 📖 Thanks to the following entries, you will learn how to manage your kingdom and your subjects, make crucial, even fateful decisions, and safeguard your reign from premature demise. In each subsequent post, we will take a closer look at a different gameplay element and explain the basic mechanics that govern the world of Crown of Greed, so be sure to follow them carefully.
Today we will venture into the wilderness. And it's not just about an ordinary forest, but about unexplored lands, misty thickets and woods inhabited by deadly creatures. This is what the life of a Hunter is like - dangerous, yet full of bold deeds and adventures ✊ Care to share one?
The wilderness holds no secrets... 🌲🐗
While most people feel most comfortable among the city streets, castles, and homes of their kin, your kingdom will also have free spirits who prefer something... entirely different. Their home isn't stone walls, but a sleeping bag in the forest. Their roof isn't shingles, but a sky full of stars. Finally, their dream is not a warm meal by the fireplace, but an eternal journey and discovering the unknown. Meet Hunters - the greatest wilderness experts whose services can change the face of your empire!
To broaden and solidify your power as a ruler, you'll frequently need to take risks and venture into new wild territories. However, not all heroes are willing to undertake such expeditions - sometimes it does not suit their character, sometimes they simply lack the appropriate skills. Fortunately, Hunters are always happy to take on such a challenge, as their specialty is long journeys and reconnaissance missions 🦶
Hunters are known for their speed and excellent eyesight, which allows them to uncover larger areas than other units. Their weapon of choice is the iconic bow and arrow. They attack silently, quickly and effectively, which is why their opponents often do not even see what hit them! 💥
This, combined with their eternal pursuit of adventures and freedom, ensures that Hunters are always happy about undertaking exploration missions.
Hunters Camp 🏹 Recruit the best of the best
Did you know that Hunters deal more damage against beasts than other heroes? Do you know why they are famous for their speed and scouting abilities mentioned above? The secret, apart from the experience gained in the field, lies in their training. Hunters Camp isn't only a place where you can recruit these agile wanderers, but it's also their training ground where they hone their craft.
With practice, your Hunters can enhance their skills, mastering new, even more deadly shooting techniques... of course, if they live long enough. Their camp serves as a safe place to rest between missions, as well as a point where they exchange stories with their brethren. Therefore, you should always consider allocating additional funds to enhance this building, so the heroes have the optimal environment for their growth 🎯 The better the Hunters are, the better service they will be able to provide you!
Thanks to good knowledge of the surrounding areas and the ability to carry out missions in distant corners of your empire, you can gain a significant advantage over your opponents. Make no mistake, such challenges are never easy and only well-trained adventurers can cope with them ⚔️ Hunters, although specific and preferring to work alone, will undoubtedly demonstrate their value to you on many, many occasions.
Basilisk - one of the beasts you can hunt 😈
As you traverse various hunting grounds, it is more than certain that you will encounter many deadly dangers 💀 Welcome to the world of Rodovia! Among these dangers we can mention many entities - undead, cursed ones, demons, greenskins... or beasts, which are the Hunters' specialty. Thanks to extensive training and experience shared among members of this profession, Hunters are more than capable of facing bloodthirsty beasts, and they won't back down from horrors such as giant spiders, vipers, or wolves 🐺
And while these all are very dangerous creatures, they are still far from the Basilisk...
You see, your Majesty, Hunters encounter many beasts in their careers, but after encountering a Basilisk, these careers often end in a violent and bloody way. Only the most experienced and well-equipped veterans are able to deal with this gigantic, lizard-like creature. Oh, did we mention that it can... fly? To make matters worse, the Basilisk's direct gaze can turn its prey to stone 😱 If legends are to be believed, this mysterious monstrosity can be found in long-forgotten dungeons and the thickest forest.
With this in mind, be sure to double-check that your Hunters are capable of defeating this unique beast - the loss of a proven hero can be severe, and the replacement of his role can be long-lasting. Don't be surprised if the Hunter asks for a large sum of gold for undertaking such a difficult mission 💰 Where there is a great challenge, there is a great reward, as they say. In the end, you alone must assess the balance of costs and benefits of eliminating the dreadful Basilisk from your lands.
Thank you, your Majesty!
We trust that the fifth installment of the Chronicles of Rodovia series has sparked your eagerness to seize the throne and guide your kingdom to prosperity and glory!
You can be sure that we will soon publish more interesting information and news about the game, just like the next parts of our Chronicles 😁 Stay hyped, stay tuned, and add Crown of Greed to your Steam wishlist. Thank you, Rulers!
In the upcoming "Rzhev" update, all radio operator class soldiers will gain access to a new radio command - Supply crate drop. A transport plane will deliver a crate full of the ammunition to the location you choose. For resupplying allies, the soldier who called the supply drop will receive additional battle score. This command has a 30 second cooldown.
One call, and your whole team will be grateful. Let the engineers get their hands dirty with construction.
