Here comes a small update after the launch of the game. Thank you all for your support and feedback.

Since we are smashing rocks and mining ores in the game, lots of players wanted pickaxes. I thought there is no need to wait for a bigger update to implement these. So I made 6 pickaxes. Pickaxes has the “Earthshatter” trait, meaning they inflict 25% more damage to golems, gargoyles and rocks. They can be found everywhere in the world like normal weapons.



Another small addition is for the gorgons. Gorgon’s petrify ability now also curses the hero with a petrified arm. This curse lasts more than ten days. It reduces dexterity but improves melee damage. So it is actually not that bad. See below the details:

ADDITIONS
  • 6 Pickaxes added.
  • Petrified arm curse added.
  • Added minatour sound effect for the overworld minotaur ambush.
  • Added a mysterious sound effect for the forbidden ritual and lost mausoleum overworld incidents.
  • Added new suffixes for the melee weapons and boots that give them extra durability.
CHANGES
  • There won't be 5 enemy encounters in the tiles with less than 3 danger.
  • Slightly reduced the danger level of grasslands.
  • Keyboard shortcut "Q" opens crafting menu. It was always there but I forgot to write it on the options menu.
  • Updated lightning talents stones information page to tell that these spells do more damage to frozen or wet enemies.
FIXES
  • Fixed an issue where character always dies at the same day if played in adventure mode and saved at the last day of death curse in a town.
  • Snake nests were dropping vial of snake blood although there is no snake blood in the game.

Oof, busy day!

Bugs fixed:
- the who no longer gives infinite skills
- fortifications and terrain is correctly rotated with shadows
- no more professional curling championships when you're pausing and opening the menu in game
- events give fish when you want fish
- enemies are more difficult, placement bonuses stack correctly for AI
- manpower works correctly
- smaller issues

99% of bugs reported are fixed.
Mac M2 graphics bug when in fullscreen is still an issue.
I see some errors in the analytics, will fix them when I'm back from the break.

Clash: Blue Mirage - Sciaenops Ocellatus
Ah, summertime. When its too hot to go outside and when my day job is put on hold. I have no excuse NOT to get Chapter 5 at the very least finished.

Which is the plan, of course. The biggest problem right now is that it's too darn short (and considering I'm a terrible judge of chapter lengths, its saying something if I'm catching it this early on), so not only do I need to finish the chapter but I need to pad it out a little more. But, if all goes well, maybe late June/early July will see the release of Chapter 5.

Then comes Chapters 6 and 7, and then the two epilogue chapters. Yes, there's two epilogues. I don't know why.

Chapter 6 is going to have five branches based on how players have built up their stats throughout the game. And because I am a mean old lady, your top (maybe top two, if I can figure out how to do so) branch will be available to pick from at the end of Chapter 5. Replayability??? Look, Digimon Survive did something similar to what I'm planning, if they can pull it off then so can I. Anyway, I hope to get Chapter 6 started during the summer as well. More updates on that in the July hype update.

And whenever the Summer sale is, both Robot Detective and Blue Mirage will be in it.

AND in July, I'm going to be prototyping a space game. Demo will go up once its ready, with the rest of the game coming whenever Blue Mirage is done.

Continue the story with the all new 2nd chapter! Meet your new robot friend Lucky Beast, visit a zoo with Nana, Serval, and Ezo Red Fox, have a snowball fight in an underground research facility, and learn the reason behind Ezo Red Fox's unkind behavior towards the protagonist girl.

Update Notes
Updated game to include chapter 2 and fix old issues with the demo version.

Please note that old save files are not completely compatible with the new version of the game and may cause glitches with the user interface.

To enjoy the new content without issues, we strongly recommend that you start a new game and use the skip button (Control on PC, Command on Mac) to skip to chapter 2.

Please also ignore any error message you may see about maliciously constructed save files. For some reason, the current version of the game does not recognize old saves as having been created by the player.

Dear players
Thank you all for your enthusiastic support and tolerance towards "Oh my goodness! If you can't find true love, just go to the streets!"! We attach great importance to everyone's feedback and have been working hard to improve the gaming experience. In response to the feedback from everyone, the team made overnight repairs. The following are the specific updates:
Repair content:
1. Fix achievement counting bug.
2. Fix the bug in Chapter 4 that cannot be continued.
3. Compatible with lower version graphics card drivers, no longer prompting for graphics card driver updates.
4. Add border window settings, allowing users to adjust window size (suitable for some models).
5. Fix the bug where duplicate achievements are displayed, and fix the issue where three achievements cannot be achieved.
6. Fix the bug of missing skip buttons when reviewing past content.
7. Fixed the issue of unable to switch windows in full screen mode. When the screen adaptation size is stretched, it can be switched to window mode (suitable for some models).
8. Fixed the issue with cloud archiving, it can now be used normally.
9. Fix the issue where the Chinese installation path cannot be used.
