Let's share some simple tips to make your battles more exciting and enjoyable.
Charging Attack(CA)
Firstly, let's talk about charge attacks. Holding down the attack button will trigger different moves depending on the weapon equipped. Our charge attacks are executed uniquely based on the equipment in the player's hand. While normal weapons have a general charge move, special weapons will have different charge attacks even if they are of the same type.
For example, the Gun charged attack can load one grenade bullet, but if a perfect reload is triggered through the JUST mechanism, it can load three grenades.
JUST System
When players perform precise actions at the right moment, they can trigger the JUST system to receive positive rewards.
JUST Evade
When the player performs a dodge at the moment of being attacked, the JUST Dodge mechanism is triggered, resulting in different counterattack actions depending on the weapon type.
JUST CAST
Even some CA attack could contain JUST System. For Example the Sword CA could get through the arrow when cast at a perfect timing.

UNIQUE TALENT
Our uniquely designed talent system is the result of our bold research and development efforts. This system significantly enhances and highlights the distinctiveness and fun of each character, while the combination of skills and weapons further deepens the game's mechanics. *Please refer to the official talent design for details.
EXECUTE
When an enemy's accumulated damage reaches a certain threshold, they will enter a weakened state, indicated by a flashing gold light. At this point, the player can approach and press F (keyboard) or the East button (controller) to execute a special finishing attack on the enemy.The execution will immediately knock down the enemy and interrupt their current action.
TEAM
The team system has been streamlined to focus on enhancing combat. When players successfully complete a hero's challenge, that hero automatically joins the team. By interacting with the goddess, players can invite these heroes to join the active combat team. *In the DEMO, you can converse with the goddess to bring up rescued teammates, but for adventuring together, please look forward to the official version content.

Introduce yourself, and what do you do in the team! My name is Mia, and I’m the Art Director on Moonlight Peaks. Aside from that, I do modelling, particularly buildings and architectural props, set-dressing, and lighting. I've been with Little Chicken for nearly four years, initially starting out as a Lighting Artist on one of our previous games, Traffic Jams.
How did you get into the games industry? I always knew I wanted to work in a creative field, and drawing has been a constant in my life. Alongside that, I've always enjoyed playing games. When a friend told me about the Game Design Masters program at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, it just seemed like the perfect match for my interests.
At first, my plan was to dive deep into modelling, but I quickly changed my mind after getting hands-on experience working as a 3D Artist. I became more interested in working with the overall mood of each scene, and the environment as a whole. I shifted to lighting, and spend more time on set-dressing, world-building, and composition.
Where do you draw inspiration from? I typically draw inspiration from other games and artists. Simon Stålenhag is one of my favorites; I really love the atmosphere and lighting in his work. Movies also play a big role—I'm a huge fan of Wes Anderson films, and they bring in a different kind of inspiration for me. In particular, they inspire me with their composition and use of color.

My personal projects also draw inspiration from cozy spaces. When working on dioramas, I often browse Pinterest for ideas, finding inspiration in cute shops, houses, and dollhouses. It's an easy way to capture the warmth and atmosphere I'm aiming for in my own work. At some point, I would really love to work on a game in this art style as well, perhaps a building game of some sorts.

What are some of your favorite games, and why? I have a few favorite games, and among them, Journey and Inside take the lead. What I like most about these games is the way they've captured distinct art styles and created very immersive worlds. Disco Elysium is also one of my favorites. I really love the hand-painted look and the storyline.
Besides that, I’ve also played a lot of life-sim games, classics like Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing being personal favorites. Spiritfarer was also a standout for me, I really love the art style and animations. I also just started playing Moonstone Island, and I'm loving how they've put their own twist on things.
What is your favorite thing to work on for Moonlight Peaks? I enjoy everything related to worldbuilding, especially the freedom to incorporate supernatural elements and quirky ideas. My favorite tasks involve working on lighting, set-dressing, and perfecting composition—basically bringing the world to life.
I enjoy taking the time to set-dress various areas, ensuring they have that inviting and cozy vibe. It's important to me that the world doesn't feel empty, so I put a lot of effort into detailing every nook and cranny.
What do you most look forward to working on for Moonlight Peaks? I’m really looking forward to seeing how the entire town and environment will come together. I can’t wait to dive into the set-dressing for different seasons and events, and creating unique lighting setups for each area of the world.

Tell us about your lighting and set-dressing process! When I begin setting up a scene, I first work on getting the basic shapes and composition right. Once that's in place, I move on to figuring out the lighting. I experiment with different light sources, their intensity, and how they cast shadows to set the right mood. In Moonlight Peaks, we use a very soft lighting to keep things cozy. We keep shadows minimal, steering clear of harsh contrasts. This approach aims to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making the environment a very comfortable and relaxed place.
As I go along, I pay attention to the details in the scene—adjusting textures, materials and post-processing to make things look magical and coherent. The last step involves adding various smaller props and elements to give the scene a lived-in and cozy feel.

Hello! The start of the new “Ravagers Ascension” season and the rework of the energy supply and energy consumption systems are not the only things to look forward to in the upcoming major update. There is also something brand new and long-awaited coming to the Wasteland: a way to earn uranium ore outside the Clan wars!
We remind you that all the features described in this news article may be changed / improved / removed from the final version of the event.
What is the “Battle for uranium”?
“Battle for uranium” is a temporary event planned for launch in a few days after the start of the new “Ravagers Ascension” season. You’ll need to fulfill a number of conditions to participate in the event, so we thought it would be best to give you a chance to prepare, and so we are sharing the information ahead of time.
When will it be held and for how long?
The familiar “Clan confrontation” will be replaced with the “Uranium wars” for one week. This mode will completely replace the “Confrontation” for a week and will be held in the same time intervals.
What are the features and rules of the event?
The basic rules will remain the same: “4 vs 4” PvP battles in rounds that last until the first victory, and you must be a member of a clan of any level to participate. You can enter the battle as part of a group or alone. You can prepare up to 3 armoured vehicles for the battle, one of which can be selected at the beginning of the battle.
The main feature is that you raise your personal rating in the “Uranium wars” and move up the leaderboard in the same way as in the recent “Enemy in reflection” event. Depending on your final ranking, you may receive a certain amount of uranium ore. In addition to your final score, uranium ore will also be awarded for advancing to certain leagues, but the main battle will be for the places in the top league: that’s where you’ll get the biggest rewards.
During the event, you will have access to 2 variants of “Uranium wars”: battles for vehicles from 7000 to 8000 PS and battles for vehicles from 12000 to 13000 PS. We advise you to prepare your vehicles in advance: there never was such an opportunity to get uranium ore before, and you definitely shouldn’t miss it!

Autopsy Tools
Magnifier
After documenting the cadaver in the condition it arrived with the Polaroid camera, we need to take a closer inspection of the areas with external abnormalities before we document these on our report. It's worth remembering the context around the scene of the death. You'll do so via the police report, which you'll read before conducting each autopsy. This allows you to interpret any traces found on the body during the magnifier inspection.
To use the Magnifier tool, select Magnifier on the tool wheel and begin to examine the areas highlighted on the body. In the example below, we're investigating the which seems to contain a bite mark. We'll need to jot that down and inspect this further into the examination.
UV Lamp
Need to check for external traces? The good old UV Lamp is the tool you'll need for conducting external analysis during your autopsy. Select this tool and scan the whole body, looking closely and carefully for any UV ray traces.
Scalpel
Moving from external to internal, we'll need to cut open the body and begin the remainder of the examination. Grab the Scalpel tool to begin cutting. The incision should be in the shape of the letter 'Y'. Use a deep cut to reach the ribs and penetrate the abdominal wall. Once the body is fully cut open, we peel back and separate the skin to perform the internal examination.
Loppers
The loppers are a crucial tool for the internal examination. Use the Lopper tool to remove the ribs from the body. This will allow you to explore the main organs below, including the heart and lungs. (We'd like to say that the loppers have a very satisfying crunch sound.)
Saw
Next up, we have the oscillating saw. Utilise this tool to inspect the brain for abnormalities by opening up the cranium. The cut with the saw is made from ear to ear. After which, remove the skin and the top of the skull and then cut the brain starting from the occipital lobe. In this way, the dura mater of the brain is slowly exposed.
Once the cut of the cranium is complete, we can perform a basic examination of the brain. You may need to examine the brain further by taking a cross-section on the cutting board.
Syringe
Taking samples from the cadaver is useful for toxicological tests. To do so, we select the Syringe tool and draw blood from the key highlighted areas. In the example below, we're taking samples from three organs to be sure of alcohol levels in the body. We draw 5ml of blood from the eyeball, the heart, and the bladder, for later analysis which will rule out or confirm if alcohol poisoning was the cause of death.
Needle
Finished the autopsy and found the cause of death? Once you've added your signature to the Autopsy Summary Report documentation, the case is solved- but for us, this is not the end. We need to close the body and grab the needle tool. Unroll the skin flaps and sew the deceased back up using the 'Baseball Stitch' technique- a strong and quick stitch.
We recently made changes to our Needle tool to enhance its realism! This has been achieved by updating the stitch style and adding a pulled skin effect to this tool.
Alongside the tools above, several pieces of equipment you'll need during specific autopsy examinations are placed around the Autopsy Room, the Laboratory, and even a few in the Cellar. 👀 This includes Microscope Examinations, Fax Machine and PC Database Analysis, Fingerprint Examinations, and more!

Railgun turret now always shoots all the shoot range as it should. Factory now has 2 modes of production. Iron or Swarmlit. Splitter building has been changed. Now each such building works independently, which makes it more efficient.
Bug fixes:
Fixed a bug when smoke particles continue to appear when drilling on pause. Fixed a bug when workers on retreat might have wrong speed. Fixed a bug with opening the technology window and any other window, as a result of which the technology was lost. Fixed a falling block bug that killed nearby units. Fixed a Resonant laser bug that crashed the game. Fixed a bug with carrier drone that could interrupt the carrier's retreat. Fixed a bug that caused the new building level to cost 3 pieces of iron, although it showed 4.
Balance:
Repair station heal was increased (from 140 to 150) Railgun damage was reduced (from 42 to 38). The cost of the Resonant laser building has been slightly increased. Rocket launcher ability now refunds cooldown based on how much rockets has been launched. The technology spawn has changed slightly. Now the player gets a little less technology at the first level, but more at the subsequent ones. Laboratory upgrade "Ferix injections" now heals a little more hp, but only at daytime. Laboratory upgrade "Core reassembly" cost was increased. Recycler now changes the fixed amount of resources.
