Don't Die, Collect Loot - Dan
  • Increased the base exp for Inferno and Nightmare monsters by 50-80% depending on the monster type. This is to counteract the removal of the Airship EXP reward meta
  • Fixed a bug where bosses were still sneakily getting iframes they shouldnt have
  • Increased the pool size for abilities. You're all so powerful now that you're overwhelming the original pool and causing some early-run lag
  • Fixed a bug where Overwhelming Strikes wouldn't apply all the time, depending on which skills you were using

Can you believe it? It hasn't even been a full week yet since the release of RollScape and we're already looking at our first major update.

Introducing: Challenges & Leaderboards!

If you've already played the game before, go ahead and take a look at where you stand in the new leaderboards. Remember that the game is still extremely young, so everyone's got a good chance at making it to the top. Just give it a try!

Since we already got quite the community forming, I thought it would be super fun to get some more competition going. That's why there will now be challenges in RollScape. Every challenge is temporary and will be replaced with new ones as soon as we're bored of them. The first one is now live!

Welcome, members of the Accord!

In this patch we are once again adding few things, but most of all we are implementing fixes for Autosave, some players reported crashes caused by the autosave system. Our testers are working hard to find every possible cause, at the moment we are releasing 14 different fixes for the autosave, hopefully this will fix the issue and we didn't miss anything.

If anyone experiences a crash, please if possible report it as soon as possible. Preferably using our in-game bug report system. Or join our Discord channel so that Testers and me may ask some questions that could speed up the repair.

◈ Possible fix for Autosave crash, more testing is required.

◈ In some part of the map, grass was flickering.

◈ When changing the bot base, the select screen didn't properly set the name of the base, if it was custom-made by the player.

◈ Ore Extractors extensive extraction was always on the screen after turning on (visual error).

◈ Fatigue was shown in Bots Stats Window.

◈ When controlling bot, mouse wheel would print "Not equipped with functional hands".

◈ Metos Spawners didn't take into account the amount of Metoses already spawned in the world, after thunderstorm, which triggers their roam outside the spawner area of effect.

◈ Minor highlight error in players manual > Bot Command System.

◈ Bots can once again open the doors.

◈ If player had DNA check activated in Character View, and then switch to bot control, bot seen the DNA background animation.

◈ Fix for Landscape Level of Detail, switching to lower version with a lot of minor visual errors.

Giant Mosquito is a friendly creature as long as you don't mess with it.

Cave Bat is an aggressive creature and it has a 50% chance to give you Poisoned effect when attacking.

- Added the random generating double floors Maze spawner.
- Added a new Structure called Hard Metal Chest.

- Fixed head rotation for player characters when Aiming with a Bow.
- No longer able to shoot an arrow or throw a spear while moving.
- Fixed a possible game crash when loading saved or generating new world tiles.
- Increased the maximum distance from 10.000m to 100.000m for Transmitters.
- Changed the possibility ranges for Random World Tiles for the World Generation.
Important! Because of this update you will need to regenerate your world by typing: regen into the in-game console which can be accessed by Holding Right Shift + Enter!
The regeneration process will destroy everything that has been randomly generated in the world and everything that you've placed or removed in the world!

Iron Meat - ryan.rasing
For those up for a challenge, Iron Meat will come packaged with more than 30 achievements to earn! At the start, every achievement will appear dim with a blue padlock over their icon; also, their names and descriptions appear as unknown.


You'll notice as you play through the game that certain achievements will be unlocked for level completion, or for doing specific actions (that we won't spoil here!). Also, some of the rarest skins are locked behind certain achievements, so do your best to earn them all!


Finally, when you've earned an achievement, you'll see a notification slide-in within the game, which will tell you the name of said achievement. You can head on over to the Achievements screen to see the condition you fulfilled to earn it!


We're excited to be including both skin unlocks and achievements in Iron Meat, and we're looking forward to players having a shot at collecting and completing all of them!
