UNDYING - "KINGDOM" - Vanimals Games

We're thrilled to announce the release of a major update to UNDYING—Version 1.0! This update marks the launch of Kingdom Mode, a standalone application (separate launch option) offering a fresh and immersive gaming experience unlike anything before.

New Base and Building Mode:Good news: LynnBay is your new home, ready for your creative touch!
Bad news: Your previous home is no more, but embrace the opportunity to shape LynnBay to your desires using the building system.


Transport Mechanism:Now, transport a wide range of items from around the world and furnish your home as you wish.


Research Mechanism:Discover and unlock new constructions by researching facilities left behind by other survivors, enhancing your survival capabilities.


NPC Settlement:Welcome NPCs to your camp, providing them with essential resources to expand and fortify your community.


Enemy Invasion:Prepare for regular zombie invasions and defend your camp to ensure your continued survival.


World Map and Traveling:Upgrade your car and unlock new locations on the world map, assisting fallen areas to maintain order in Aries Town.

Order System:Fulfill order tasks from NPCs to obtain valuable resources and enhance your homestead.

Scene Resources and Levels:
  • Discover a wealth of scene resources to aid in your survival journey, but beware—resources no longer respawn once depleted.
  • Nearly everything in the scene can be destroyed, but be mindful as they won't respawn once destroyed.
  • Explore expanded territories and hidden map areas teeming with resources and challenges.
Transportation Challenges:
While there's plenty to transport, be prepared for the challenge of hauling items back to your base using a trolley.

Storage Solutions:Store items in various storage boxes scattered throughout scenes, eliminating the need for loading bars.

Ground Materials:No more animation process for picking up ground materials, but remember, items left on the ground will disappear when you leave.

Known Issues:
Please note that certain issues may exist during gameplay. We are aware of these potential challenges and are prioritizing our workload to address them based on player feedback and internal testing. Some of the Known Issues
  • Improper or incorrect language translation
  • Incomplete or incorrect interaction icons
  • Incorrect AI attack behavior
  • Pathfinding/ground physics errors
  • Cody/NPC/enemy AI getting stuck or behaving abnormally
  • Some production manufacturing behaviors/interface displays are incorrect
  • The number or intensity of enemies in levels is unreasonable
  • Issues caused by various inaccurate values
  • Various rendering or visual effect errors
Protagonist Enhancements:
  • Experience new interactions and challenges as the protagonist's abilities evolve.
  • Anling is now accompanied by a fully grown Cody, ready to face the challenges of survival together.

⚠️ Note: This update is for the Public Test branch of Valheim only, and may therefore be unstable!

Prior to launching this update to the Default version of the game, we want to have a chance to discover bugs and fine-tune the balancing to ensure the best game experience.

  • ACCESS: Right-click Valheim in your Steam library, then select ‘Properties’. In the new window, select ‘Betas’ and type in the code “yesimadebackups”. The Public Test branch should now be available for you to select. The PTB FAQ can be found here.

  • FEEDBACK: Please leave any feedback in the “#valheim-public-test” channel in our Discord or through the form on our website.
Please remember to be considerate towards players who are not participating in the Public Test, as some may prefer to avoid spoilers. As indicated by the access code, please ensure to create backups of your save files before playing.

It's time for a patch with some Ashlands fixes! There are tweaks to both weapons and building pieces, and there should now also be some improvements to the loading screen. Thank you for your continued feedback!

Detailed Patch Notes

Fixes & Improvements:
* Trollstav can no longer be used in dungeons
* Trollstav will now give a warning message when trying to spawn too many trolls
* Spawned trolls can now be attacked by bosses
* Smoke bombs can now be used to put out fire
* Stone portal is now able to be built on stone & black marble
* Shield generator no longer take damage from being built over lava
* Grausten arched roof pieces no longer display a gap between the top of two roof pieces
* Fixed an performance issue related to grausten building pieces
* Fader’s flame is no longer visible on longer distance than his body
* The catapult will no longer duplicate stacked items
* Magma fish is now interested in hot fishing bait
* Immobilized tooltip will no longer show unnecessary stats
* Loading screen will now freeze the window for a much shorter period.
* The intro will now start playing while loading to shorten the overall loading time when starting the game for the first time.
* You can now cycle through hints in the loading screen

Hi everyone, in this patch we have addressed some fixes, did some improvements/changes and balance many cards

New:

  • Added new Illuminated Priestess animation when her conditions is met to win the match

Improvements:

  • Improved battleground environment

Changes:

  • All those effects that increase the cost of cards can now increase their cost even beyond 10 (Unless it is made explicit)
  • Unstable Genes and Spectral Copies make an exact copy of the card, with same current stats
  • Renamed "Intimate" spell to "Intimidate"

Balance:

Toxin:
When this card is drawn reduce your hero's maximum health by 3
When you play this card from your hand, add 2 Toxin to your deck, then shuffle it
At the end of your turn, if this card is in your hand reduce your hero's maximum health by 1
At the end of your turn, if this card is in your graveyard, it increases by 1 (up to a maximum of 10) the cost of all creatures in your deck (It is activated only once per turn)
At the beginning of your turn, if you have 10 or more Toxin in your graveyard remove all cards from your graveyard from the game and add 10 copies of Toxin to your deck, then shuffle it

Reentry - A Space Flight Simulator - wilhelmsenstudios

This is a patch combined with hot fix, where multiple issues in the Apollo Guidance Computer and general fixes as reported by the community has been addressed. It also fixes a blocking issue introduced after the previous patch where the Mercury Earth Renderer would crash (resulting in a white cloudy Earth) for players using the LOW (16k) Earth Texture resolution instead of the 64k texture pack.

Note: If you are experiencing issues with this build you can roll back to the previous using the Steam Betas Tab accessible from the Steam client (games properties).

Earth Renderer crash
The white Earth reported by some players was due to the Earth renderer crashing while using the LOW/16k Earth texture pack instead of the 64k Earth texture pack. This would lead to a white cloudy sphere below your space craft with strange artifacts during the night. This has now been patched and should work again.

Mission Objectives view hot key
I added a bindable key to the mission objectives view. It is by default bounded to C (same as the Comm/function key), but can now be decoupled from this. In my case I have bound it to O and can now view this without also cluttering the screen with the comms view.



AGC: OPR ERR during V37E
Sometimes, if you had a NOUN set when calling V37E, you would get an OPR ERR. The work around was to always go to P00 before calling a new program. This has now been fixed.

V49E - Auto maneuver procedures
The routine loaded by V49E has been updated and is now using a similar logic to the P40 auto maneuvering routine. The general procedure for maneuvering into a burn attitude is to first call V49E to maneuver into the burn attitude, followed by V37E 40E (P40).


During V49E you will now need to press ENTR during V50 to nominally exit the routine. Pressing PRO will re-start the auto maneuver and return to V50 when complete.

V49E will first ask you for the target attitude, followed by V50. Pressing PRO will display V06 during the maneuver. Once the maneuver is complete, V50 will display again. Pressing PRO will start the maneuver again (V06) while ENTR will complete the routine.

I also added a runnable checklist for V49E.

C&W power updates
I have updated the power logic related the the Command Modules Caution & Warning system to behave more realistically when powering it off using the power switch (can be set to 1, OFF or 2) instead of just the circuit breakers.


AGC input
When inserting data into R1,R2,R3 of the AGC, input exceeding the 5 digits will simply be dropped instead of triggering a warning.

Also corrected V66E, V45E, V46E to remove themselves after being executed.

The AGC and LGC has also received a minor overhaul related to the font used to render the DSKY warning lights.


Master Alarm preventing time scale
Master Alarm preventing time scale has caused a lot of bug reports. This has now become a setting and you can enable/disable this from the Realism page under Main Menu -> Settings.

Career tree wrongly showing campaign missions as completed
The career tree has had an issue where some campaign missions would be rendered as completed, without actually completing them. A fix has been applied.


Patch notes:
  • Fixed: Mercury Earth renderer crashing, leaving just a white cloudy Earth (16k resolution Earth only, 64k worked as normal)
  • Fixed: V37 while Noun set throws OPR ERR
  • Improved V49E to follow more realistic procedures, similar to P40 -> Remember to call V49E before P40
  • Updated and added the RUN feature to V49 checklist
  • Campaign 3 fixes related to V49
  • Fixed so the AGC software drops key presses once the field is full instead of turning on OPER ERR
  • Updates to the CM C&W system and power
  • Fixed: Verbs like V66E, V45E, V46E, do not remove themselves from the VERB display on the DSKY after being executed.
  • Added a bindable hot key for the mission objectives view
  • Fixed an issue where Master alarm logic could prevent timescale
  • Added an option under realism setting where you can toggle if Master Alarm should stop timescale in Apollo or not.
  • Fixed campaign handling issues in the Career tree
  • Updated AGC and LGC Warning Lights font
  • CM Cryo tank temperature balancing (minor, internal)
  • CM rates sensitivity (5 1 is 0.2 degree/tick)
