Half a year has passed since our game was released in Early Access, and as you might have noticed, we have been pretty busy improving and expanding it based on your suggestions and following our timeline.
Without going into the details, we released over 30 updates since the release. Fixing a lot of things while adding new content and features. You can always read the release notes in the game menu or our Discord for more information. The most significant updates were:
Sandbox Mode
We added a new Sandbox Mode with an automatically generated map and content, so now you can experience prehistoric ages with infinite fun without all those story quests. On top of it, there is a Creative mode where you can try all the new stuff we are adding to a game.
2nd Era
We also started working on the 2nd era. We added a custom modular system for buildings and enclosures for animals with physics and cool interactions, along with some interior pieces like shelves, chairs, tables, decorations, and more. We are still working on taming, breeding, and farming mechanics that should arrive soon.
Quests
New fascinating questlines with quirky new characters expanding our multiverse arrived in the campaign. Did I say you can now tame a prehistoric wolf and use it as a companion or help to build the first bicycle?
Some other big thighs were:
Multiple language support
Improve the fight mechanics and weapons
Multiple graphical controls and game settings
Graphical optimization
New character and animal models
New VFX and interactions
UI elements
Robust autosave and save mechanics
And some easter eggs, for sure!
Future
As for the near future, we are planning to add a new campaign for the 2nd era with an interesting new set of characters and a detective story that will teach you new farming mechanics. We also started preparing new biomes and seasons for you to explore. Yeah, and mushrooms. We will have to do something about those mushrooms everywhere. But dont worry, we have some ideas for that as well.

If not, write to us, and we will do our best to help you or improve your struggles. As you know, we are a tiny group of friends trying to make their first big game, and we would appreciate your help spreading kind words and giving us feedback.
As soon as Steam will approve the change the price of the game will change to free. This could take at least two weeks. Existing customers will probably not get a refund of the $0.99 they paid. I am making the game free because I think it is the best way to attract more players and that is what is most important to me.
In this system based update I introduce a new weapon based gameplay system to the mix... weapon overheating and cooldowns!
So, each weapon has its own system with its own timings and based on how much you shoot, the overheat bar will fill up and eventually the weapon will be overheated...causing smoke and an overheat sound to be emitted.
The weapon can then be swapped out while it is cooling down or the player can continue to throw grenades and stomp on enemies.
Shooting with left click will do a small amount of overheating and shooting with right click will do a larger one.
The idea behind this system is to further strengthen the survival elements of the game...and make the game "harder" in the way that the player needs to time his combat well, or be faced with an overheated gun in the middle of a fight.
This system is still being tested and the timings will still be worked out to near perfection...but it might cause some frustration in the meantime. Let me know what you think and how the system feels!

New ‘Yellow Dragon Wayfarer Event’ - A new ‘Yellow Dragon Wayfarer Event’ has been added where you can collect ‘Yellow Dragon Wayfarer Seal’ to create various items that will help your growth. - ‘Yellow Dragon Wayfarer Event’ is an event held regularly every 8 weeks, and all warriors of level 20 or higher can participate. 3. Blue Dragon Coffer Improvements - Two types of Blue Dragon Coffer (Material) selection boxes have been added. - Components of some Blue Dragon Coffer have been changed.

New ‘Yellow Dragon Wayfarer Event’ - During the Yellow Dragon Wayfarer Event, characters Level 20 or higher can acquire up to 30 ‘Yellow Dragon Wayfarer Seal’ items every day. - ‘Yellow Dragon Wayfarer Seal’ can be obtained by clearing Raid (x2) / Boss Raid (x4) / Hell Raid (x10), and will not be removed even after the Yellow Dragon Wayfarer Event ends. - The collected ‘Yellow Dragon Wayfarer Seal’ can be used to create a ‘Server Limited Challenge’ or ‘Character Limited Challenge’ by pressing the [Go to Craft] button on the event page.
※ ‘Yellow Dragon Wayfarer Event’ will run for a week from Monday, June 3, 2024 and will be held once every 8 weeks. For more details, please refer to [Yellow Dragon Wayfarer Event], which will be released on May 31st, 2024.

■ Bug Fixes & Gameplay Improvements 1. [Craft] Changed the probability for Great Success when crafting Dragon Artifacts. 2. [Enemies] Increased currencies drop from the Shopkeeper by 300% to encourage skilled players to kill him more often to unlock everything faster (change unique only for the Prologue).
[Enemies] Flying enemies are now unable to spawn in Challenge Rooms.
[Challenges] Changed Lucky Survivor challenge: Now it required to kill the boss with 35 or less HP instead of the need of finishing a level with 35 or less HP.
[UI] Improved visuals of Cooldown Icons (made them a little bit transparent).
[Level Up] Reduced healing after leveling up 40 => 30.
[Level Up] Increased instant mana regeneration after leveling up 75 => 135.
⚙️ Fixed:
[Curses] Enemies from Curse of the Eternal Battle will no longer spawn when dialog or minimap window is active.
[Curses] Fixed a bug where cursor was really hard to see when Curse of the Darkness was active.
[End Screen] Fixed a bug where enemies could spawn and attack you while End Screen with run stats was visible (they couldn't damage you anyway so it was just a visual thing).
[Inventory] Fixed a bug where when playing using Chinese language then the Inventory Items were overlapping each other (because of translation issues).

A crash that would occur if you threw a monster bit that was still attached to your armour
A freeze that monsters could cause when attempting to navigate through edge case floorgen conditions
A duping glitch that would occur if you threw a monster bit that wasn't attached to any armor
A small update to get those fixes out. While working on this update I realized that gas spore float sacks don't explode when you throw them and that doesn't seem right. I'll see if I can get that in for the next update. Thanks!
