We're counting down the hours to the release - the game got approved, and we can't wait to show you the final result of our work. Not gonna lie, it's been fun to once again revise the beloved characters and create new ones.

Right now we're focused on polishing the release build of the game and planning the items for the point shop update. New animated backgrounds, fun stickers and emojis, mini profiles - anything you can imagine is going to be there. We hope you will give our new girls lots of love and care, so we can see who you like the most and maybe focus on them for the shop update.


It's been a while since we've shown you anything related to the game creating. Luckily, I saved up some of the sketches to show you!

It takes time to plan the outfits and design the characters the way we like it, and you guys helped us a lot with choosing some of the important details of the outfits, which added up to the story itself and lead to the whole backround design and backstory for the character.



We usually add the clean sketches into the Art Pack so you can see the process, but some have a special touch to them, so we let them be. They are just too artsy to change them, let's admit it!



The best part of creating the stories is adding up to the atmosphere. Who wouldn't want to find a surprise from their bandmates during cleaning?

Welcome to the latest season for Marbles on Stream!

Season 52 is here with exciting new features and enhancements:

• New Customizations: Explore fresh options in the shop and tournament chest.
  
• Revamped Builder Pieces: Enjoy new scale, physics, and capping logic.
  
• Updated Tilted Local Leaderboard: Smoother and more competitive.
  
• Offline Feature for Tilted: Play seamlessly even with connectivity issues.
  
• New Laps Map: Race through multiple laps for added strategy.
  
• Plus, the top streamer on the racing and royale leaderboard will receive a custom streamer skin, passed down if they already have one.

- Now you may be wondering what is Marbles on Stream?
MoS is a stream interactive game designed to involve a Twitch Streamers viewers in a fun Marble racing game. All the viewer needs is to type !play in the respective streamers chat they would like to join. Simple and easy for all.

- Where were we before Steam?
We were tucked away in our little Discord server and that is how it was downloaded before as we developed out the game season by season. If you are interested in joining feel free as we use Discord as our gathering space for the community. Discord.gg/pixelbypixelstudios.


- How to play Marbles on Stream?
Streamers - Download marbles, log in with your Twitch Credentials so the game can connect to your Twitch chat and begin reading typed commands. Play in Game Tracks, Community Tracks, Marble Battle Royale, and Tilted. All modes are viewer implemented so you can involve your viewers in all the game modes and just have fun.

Viewers/Racers - Join any stream on Twitch.tv streaming Marbles on Stream, be sure to greet the streamer, and get involved in their races simply by typing !play in their chat.

- Seasons?? Why?
We introduced seasons in May 2018 and each season brings new content to the game. It also resets the leaderboards and deletes all the community tracks from the global system.

Leaderboard points are global which means it does not matter where you race, you are earning points towards your total. We also delete all the community tracks from our system so each season brings fresh tracks in, and gives the builders the chance to reflect on the votes and possibly make changes to their existing tracks.

Streamers get a unique experience with Marbles. Streamers earn XP by conducting races. We use a very complex mathematical system to calculate how much each race earns them. At the end of the season the Top 3 will have ONE of their emotes added to the game to spawn in marbles for those who use the emote.

General

• Fixed an issue where external controller input could be doubled if CEC control was enabled
  
• Fixed an issue where scroll wheel Steam Input bindings weren't functional

Known Issues

• Frequent session switches can result in the sound driver crashing, needing a system reboot

Hi everyone!

Back with some more quick patch notes fixing some things that have popped up!

• Stamina now reduces more slowly. You should able to stay up until 11pm or so!
  
• Quests will no longer display as 6 / 5. They'll always cap at 5 / 5.
  
• Marvin had an error when interacting with him at some later questions. This should now be fixed.
  
• Grocery store basement will now have a small light. Just like the caves.
  
• Health bars were showing up as 50 / 100 when a player first started the game. It'll now show up as 100 / 100.
  
• Sword would destroy multiple grass tiles at once. It will now only destroy one.
  
• Shears are no longer a default recipe
  
• There was a bug when reloading the game when you had certain active quests and the quest would be lost. This is now fixed.
