I am happy to announce my new upcoming game titled Surviving the Apocalypse Is More Fun When There’s Sex. As its name suggests it is set in a post-apocalyptic world with all the chaos, danger, and excitement that comes with it. You will be expected to make decisions that will determine who lives and who dies.
Now that I have a much improved graphics card I can fully render all the scenes in the game rather than use sprites. Adult scenes will be properly and fully animated.
The game is currently in early access, which means that it is not finished yet, and I will be adding more content to the story over time. Due to the ambitious nature of the project I didn't think I would be able to release it all at once without iterations along the way. Please feel free to leave feedback/suggestions after each update.
The initial release is in a couple of months. After that I will be releasing periodic content updates until I feel the game is in a completed state.
1.03 Changelog: - Added USA West region - More balance fixes and improvements - Most resources now respawn after a few minutes - Toned down gang attacks - Increased weapon durability slightly - Added quick heal button (Press H) - Added quick save (Press F5)
It's finally time: those things in the works from Update 1.3.0 are finally here! Those things, those changes and features as majestic as Margaret, what are they? They are as follows:
New songs! The game's original composer, Xavier Chapman, is back with two new tracks! Find them on any Jungle or Volcano level, there is a 50/50 shot you get it each time you play a level.
New sounds! Scrolling the leaderboard too dull and soundless? Now it clicks! Finding a David not give enough feedback? Now there's a sound for that! Those and many more, now in Disaster Golf!
New species have been discovered across the courses! Find the not-so-elusive long neck hippo in the Jungle, or the significantly more elusive baby dinosaur in the Volcano. Also our artist's thirst for vengeance is sated. Somewhat.
Original Soundtrack
That's right folks, Disaster Golf now has its OST for sale! Get some sick tunes to golf/destroy the world to today, including one never-before-heard (definitely not because we forgot to implement it years ago...) song. Hats off and major thanks to our composer, Xavier Chapman, for their wonderful work!
Development Update
Tutorials: the undisputed most fun part of any game. And now, we have a brand new one to share! Presenting, the Meteor Basketball tutorial (minus any art, our artist has been ravaging a countryside and clearing it of any and all hippos)
Before you say it, yes I know whoever is playing (definitely NOT myself, nope, never) is not that great at the mode. I'm workin on it.
Remember when we announced that Ceratosaurus from ARK: Additions is being integrated into the core game in the last Community Crunch? Well, get ready, because the fearsome Xiphactinus is next! Even though we may make a few changes to the design of the creatures from ARK: Additions, these beasts are going to shake up the game in mid-May! Which of Garuga's creatures are you hoping to see get integrated?
Be wary of the open ocean, for there lurk shoals of Xiphactinus, relentlessly aggressive fish with appetites bigger than their bodies. These voracious predators will blindly attack anything in sight, so you'll need to act fast or become their next meal! They tend to become even more ferocious in packs, so stay on your toes!
We're always eager to hear which creatures you're most excited to see from the ARK: Additions mod. You can stay directly connected to the latest updates and engage with the development process by joining Garuga's Discord server.
Download & play new custom content created by players, including new maps, creatures, items, and game modes, through a dedicated new Mod-bowser directly within the game. Enjoy an endless stream of new ARK content as the creativity and talent of the community is fully unleashed for the first time across gaming platforms and stay tuned as we spotlight more Cross-Platform Mods each week!
On April 8th, we deployed a new type of server across the network (for the various game types) that we refer to as "Expire" (which is what you can search for in the session filter).
These servers will be online until 10 am PST / 1 pm EST on June 1st. We're preemptively using our allocation for The Center to host some additional sessions that players can travel onto to farm, tame, and experience the Scorched Earth Gameplay. The same transfer restrictions apply in that you are only able to download your character, but you can freely take anything off. This is to help reduce load off some of the other servers, or provide players an option for those who just want to jump onto Scorched Earth temporarily.
Please note that these servers will no longer exist after 10 am PST / 1 pm EST on June 1st, so if you intend to use them, remember to transfer your items/creatures/characters off before that date, as nothing will be saved beyond that time period.
For the full list of the Expire servers, click here. This weekend, the Official Network will be receiving bonus rates! It will be active until Monday, May 13.

Since we're finally done with the demo build, we'd like for everyone to try it out! See what TDS is all about and why we think it's pretty neat. Sooo... You can play the demo over the weekend! For a limited run!!!!! So don't miss out!
We feel like this game does so well when played, to really get the idea of a Tower Defense, Real-Time-Strategy Hybrid (or atleast our interpretation of such a thing).
If you miss your chance, don't worry! We're coming back with it not too long after this small run! And obviously, if you do like it. PLEASE wishlist it for when the actual game comes out (:
Our Hero is here! As the quest to safeguard the realm and preserve the Fae's legacy continues, today marks a special occasion as we unveil the New Cover Art for Faeland! Crafted with love and dedication, this artwork pays homage to the bravery of our Hero and illustrates pivotal characters that shape this captivating adventure. We hope you'll love it as much as we do. So, let's keep going, for there are still many monsters to defeat and secrets to uncover!
Important: Starting today, we will be doing bi-weekly updates to improve our workflow. The constant delays and immediate bugs on wipe are a result of trying to cram a bunch of changes into just a couple days of work. With a bi-weekly update schedule, we can properly test our changes with staging servers and groups of testers. The next update will be May 24th and we'll be adding a bi-weekly server then!
