Tonight's update is a little smaller than the last but brings some new features to improve your experience.
"Fill Pond" Button
There is now a button at the bottom of the Stocking Menu labeled "Fill Pond" that will allow you quickly fill the pond with any fish that have been toggled to Auto-Stock. It won't open the pond once the stocking has finished, since that could cause inconvenience if you wanted to upgrade, but otherwise behaves like standard Auto-Stocking.
Preparation Menu Bell
When the game is in "manual" mode (when Auto-Stocking is disabled) and the day has ended, a small bell will chime. This signals that it's time to manage the pond, should the game be running in the background.
Discord
You can now join the new Discord server for the game should you want to participate a bit more in the development of the game.
It's mostly for gameplay suggestions and bugs, but there is also a topic where we can discuss potential end-game mechanics to help extend the game once you've maxed everything out.
I was able to fix an issue with the Stocking Menu that would cause fish to immediately appear in the pond when the scroll had the desired fish's card below the menu when auto-stocking instead of dropping down. The menu will now automatically move around to ensure the cards are visible before dropping.
Going Forward
I still have a few more mechanics to cover on my to-do list, but first I want to spend a little more time testing the game to 100% ensure that the new changes are working. Everything certainly appears fine, but I like to triple-check, and get feedback at the same time.
Up next will be the ability to toggle muting when the game is minimized, true resizing of the window, and a minigame.
Once this is all in, and the game feels solid, then End-Game content will be explored to extend gameplay.

Q: What kind of game is this?
A: 'Star Leaping Story' is a 2D pixel-art precision platformer with jumping action. It tells a wonderful story set on a planet in the universe, where unique creatures exist. Players take on the role of the white-robed girl belonging to the space exploration team, embarking on an adventure to uncover the truth through various challenging levels. The game features a unique dash system to navigate through the levels.
Q: How long is the gameplay for the official version?
A: Playing through the story mode will take approximately 5 to 6 hours to complete. If you're new to this type of game, it might take a bit longer.
Q: Does the game support controller input?
A: The game was originally designed for keyboard input. We highly recommend playing with a keyboard! Controller input is also supported, but due to the analog-based dash mechanic, using a keyboard is recommended.
Q: Will there be a music package released for the game?
A: A music package is currently in preparation and will be available in the store, including all BGM from the game.
Q: Precision platformer games are usually challenging. How difficult is this game?
A: The difficulty curve of 'Star Leaping Story' gradually increases in the official version. With practice and perseverance, the game will become more manageable.

There have been a few stealth bugfix releases over the last couple of days. Today's is a little bigger. This list includes all bugfixes shipped after the Autopilot update, including today's.
Fix performance regression when you buy many military upgrades at one time (this bug caused the game to hang briefly when doing this).
Fix a bug where sometimes modifying the upgrade loadout wouldn't actually affect things.
Fix regression where the little colored circles above tabs weren't appearing in the recent big update.
Fix the way scroll arrows are displayed in automation customization, and show more ships on the same screen in fleet loadout customization screen.
Fix longstanding bug where military tab would show 0% push in some situations when actually it was still calculating the push %.
Fix automation bug where insight upgrades wouldn't show a plan at all until suddenly you had enough insight and then they would.
Push logic is now much more efficient in the common case, but also can be really aggressive about testing higher levels if you just beat your current max level.
Push logic also didn't consistently push on prestige, sometimes it just wouldn't. Now it should consistently push with every prestige.
Offline calculations are now a lot smarter about being efficient. In some cases before they would repeatedly re-simulate a new battle too frequently which made it take nearly forever to catch up.
Fix bug where automation that was supposed to only build things in the battle tab would also build things in the military tab.
Fix bug where on very high levels, enemy ships could spawn with infinite stats.
Performance improvement when gaining many levels at once, such as when a very late game save prestiges.

During last year's demo showcase at the Tokyo Game Show, the game caught the attention of the Japanese company BraveHearts Studio and established a connection with them. As a result, professional voice actors were invited to participate in the game's creation. Touching Story
A space exploration team is on its way back to their home planet when their spaceship experiences a critical malfunction and crash-lands on a mysterious planet. Unique Dash System
When the character jumps and is in mid-air, pressing the jump button again will activate a state where the character stops in mid-air. From there, you can dash in four directions - up, down, left, or right. Timing the dashes correctly and managing the distance and key presses is crucial to successfully navigating through the levels.
Rich level environments
From the trap-filled underground research facility to the intricately structured Sky Tower, and further into the perilous cosmic space with gravity challenges. Throughout the game, you'll encounter new level mechanics such as blocks that bounce characters, or special items like the Soul Light that restores dash charges.
