Been working hard searching for fixes for various bugs and implementing player feedback. Now that my bug list is empty again, I wanted to push a small patch for you all!
Bug fixes:
Launching towards a sticky platform that is very close to the player would cause you to bounce off. This should no longer happen, unless you launch towards the platform you are stuck to.
Sometimes the aiming arrow would not display. For example, if you started your launch too early before bouncing. There is now an additional check in place to make sure it shows up.
The mouse cursor trail is less jumpy and distracting between loading screens.
When you change languages, the pause menu now gets translated along with the rest of the game.
The timer should now display in the correct location on aspect ratios other than 16:9.
Resuming the game from the settings menu by pressing escape is no longer possible. It now quits the settings menu first as this was confusing.
I also increased the view distance in look mode, after some feedback from players. You are all right, and deserve to be able to see further :)
The next set of skins (Maids) will roll out in a week, starting May 14.
In the meantime, Shaman BDSM-skin will make a glorious return with her weekly event, so those of you who don't have her leather skin, will be able to get it for free!
Also, the whole BDSM-set will be available in the in-game store for a week.
I'm proud to see that we have reached 100 reviews about our game! That's awesome! And mostly very positive! It's very kind of you! We really want to make a game you like to play... And it seems that we are on the right track ! So we will continue !!!
Now some news about Episode 3 !
The 2 last weeks were slower due to childs holidays. But we have finished 3 scenes and 2 are remaining before Grace's party !
We really think it will be a good and fun update for the players. We have made some improvements about the navigation during the episode like this one :
You will have to click on the "girl" you want to follow and you will see her part of the story, then the story will continue. You can even pass if you don't want to see these side stories ! It's not a navigation map but we think it's more efficient for the game than a map to click. It's visual, it's simple and you know what you are doing all of this in one click. Tell us what do you think about !
All those scenes are finished, renders included, animations too...
We are currently in an harder part : coding the second trial ! You will have during a day class a new trial based on the Education.
Gabriella will give you a tablet and you will have some questions to answers in a limited time. General knowledge, logical or just luck... Your rank will change depending on your result ! And some bonus will appeared for those who have a good education level (I'm talking in the game of course !) !
Others characters, during mini scenes before, and depending of the paths and choices you made before, can give you some tips... Don't miss the tips in the discussions, or in the renders...
