Congratulations on completing the second stage in our RE_HACK ARG.
In the first stage, you proved that you are worthy to join Omnis by completing the challenge that was given, and now you have completed your first real mission that revolved around a mysterious message that Omnis received.
As your reward, you have unlocked the second Behind the Scenes episode of the announcement trailer for the entire community.
This video showcases how the trailer came to life from the storyboard to the final video.

Until next time, we will see you in the apocalypse!
The original idea was to work on 0.3.13, however we (with the help of our community) found some minor issues, and wanted to clear them while they were fresh. However, just providing a bug fix or minor UI tweaks seemed to be underwhelming. Therefore, we included a minor feature that was just out of testing and easy to move from 0.3.13 into this update, Planned Fuel Usage! We have been discussing how to show captains the amount of fuel required for a trip from the beginning of the development. The UI may see some adjustments in the future, but we want to get some feedback. We hope this shows our energy in moving this game forward and towards a v1.0 release (To access these new mode utilize the Advance Options in the New Game setup.) Thank you for all of the feedback, testing, and bug reports.

Hello everyone! I'm super excited to share with you all the info about the latest dev updates of Fallacy Quiz. It's been an absolute joy to work on this project.
Fallacy Quiz is a game where you are challenged to identify logical and rhetorical fallacies in various statements. In this devlog, I'd like to show the new features, explain what was changed, some bug fixes that have been implemented based on beta players valuable feedback, and also share some info about the future of the project!
New Features
The Fallacy Glossary, a book simulation
This is clearly the highlight. I've created a virtual book filled with descriptions and examples of close to fifty rhetorical fallacies. This is now accessible within the game, allowing players to flip through pages just like in real life!
It's been an incredible learning experience for me as well, as it has deepened my understanding of logical fallacies, but also my technical know-how, because this book was a pain to make on the technical side. It's not a menu, it's an actual 3D book with realistic physics that you can interact with, even down to the sound of the pages flipping. The book can be explored using either your mouse or your keyboard. All the descriptions are available both in English and French.
I’ve introduced a new feature as a follow up to the new glossary: pages from the Fallacy Glossary now have to be unlocked as you play the game. This means that you can read about the fallacies you already encountered and will have to play more games to fill out the glossary. This adds some challenge and lets you discover fallacies without being overwhelmed by a whole book of definitions from the get go.
Make your own rules, Custom Mode
Some players of the beta suggested to create a mode without time limits to be able to play with other people, discuss and debate about each statement at their own pace. It's a feature that has been highly requested, so I'm thrilled to finally include it in Fallacy Quiz. But I went even further. Players can now create their own entirely custom game modes by choosing the number of rounds, questions, using timers or not, game difficulty and more.
Changes
Fancy New Game Mode Selection Screen
Since I now have a custom mode and a glossary, the title-screen started to feel a bit crowded with a row of six buttons. That's why I've added a new and improved mode selection screen with super fancy illustrated, parallax effect-fueled buttons™.
These interactive buttons are made out of drawings placed on different planes, giving the whole interface an amazing visual appeal, in my opinion!
Content fixes
Content did not change too much yet. Thanks to your feedback I updated the names of some fallacies and corrected some statements. But I am planning to add new content in the future, including two to three times the amount of questions. This will provide players with even greater challenges and opportunities to test their knowledge of logical fallacies. Stay tuned for these exciting news!
Bug Fixes & Improvements
Based on beta players feedback, I have addressed several bugs that were affecting the gameplay experience. These bug fixes should make the game run smoother and more enjoyable for everyone. There are still some known bugs in the game, for instance some sound effects not being paused in the pause menu.
Thank you all so much for your interest about Fallacy Quiz. I'm always eager to hear what you think about the project, as it helps me make improvements and develop new features that will enhance the gaming experience. If you have suggestions, please don't hesitate to share them with me! I am committed to making Fallacy Quizone of the best logical fallacies trivia game out there.
Go Wishlist the game and share the page everywhere, bye!
