1.Fixed an issue where adventurers had a chance to get stuck during pathfinding when the queue was full. 2.Fixed the issue of abnormal save time when starting a new save after loading an old save and returning to the main menu.
Plus, we also half-drew an illustration with Victor's mystical nudity. Victor will be COMPLETELY naked there.
(spoiler: in fact, Victor will then walk around naked all the time. But you can't understand it, ahaha)
Stastics: The second part of Victor's Act is almost twice larger than the first one in terms of the size of the blank text. In terms of branching, this is a truly nightmare.
We have attached a diagram (almost certainly the final one, I swear). The scheme, does not cover all the interactions that are in the text at all)
More of that, there are 38 choices in the second part, while there are 15 in the first.
It's been a month since the Early Access release and it's been great so far. Tons of comments and feedback from players. Took some time to process of that so that I can make a list of things to fix and add.
There were some things that I missed when launching the game - a few spells were were massively underdeveloped, milestone would not always unlock the reward and a few other things. Most of them I already fixed in the upcoming update.

In summarizing the progress of our work, we would like to share a few updates from the development of our game, so:
1) The room rating system is now complete. 2) We are also gradually finishing the tutorial system in the form of small quests, which will guide you through all the necessary aspects of motel renovation and management to turn you into true "moteliers" 😊. Additionally, we are working on fixing minor bugs that we noticed during internal testing and introducing NPCs into the game world to fill it with your potential customers. Remember to maintain room cleanliness and proper management of all necessary personal hygiene items, as it is well known that a lack of toilet paper or clean towels can lead to disaster!
Soon, we will try to provide more information about the release date, as we are already in the final stages. Within a few weeks, we aim to conclude the work and initial testing phase and release our game as Early Access, so that each of you can have a real impact on how the product will look. Only then will we begin an even more intense phase of work to refine our game in a way that best suits you – our players!

We are aware that some things from the latest patch were not working properly and we wanted to thank all the players who reported the issues related to it.

As for the FSR functionality, for now this feature will work only on AMD graphic cards and we will try to bring it to Nvidia cards in the future as well.

Added the ability to see the position of important items on the map required to obtain achievements. Towards the end of the game, after reaching the Esten Dungeon area, a new item appears in the Fireplace menu. It shows the location of all Clothes and all Weapons. Also added is the location on the regular map of items needed to complete quests.

Our multi-year development journey alongside MicroProse has been 100% powered by your support, feedback and incredible energy. Now the fun begins, so we wanted to provide some key information to get you locked and loaded.
AN EXPERIENCE TO REMEMBER
As you play through Act 1 and Act 2, rest assured that your progress and save files are safe, and this gives you a perfect chance to explore alternative paths and hidden details within the game prior to Act 3 arriving on May 7th. We appreciate your understanding and enthusiasm as we fine-tune the final chapter.
This is an adventure game with a LOT of secrets to uncover, alternate endings and total choice-driven gameplay. You can expect a typical playtime of approximately 8 hours, with a fully voiced cast of colorful [and often nefarious] characters.
To gain all of the Steam achievements you will need to play through multiple times to uncover the ‘full’ truth of Cooper’s story. Engaging your best ‘detective brain’ will reveal major plot and character reveals on each playthrough. [Our advice is to change your personalities each playthrough, eg: the good / bad / the scientific or a mix of them all.
Playing as the hardboiled detective John Cooper’, guide his unique choices, follow up leads and ultimately reach one of 8 different endings.
AROUND THE CORNER
Launch week is both a celebration and also the exciting start of some highly anticipated and requested additional features.
We will be integrating Simplified Chinese localisation to the game very soon after launch.
Following this, we will be adding Japanese, German, French, Italian and Spanish language options as well.
Controller support is also planned for post-launch as an update, which we’re excited to deliver for more ways to play the way you want.
Rejoice! SteamDeck support is also on the way, which we think is the perfect way to experience the game in a cozy, immersive atmosphere.
Packing over 8000+ dialogue lines and 800+ choices means this game packs a hefty punch in terms of unique paths and combinations. Whilst every endeavour has been made to ensure a stable experience, due to the complex nature of the myriad decisions you can make in the game, there might be some issues that arise. Connection to TeamNova servers may not be possible under certain conditions, such as when disconnecting from a server. If this is the case, restarting the game will allow a new connection to be retained. We will improve this connection over time to eliminate this problem.
