Operation Lovecraft has achieved one million wishlists on Steam!🎉 As an adult-only project with zero marketing budget this is miraculous to us. Seeing an 18+ restricted game amongst recognizable masterpieces in the top wishlisted list feels kind of unreal.
Due to our decision to not release a half-finished game on Steam through Early Access but instead to officially release when it is satisfactorily completed, the development progress has been hazy to many folks who have been following us. We’ve recently upgraded Operation Lovecraft to Unreal Engine 5 and added controller support. The VR version of Harem Mode will be added in the upcoming 0.8.5 release. Update 0.9.0 will introduce core gameplay aspects with the combat system, and will be the last major update before official release.
We’re pushing hard to improve & polish the game as quickly as possible, and we’d like to thank everyone who helped with crowdfunding and closed beta testing, as well as you who are reading this.

CONTROL OPTIONS
An additional control option has been added: relative to the aircraft and relative to the world. Some players prefer aircraft-relative controls, while others prefer world-relative controls. Sometimes it's challenging for players to adapt to a different control scheme than what they're used to. So, we've decided to offer both options: aircraft-relative and world-relative. The choice of control scheme is made at the beginning of the game and can also be changed in the game options.
INTERFACE UPDATE
The interface is the face of the game, the constant interaction point for players. That's why we've made a thorough overhaul of its appearance. Nearly all elements have been redesigned to adhere to a cohesive style. As a result, the game has acquired its final look, with a more pleasant and beautiful interface.
FULL GAMEPAD SUPPORT
We're wrapping up the development of full gamepad support. The only thing left to do is to select the controller in the game options. We'll make it even more convenient in future updates. You can already fully enjoy the game with a gamepad.
REDUCED BUILDING HITPOINTS
We noticed that shooting buildings for a long time isn't fun, so we decided to minimize this aspect of gameplay. Now buildings are destroyed quickly, and you'll witness spectacular explosions.
OPTIMIZATION
We observed occasional sharp frame rate drops in the game. We found the cause and fixed it. We've also improved numerous performance nuances. Now the game runs smoothly and steadily, providing pure enjoyment.
NEW LOCATIONS
New locations have been added to bring variety and diversity to the game.
GAME BALANCE REWORK
Many aspects of the game have been altered, from shooting damage to aircraft turning angles. Listing all the changes would take a huge list. Overall, most changes were aimed at empowering the player.
GRAPHICS OPTIONS ADDED
Now you can adjust the graphics to suit your device. You can choose the level of anti-aliasing, shadow quality, textures, and more.
ADDITIONAL CONTROL OPTIONS
Aside from the obvious purpose of this section, you can choose your preferred aircraft control scheme: relative to the world or relative to the aircraft.
EFFECTS IMPROVEMENT
Explosion effects have been enhanced. Explosions now emit more light, and an explosive shockwave has been added, making them more spectacular. Additionally, there's now a recoil effect when issuing attack commands. A red glowing flare with a blinking light remains at the command location. Numerous additional effects have been added throughout the gameplay.
GAME MIGRATED TO A NEW ENGINE VERSION
The game engine version has been updated, further enhancing performance and rendering quality.

Today, we're going to fill everyone in on the latest developments for Kaiju Princess 2.
Right off the bat, we want to apologize.
The game was originally scheduled to launch in Q2, but it will be postponed to Q4. After the release of The Arrogant Kaiju Princess and the Detective Servant, we collected a lot of feedback from the players. Based on this feedback, we decided to put even more focus into optimizing and improving Kaiju Princess 2.
We thought a lot about how to make Kaiju Princess 2 even better than the first one. After all, we really care about providing a more exciting gaming experience for the players.
Panty Parrot is really passionate about creating great hentai games. It is really important that we give back to all the players who have supported us on our journey. We want to do that by making each new release better than the last, and creating fresh content that players can look forward to.
These changes and improvements took more time than we originally planned. As gamers, we understand how disappointing a rushed, unpolished game can be, so we had to make the frustrating decision to delay the release. So, for all you players who enjoy the Kaiju Princess series and are looking forward to Kaiju Princess 2, we are really, really sorry.

As the series moves into the far reaches of the universe, players will encounter residents from different planets. Although they usually maintain a human form for easier communication with the protagonist, their true appearances will be revealed when they're engaged in battle. Get ready for some explosive kaiju battles! Note: There will be no scenes of kaijus running across the screen...
3. Upgraded systems
"In order to explore different planets and acquire various ingredients, the Exploration function for Kaiju 2 is going to be way more advanced than the first game. Players will command our lovely kaiju and even help her make decisions during her explorations!"
4. BATTLES!!!!
Whenever you're traveling through the universe, you're bound to encounter all sorts of obstacles. Galactic Guardians, Space Pirates, and much more! Not like those puny goblins or whatever you see on Earth... Get ready for exhilarating boss battles!!!! And who knows, today's enemy may be tomorrow's ally?
5. Character-specific theme songs and BGM
We're giving each character their own theme song, and unique interludes will be scattered throughout the game. What's more, every character is going to have their own BGM to help keep the good vibes rolling. Beware of formidable enemies, heralded by killer theme music!
6. Chinese voice acting
In response to the feedback we received for The Arrogant Kaiju Princess and the Detective Servant, we're going to have Chinese voice acting, hearkening back to the original Kaiju Princess. Players will be able to choose between Japanese and Chinese voice acting. Choices, choices, choices!
Kaiju Princess 2 is scheduled to launch in Q4 of 2024. We will announce the specific date at a later time.
We again extend our deepest apologies to all the players who have been patiently waiting for this game's release. We're going to keep working hard... for hentai!

SOLDIERS! The Origins DLC is coming soon! We prepared a Quick-Pre DLC Fix to solve the issue of enemy soldiers getting stuck in the ground and planted new DLC icons in the menu for anticipation. Happy Shooting!
The editor allows you to create your own scenarios. Add or remove capture points, spawn positions or change the game type. The plan for the future is that this editor will also allow for coop missions. The user interface is not very user-friendly and I hope to improve on that moving forward.
Sharing
Only the host needs to have the scenario files but feel free to share them. There is no workshop integration so this is what you will have to do: Navigate to where you installed the game. All scenario files are stored in “\SteelCrew\Content\Scenarios\” The ones that comes with the install is called “1default.txt”, “2wakeisland.txt” and “3training.txt”. Let’s say you name your scenario “MyTest” then you should have a “MyTest.txt” file here that you can send. If you want to add a scenario someone else has sent you you will have to add the file here.
How to use the editor:
Scenario name: Set a display name so when hosting you know what you have selected.
Description: A short description of what the scenario is.
Capture points can be added, moved, rotated and scaled. When the game mode is “tug of war” the order they are in will determine in what order they are allowed to be captured in. Each point has a flag that should be placed close to the center of the point.
Ai targets are always connected to a capture point and when playing with bots, this is where they will try to go.
Spawn points can be set to team A or B and the ranks will spawn in the orientation of the spawn point. They should be connected to a capture point if the game mode is “tug of war”. A minimum of 4 spawn points per team is recommended with some space in between.
The values of the perks in the city's progress tree have been adjusted to make it easier to obtain park and public park perks, as well as other buildings. Additionally, the value provided by certain buildings related to citizens' needs has been increased.
