We have received reports that some Masters of the Book are unable to see the reward mail that should have been distributed following the temporary maintenance on April 12th.

We are currently identifying the cause of this issue and are in the process of making corrections, which will be applied to the servers promptly.

Once the update is applied, all affected users should be able to see the reward mail appear in their mailboxes, and will be able to collect their items without any further issues.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and will provide another update as soon as the fix is implemented.

What’s the 10-Year Special Scroll?

It's a special scroll that celebrates Summoners War's 10th anniversary.

A default 3-5★ Monster of Fire, Water, Wind, Light, or Dark will be summoned at random with a fixed chance.

[Blessing of Summon, Splendid Blessing of Summon, and Brilliant Blessing of Summon] can be applied to 10-Year Special Scrolls.

Please note that 10-Year Special Scrolls can be obtained from various events during the 10th anniversary period.

▶ 10th Anniversary Fireworks Festival
- Event Period: Apr. 13th - Apr. 21st (Server time)
- Fireworks Period: (1st) 12pm - 12:05pm (5 min) / (2nd) 8pm - 8:05pm (5 min)



- During the event, there will be a fireworks festival twice a day with fireworks and music. You can watch the fireworks show in real-time and have fun talking with other Summoners.

- The "Fireworks Festival" icon is added during the festival when you want to get to the place where you can enjoy the show. You can also play other content as usual.

▶ [SP (Special) Summon] for the New Monsters (Hacker and Cyborg)
- Event Period: After the v8.3.0 update patch is applied to the game on Apr. 12th until May 5th 7:59am PDT.


: [SP Summon] is a summon with a slightly higher summon rate than other summons for the new Monsters. [SP Summon] menu will be exposed on the scroll lists that the SP Summon can be applied to during the event period. You can apply the [SP Summon] by marking the checkbox.

: [SP Summon] can be performed in all summons except 10-Year Ancient Transcendence Scroll, Ancient Transcendence Scroll, Exclusive Summon, Monster Piece Summon, Guild Summon, SWC Scroll, and other scrolls where you have to select a summon list. The in-game currencies and scrolls used and blessings will be the same.

: The new Monsters can also be summoned with a fixed chance through a normal [Summon].

▶ [Battle Training Ground] New Mock Battles for Hacker and Cyborg
- You can enter the Battle Training Ground by building it via the [Shop > Building] menu. (Your Summoner Lv. must be at least 12.)

▶ [Secret Dungeon] Improvement
- You can now discover up to 3 Secret Dungeons from Cairos Dungeon battles. You can also open 3 Secret Dungeons instantly from the [Crafting Building > Others > Secret Dungeon Portal].
- If you have 1 Secret Dungeon open from battles, you can open 2 more via Crafting. The Secret Dungeon of the same Monster will not open.



▶ QoL Improvement
- The amount of Mana Stones obtainable from the Summoner’s Way and Challenge rewards have been increased greatly.
- [Monster Info > Debate] A "New Best" mark has been added. This mark shows up on the reviews posted recently that have gotten the most recommendations.
- Up to two New Best marks can be displayed for each Monster debate.
- The screen where you choose Monsters for the 10th Anniversary Hall of Heroes Event now has a NEW mark that shows you which Monsters you do not own.

▶ Goddess Ameria’s Blessing Benefits Improvement (For New and Returning Summoners)



※ The new improvement will also apply to the new and returning Summoners who have the Goddess Ameria’s Blessings applied before the v8.3.0 update patch.

What’s the 10-Year Ancient Transcendence Scroll?
It's a very special scroll that summons 10 default 5★ Fire/Water/Wind Monsters you have never owned, and you can select one to obtain.
Fusion Monsters and Monsters that can be acquired by purchasing summoning pieces at the shop, such as Ifrit, won't be summoned. In addition, [Splendid Blessing of Summon] cannot be applied.



※ Here are some of the questions and answers that you may have regarding the new 10-Year Ancient Transcendence Scroll.

Q. What are the conditions for summoning 10 Monsters?
A. The summon will proceed based on the activation status of the Monster collection. 10 default 5★ Fire/Water/Wind Monsters you have never summoned will be summoned at random with a fixed chance. You may summon the same type of Monster in different attributes, but the same Monster with the same attribute will not be summoned more than once.

Q. How do I check the Monsters that I haven't summoned before? If I unsummoned a Monster in the past, can I summon that Monster with this scroll?
A. The acquisition will be determined based on the activation status in your Monster collection menu. Since the unsummoned Monsters count as activated in the collection, the unsummoned Monsters will not be summoned again.

▶ Fixed the graphics of the empty outer area of the island that showed due to the Kaer Morhen building being removed after the end of The Witcher collab.

▶ The World Arena Season 28 Reward, [Mystical Feather of Life] transmogrify item, has been improved to be displayed more naturally.

▶ [Steam] Fixed an issue in which automatic login was deactivated when moving to the title due to changes in game settings or update patches.

▶ Game Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue with the graphics when Planet Idol transmogrified Totemist uses [Totem Magic] in [Siege Battle] battles.
- Fixed an issue where the Wind Slayer’s Rune (slot 6) was displayed as a Hero grade instead of Legend grade in the [World Arena - Support Monster].
- Modified so the skill visual effect of the Water/Light Onmyouji’s [Past Life Spell] to be more natural with the Water Demon’s [Repeated Nightmare (Passive)] state.
- Fixed an issue where the Wind Devil Madien’s [Mischievous Curse (Passive)] increased its Attack Bar under certain situations when the harmful effect is not granted on the enemy.
- Fixed an issue where the shared time of Rune/Artifact info and Blessing of Summon/Splendid Blessing of Summon results were displayed incorrectly in chat when you reconnect to the game.​
