Bellwright - pogosan
We’d like to thank everyone for participating in our playtest this week!

We’ve been eagerly watching all of your streams and videos, and reading your thoughts on Bellwright over the past 3 days. All of your stories, quests and misadventures are now stored safely in our notes and will be improved upon.

Seeing your impressions of the game has provided an invaluable amount of feedback that we’d like to address as we’re approaching the release. From making user experience as polished and streamlined as it can be to building upon NPC behaviors in combat and when portraying life.

From the amount of positive feedback we’ve received during the event, alongside fair and constructive criticisms on what would be good to improve, we’d like to put it to use to reach all of your high expectations from the very beginning. We have big plans for future updates during Early Access, including new vast playable areas, greatly expanded progression tiers, and much more, but we’d also like to make Bellwright a game that plays and feels as well as it can starting from day one.

Letting everyone to jump into the world of Karvenia as soon as possible is our utmost priority right now, and with the work on improvements from all of your kindly provided feedback underway, we’ll soon be ready to let you know more regarding the release date.

Lethal Honor - Order of the Apocalypse - HG_Matthias
Top Secret Files Pt. 3
These excerpts of classified documents are detailing the catastrophic events at the Lethal Honor research facility on Wolf Island, which is rumored to have been overrun by demonic entities. This laboratory was tasked with creating the newest strain of Lethal Honor agents. The following first-hand account is expected to help shed some light on the incident. Interview conducted by [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] , consecutively called Agent 1 and Agent 2.
Agent 2: What other tools did you have at your disposal to help the agents with their tasks?  [REDACTED]: We were becoming a bit of a team over time, each one with different talents. Aida, of course, was the only one to fully understand the Cradle and all the systems within it. Agent 1: The cradle?  [REDACTED]: That’s the room where the agents were stored while their biological enhancement was still ongoing. It’s also the place where you would release them from their capsules when needed. Agent 2: And that’s all she did? Just wake up a bunch of agents? [REDACTED]: Not at all, Aida was brilliant, her knowledge went far beyond just using the systems that were in place. She also managed to make small on-the-fly adjustments that would help the agents in the short term after waking up. Agent 2: I see, but the project was far from done, how did she manage to wake them up at all? [REDACTED]: As you know, none of the agents were finished. Most of them still needed months before their transformation would be fully complete. Aida managed to deal with that and even gave them some much-needed help on top. Agent 1: This must have taken a lot out of the system. [REDACTED]: You are correct. This is where our Chief of Engineering came in. He might not have been the most likable person, but we were really glad to have found him alive. At the beginning, he got the basics running - oxygen, water, energy - but later, when our survival in the Awakening Room was secured, he managed to help the agents navigate the lab a lot better.
Agent 2: So, another altruistic helper like Aida?

[REDACTED]: Haha, not in the slightest. He was solely interested in saving his own skin. But he was a smart man and he knew that there was no hope of getting out alive yet. So, he did what he did best and secured his escape route by studying the layout and finding some useful information for the agents.

Sir Bucket - Christian22187
Heyyy, so as much as I hate doing this, I'm going to be pushing back the release date back 1 week to the 8th of April. We were on track for release, however, I have encountered some game breaking bugs that I haven't been able to fix as of yet, if they were small things I wouldn't worry so much and I would fix them post release. However, they do cut off some sections and access to content in the game. It doesn't feel fair on any of you if I presented a game like that to you.

However since I now have all the content in the game, my only focus is to fix those bugs, and 1 week should be plenty of time (hopefully).

Medieval Towns - Brox
Westburg
In general, work on the town has been completed, walls and gates have been added. The gate should open in future updates.

Resources
The cutting of growing trees will be disabled for now: I would like to create dense forests, but if these are network objects, there will be a large load on the network. Therefore, for now, it will be possible to obtain 'rough wood' from logs on the ground (environmental activists are happy!).
The 'stick' was also slightly redesigned.

In version 1.0.1 we have added, fixed and improved the game:
  • Added the ability to use cheats, for fun of course.
In this version you can become invincible.
You can also shorten your enemies, literally. They will become shorter and fatter (it looks funny).

  • Improved the sound of the gramophone, now you can enjoy the music properly.

  • Fixed a bug with passing through an enemy.

Axon TD: Uprising - Tower Defense - WindStrike
Greetings, folks! This is just a little progress update, tellin' ya where we're at, and what's left on our Roadmap.

Earlier this month, we released Version 0.4, our largest update yet. New Defenses, new Axons, Survival Co-op, a massive Campaign update, and more. Basically, everything listed in Q1 2024 above.

As for our next update, unless we split it in half, it should contain everything listed in Q2 2024 above, and more! We're also working on more Tutorials, more Music, more Achievements, and balance as per usual. Speaking of which...

Update on Balance Updates
With our latest additions to the Defense Roster, even after multiple hotfixes, it would appear some our new Defenses still need some tuning. So of course, we're working to address that. Other points include reducing spammability of certain Defenses, and... counters against Shields.

Of every mechanic in the game, Shields is the hardest counter. You either have stuff that can remove it easily... or half your defense gets negated and you die. We're looking into adjusting this so it's still something you have to look out for and plan around, just not to as insane a degree.

Beyond that, we're adjusting a bunch of Techs to be less abusable (ie, conditionals that are too easy to proc), and buffing ones that are hard to use.

In a nutshell, we're still on track to hit our Roadmap goals. Next week or so, we'll finally show off a long awaited teaser of our map editor, so look forward to that!

This looks totally balanced.
