After waaaay too long, I have finally implemented a solution for altering player VR hands relative to their motion controllers. Now, you can set your own offsets using the easy to use system. Just touch the link sphere with your right-hand controller, then using your OTHER controller, touch the axis coordinate arrows to move/rotate the controller of your right hand. You can toggle between positive or negative location or rotation adjustments, then you can hit save. If you don't like your changes, just touch "reset" to return the hands to their default position I programmed relative to my own Valve Index controllers. If you play with knuckle controllers, you should be all set :)
Also...
Somewhere in the process of fixing the hands, I managed to correct gun aiming at high angles, now if you aim the m16 upwards as if shooting the helicopter, it doesn't bug-out and flip around all wild. Pointing it straight directly up, you may see your gun flip around one way. But this seems to be a rotational issue most shooter VR games face.
Changed default timer between event steps. New event functions "Object Moving" and "Remove Object" added. New intro of engine is added. Fixed bugs that cause unexpected closing. Fixed bugs which cause skill not playing. Fixed bugs of pianting. Fixed shader of character skin color. Fixed bugs of rpg build which may cause stuck after a battle. Game UI updated.
