Hey Guild Leaders!

I have a new update with two new abilities to share with you, as well as some progress on the new areas!

Also... can you believe Netherguild released into Steam early access exactly one year ago?

Netherguild grew a lot since early access release and I'm excited to see it growing even further.

In any case, without further ado...

Two New Abilities



Swampfire Arrow:
-A level 3. ability for the wanderer ranger which deals fire and poison status -
It's very powerful, but also risky! because it means you can't get close to that enemy or you will get burnt too...



Shield Wall:
-A level 3. ability for the mercenary knight (as well as for some possible future classes / backgrounds):
It has 2 uses and gives "Block" to all adjacent allies.
Very defensive, but also extremely helpful for survival.

Progress on new Classes
I've also been making steady progress towards the upcoming major update -



This is the Hero class! it's the final fourth class that I'm planning to add in the Upcoming Major Update, it'll be unlocked through the commoner faction.
There's several backgrounds planned for this class but this one will be the Inspiring Hero, and it will focus on powerful ally buffs.
I hope to finish all the classes by the end of April the latest (meaning all equipment, skills, speech lines)



I've also been working on more abilities for the other upcoming classes like the Alchemist - this is an ability called "Sulfur Firefly", it burns enemies and buffs allies!



Finally, here's an idle animation for the Mushroom Hulk..! it's anxiously waiting for adventurers to crush...

Chill Town - Low-Hi Dev
Hello everyone,

The latest version of Chill Town 0.5.9 has just been updated.
This time, it includes some new features as part of the second milestone on the roadmap, along with the completion of a milestone for the Free Update campaign. Therefore, we are posting an update rather than just a small patch note.

First of all, thank you for your support over the past 6 days. The game has surpassed 2,000 purchases to date, so we will proceed to update the game by adding 3 new Music Albums, one each week starting from next week. All players will receive them after the update.

Next, while some team members continue to fix bugs, others have started working on different milestones on the roadmap. Some may not follow the exact order, so as long as there is something new, we will update, and here are the details of this update:
  • All path tiles can now be built using the Hammer, eliminating the need to place each Tile in Construction mode as before. This makes it quicker and more convenient for you to build paths. Additionally, these tiles will not appear in construction mode to avoid confusion with the floor. More path tiles will be updated once our artist team completes their work.
  • Island Sharing: If you play far enough, you'll discover that at Kuku's port, there is a service to travel to other players' islands. This means any player who meets the condition (island from 2 stars upwards) can share their island through the app Town Profile on their phone. This allows other players to find and visit your island.
    Please note that this is not a coop or multiplayer feature, so you will not see each other.
  • If the game's graphics appear blurry to you or you dislike the Depth of Field effect in the game, we have added an option to turn it off in the Display section of Game Settings.
  • The Date of Birth screen now displays days from 1 to 7 according to the season instead of days in the year (from 1 to 28) as before.
  • Fixed some bugs that caused insects and Pal not to spawn.

In the Necropolis League, you'll be able to earn pieces of the exclusive Mischievous Hawker Armour Set by completing 40 new challenges. At 4, 8, 12 and 16 challenges, you'll receive the Mischievous Hawker Boots, Gloves, Body Armour, and Helmet respectively.

Additional tiers of this armour set are unlocked as you complete more challenges in the Necropolis League. Completing challenges also grants you pieces of the Necropolis Totem Pole Hideout decoration!

In Ruthless, you will receive the full Mischievous Hawker Armour Set at 2 challenges, and each challenge completed after that will upgrade pieces of the set with the entire set fully upgraded once 8 challenges are completed.




Conviction - Gnome Champion
Hello everyone just wanted to leave a quick announcement post that Chapter 2 of Conviction is almost done and should be released around the end of April!

The chapter will include:
- 5 New playable levels
- 2 New enemy variants
- 2 New weapons

Aside from this I'm currently working on updating the visuals of the game with some nice fancy textures here and there since the game is looking abit flat I've also taken the time to learn to animate in blender so I plan on working on making new enemy attack animations etc.

The 1.6.3 update is here, which includes some "Quality of Life" changes, bug fixes, and balance adjustments. Patch notes below:


-You can now access Clint's shop and geode service while your tool is being upgraded.
-Increased raccoon bug meat and bat wing request amount
-Harvesting moss now grants 1 foraging exp per moss
-Infinite Power achievement is now more generous with how it activates, allowing pre-1.6 saves to trigger the achievement
-Adds mine cart shortcut to year 1 Spirit's Eve festival
-You now have to collect (not just donate) the 4 prismatic shards for the "Four Precious Stones" Qi Quest
-The JunimoKart Qi Quest now rewards 20 Qi gems (up from 10)
-Adds new cabins to starter layouts for multiplayer.
-Starter cabins now appear in the actual order intended.
-Adult mossy green rain trees boost the moss growth rate of nearby trees
-If a Journal quest title is too wide, the clock icon and the rest of the text will be shifted down to make room
-You can now press the Escape or menu button to "go back" on a shipping menu category page
-Adjustments to moss growth (grows slower on sunny summer days, recovers slower after harvest)
