After updating the new storyline yesterday, we received feedback from some players that if they had already played up to Chapter Five before the update, they might encounter a display error during the deduction part at the London Police Department, which could prevent the game from continuing.
If you have encountered this issue, you can solve it by selecting the chapter from the main menu, then choosing Chapter Five and selecting the most recent chapter checkpoint to continue the game.
This bug occurs randomly, mainly due to some incompatibilities between old version saves and new version saves. We are currently working on fixing this issue and expect to release an update to resolve it next week.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
During this event, your in-game purchases will become even more enjoyable. The event is limited in time, don't miss your chance to get additional rewards.
*Now we will launch (in the game) an event of 4-5 days, each time before the date specified in the description.
Following up on our previous news update, I wanted to provide more details about our new direction with Outlaw Kingdom.
Our focus is on introducing an auto-battler combat system that emphasizes the fun of pre-planning your strategy rather than making real-time decisions. You will need to strategically place your units and then sit back and watch the chaos unfold.
Showcasing Oulaw Kindom at in-person events has shown us that people of all skill levels are interested in playing Outlaw Kingdom. To cater to everyone, we will implement a scalable difficulty system so everyone can enjoy the game at their own pace. We also want to offer more choices, such as upgradeable units, exploring the map, and selecting outcomes after in-game events.
Finally, we aim to improve Outlaw Kingdom's replayability. We will randomly generate the overworld and offer random events, multiple adventures, and roguelite progression elements to encourage curiosity and aid players in their next playthrough.
Our next event is Saturday 23rd March at 19:00 UTC. Join us for this and for future events, which run every other weekend.
You can sign-up for events, get notified of new events and discuss the changes with the team at https://discord.gg/vanguardww2.

Today's hotfix addresses a critical issue where certain enemy spawning effects/tactics were able to summon bosses. If you encounter anything unusual after an enemy is spawned, please let me know. You can find more details in the patch notes below.
Patch Notes - 23/03 # 1.065.3
Addressed an issue where certain enemy spawning effects/tactics were able to summon bosses, ie. Prison of Souls.
Increased the minimum threshold when generating random enemies to be closer to the maximum value (0.5 -> 0.8).
Resolved an issue where the AP tooltip was displaying the current Concentration value without properly accounting for the ConcentrationPool bonus. This issue was visual, specific to the tooltip, and did not affect gameplay in any way.
Slightly increased the width of the player's token hitbox.
