Changeling Tale - LN
This patch was primarily made to improve the Changeling Tale experience on Android (which Steam unfortunately does not support), but it does make some small fixes and brings the free demo up to 1.0.2 standards.

We're hopeful that this build will serve as the rock-solid foundation for our next major patch, which will polish some of the older art, enhance existing art and assets, include some scenes we didn't have time to add previously, and add some exciting new bonus content!

A full list of fixes and improvements follow:

IMPROVEMENTS
  • The Changeling Tale Demo has been brought up to 1.0.2 standards (see the changelog for those previous fixes).
  • Replaced Marion's flipped sprites in her Chapter 3's final scene

BUG FIXES
  • Fixed an issue causing backgrounds in the Cast Profiles menu to misalign
  • Corrected background transparency in the Cast Profiles menu
  • Fixed Grace's second sprite to correctly repeat in the final version of her sprite slideshow
  • Corrected a typo preventing one of Grace's sprites from displaying in the sprite gallery
  • Corrected an issue where clicking the tooltip button in Preferences caused the game to start

My Pleasure - Season 1 - Tasty Pics
Hey everyone!

Just dropping in to share some news – "My Pleasure - Season 3" is all set for release on March 29th. Alongside the main game, we're also rolling out an Advanced Walkthrough, Wallpapers, and the Soundtrack. It's quite the package, and we're pretty excited to get it into your hands.

What to Look Forward To:
This season is packed with about 10-15 hours of gameplay, which is pretty solid. You've got a bunch of different paths to explore, and it’s designed for multiple playthroughs. So, there's a lot to uncover based on the choices you make.

Here's the Scoop on the New Stuff:

  • We’ve included over 5,000 images. Yeah, we’ve been busy.
  • Added more than 500 animations to make things feel more alive.
  • There are 37 new Steam Achievements for the achievement hunters out there.
  • Expect a decent chunk of gameplay time, somewhere between 10 and 15 hours.
  • The game features a mix of scenes with various characters – should keep things interesting.
  • We've also put in a Holiday Special Event.
  • Plus, there are plenty of Extra Scenes and reasons to go through the game a few times.

Your feedback has been invaluable, leading to significant changes in our mapping system and enhancements in enemy combat phases. Thanks to your insights, we've also addressed numerous minor bugs.

Looking Ahead

Our focus now shifts to the onboarding phase, with an emphasis on tutorial enhancements to ensure players fully grasp the range of skills at their disposal for vanquishing foes. Additionally, we'll be honing in on sound design and VFX for enemy statuses (stun, elemental effects, etc.). Expect new specializations, weapons, and special attacks in upcoming patches.

Patch note


Global :
  • Updated :Engineer specialization now unlocks at the level 2 instead of the level 5.
  • Updated : Reduce size of word "miss" on hit
  • Updated : Individual cardboards are now remplaced by cardboard groups
  • Updated: Increased droprate on cardboards

Town Portal :
  • Added : You can now cast a Town Portal with keymap T (can be rebinded) whenever you want but also to finish a mission. You will go back to camp and do whatever you need to do

Mapping :
  • Added : the level of the enemies and map now are directly linked to the player level
  • Added : Improve the visibility to the objective and selected mission.
  • Added : You can now cancel a mission when you are at the camp and a mission is started but you will fail it and not get rewarded
  • Added a new item "City card modifier" dropping with a random bonus and malus modifier that allow to added modifiers to the next generated map (in craft tab in your inventory)
  • Updated : Increase min enemies to "kill all enemies"'s activity
  • Updated : Icons on quest selection are now rotating to indicate the selected quest
  • Removed : the card for setting the tier level of the map

Items :
  • Added : display on items to indicate possible actions (lock, discard, compare, store).
  • Updated : The item comparison with equipped items has been reversed for better readability.
Updated : Increase a bit of damage on baseball bat

Passive tree:
  • Updated : Removed the respec button; you can now invest or retrieve your points by left-clicking and right-clicking
  • Updated : Reduced the level requirement to access passives from level 5 to level 2

Shop :
  • Removed the button allowing shop replenishment; you must now wait 1 hour to see new stock (this time may be reduced later).

Camp Hub :
  • Update : Rework the camp organisation to make clearer to access engineers
  • Updated :Now the camp comes back to life with each engineer saved, accompanied by others.

Quests :
  • The quest name now indicates the name of engineer who will be rescued at the end of the mission.
  • End of activity display


    E-Arpix sytem (progression system) :
    • Added : Earpix in Crafter (new features : reroll mandatories/primaries/secondaries, increase item level)
    • Added : EArpix in Shop (new features : bundles, discounts, refill timer)

    Enemies :
    • Enemies affixes are now displayed below the lifebar
    • Updated : NPC behaviour
    • Updated : Added more knockback to enemies and removed the probability of knockbak (now 100%)
    • Updated : Now enemies will always have a short time of "hit feeback state" that prevent them to move for 0.5s from any source of damage


    Global :
    • Fix: Players can no longer unlock a skill that is already unlocked.
    • Fix: Corrected an issue preventing poison from functioning properly; it now kills the player (Immortality is over).
    • Fix: Fixed an issue preventing the player from moving if the MyDocuments folder was not found or accessible.

    Mapping :
    • Fixed some collisions issues in NightRain and Noon
    • Fixed : City card slot now accept the correct items
    • Fixed : Fixed activities not correctly working on some maps

    Items :
    • Fixed on legendary items
    • Fixed items not displaying the correct level when stored in the chest
    • Fixed Baseball bat firerate

    Shop
    • Fixed : When opening the shop for the first time, the shop might be empty


    We are aware of UI issues on the mapping system we are working on it.
    Hotfix for that will come in the next few days



    Specializations :
    • Update Increased the affinity cost of specializations:
    • -- Level 1 cost increased from 1 to 2 points.
    • -- Level 2 cost increased from 2 to 4 points.
    • -- Level 3 cost increased from 4 to 8 points.
    • Reduced the level requirement to access specializations from level 5 to level 2.
    • Added visual information regarding specializations: "How To spe, How to Respe".
    • Fixed : special attack selector not correctly displayed

Hi everyone! This is our first patch with translations! The current available translations are:

  • Official Japanese by Sasazaki
  • Simplified Chinese by Ximra
  • Russian by DEsut

Several other translations are in progress right now so we'll update the game gradually with a few new languages at a time when they're ready! We want to sincerely thank everyone who has worked on these translations (and those who are currently working on some)! For more information on translations you can refer to this post.

We also fixed some extra bugs, you can find the patch notes below:
