Starlight - Alien Science
We have been busy! We are just returning from a trip to game conferences in Europe, testing online, and showcasing our immersive sci-fi adventure at festivals in the USA. Gamers have provided vital feedback about the project and this translated to dev sessions that will bring infinite procedural worlds and much more. This project will also see a brand update, from "Exo" to "Starlight"



Specific things that will be changing with the reboot include:

  • Infinite procedural worlds
  • New hero model
  • New amazing soundtrack from Mystik Sound
  • New skies and exotic alien planets, species and cultures
  • Crafting and resource management
  • An astrolabe puzzle mechanic to decode stellar alignment
  • Land surveys and archeology
  • Map
  • Compass
  • Fast-travel
  • Video clips through each level telling a story of exploration and discovery
  • AR heads-up display and a complete UI rewrite

These features are all completed except crafting and survival. We will be going into a testing round early this summer. Once issues testing surface have been resolved, we will release, slated for Q4 2024.

This was our first game, and we much appreciate early adopters and those who continue to show interest. We have learned so much and the original release, although seeing early attention and traction suffered from issues that prevented it from finding the audience it deserves.

The Starlight reboot will be released with 4+ levels and priced based on the amount of content that we create. There will be more levels and all customers receive updates without additional costs.

Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts - DARTIS
Hey admirals,

We had to focus on your latest feedback about the campaign's economy and offer necessary adjustments. Furthermore, we offer a new feature asked by many, the possibility to refit ships received as war reparations. This ability will function only on new ship prizes.

Optimization Update v1.5.0.5
- Further campaign's economy and AI adjustments, addressing cases of too high or too low GDP growth. Oil resources will have a significant impact on growth, income, refueling and ammo replenishment.
- Added the ability to refit ships that were received as reparations.
- Optimization: Smoothened Cpu processes that could, in some system cases, cause freezes due to performance slow down.

Note: It is found an UI issue when you press the "Leave Battle" button not during battle but when a battle ends in the after battle interface. It causes a fatal code exception which eventually will make the game to stall after some time and if you play a battle the ships will freeze (It may be caused by other actions as well). This problem should be happening not so often. We will address it as soon as possible. You will help us in your reports if you mention what were your prior actions before starting a battle where you anticipate frozen ships.

- Fixed a UI bug which could make ships in campaign to freeze after some time of gameplay. Please advise if you are still getting this bug, although it should be rare.
- Other generic optimizations.

Mortal Glory 2 - Redbeak Games
CHANGES
-The character selection at start will now show if the character spawns with a rare perk (these have a very very small effect so no need to reroll until you get them!).
-Adjusted Summon Specter skill to apply Terrified on caster instead of a stun. The duration of the debuff is now also adjusted so that it won't immediately end at the end of that turn.
-Adjusted Evil Twin skill to apply Vulnerable on caster instead of a stun. The duration of the debuff is now also adjusted so that it won't immediately end at the end of that turn.

FIXES
-Fixed a bug that could cause battle to not start if player exited from a previous fight with "save & quit" during specific circumstances like a unit falling into a pit.
-Fixed a bug that could cause battle to not start if player exited from a previous with with "save & quit" with very precise timing during enemy AI moving.
-Fixed a bug where battle could get frozen if an AI character had no viable moves and decided to push a nearby barrel (and was erroneously able to push it twice).
-Fixed a bug where "Add beast" battle challenge could add an additional unit at higher levels.
-Fixed a bug where map scene music could play in battle in some cases.
-Fixed a bug where AoE attacks could potentially deliver a critical strike to a unit that has crit immunity.
-Small localization & typo fixes.
-Small adjustments to stat colors in tooltips.

Fairtravel Battle Playtest - Little Coding Fox
