Hey everyone! Quick Update on progress ! We are targeting another experimental in the next few days to address further some bugs/issues. Our goal is to do 24 hour observation periods daily till we deem Experimental stable so we can merge it into the normal branch by Friday at the latest.
How to opt into Experimental
To opt into experimental install "Cepheus Protocol Experimental" in your steam library. It is no longer a beta opt in but an entirely new game granted when you purchase the base game.

Removed Striker 105 redundant 'explosive settings' in the WeaponConfig (that were also overriding some explosive rounds with wrong info)
Fixed ground vehicles waiting to degarrisoning units until their 'corpse' has despawned
Fixed a bug where if there is no 'active evac' building (i.e. civilian-owned building that's emptying out for evacuation's sake), civilians wouldn't move to the evac pad
Added a safety-checker to stop 'orphaned' civilians from sitting still
Added some logic: now if an evac helicopter takes off and civilians were heading to it, they can quickly re-assess and move to another evac chopper if one is available in the same zone
Updated the Evac Merlin to hide its garrison count when moused over (so the 'Depart Now' widget doesn't conflict with the garrison count)
Updated the Civilian Holding Area's healthbar to not be shown when the Civilian Holding Area's garrison list is shown

QoL
Rework building defaults: now building defaults will carry over when you rebirth and will be applied to your building once you unlock the relevant technology
Optimize player trade map performance
Allow changing the side panel width in Options -> Theme
Warehouse/Caravansary will list all your currently unlocked resources, this is to stop the list from jumping around
Upgrade x5 is now Upgrade to Next 5. And "Upgrade to Next 10" will always appear even if the next 5 and next 10 level are the same (and the shortcut will always work)
Petra's speed up will be set to 1x once Warp runs out. This is to prevent Petra from immediately running when logging into the game thus being able to upgrade its storage
Fixed a bug where you could enter a Quest Echo regardless of Stability or Quest completion state
Fixed a bug where a Lost Cache could be opened more than once in multiplayer
Fixed an issue where if multiple characters shared the same name, only the first character with that name was showing on the character selection page.
Fixed a bug where killing some Timeline Quest Bosses too quickly would result in the Quest state not progressing resulting in the Timeline Quest not successfully being completed
Fixed a bug where the benefit from Infernal Shadeβs Purgatory could persist through multiple casts of Infernal Shade
Fixed an issue where the Delete prompt on the character select screen would not block clicks, allowing players to change the selected character being deleted.
Moved the online/offline switch to be behind the Delete prompt fade on the Character Selection screen to prevent changing characters while having a delete prompt up.
Fixed a bug where logging into specific characters would result in βLE-52 Lost Connection to Game Serverβ while other characters would connect without issue
