Many tribes and peoples inhabit the northern plains and ridges. The bone hunters who settled along the shores of the frozen sea dug deep into the frozen wasteland. A little further south live the hunters of the wasteland, inhabitants of the endless plains stretching from the icy mountains to the northern borders of Erikuria and Tir Tuaid.

The inhabitants of the wastelands, like their neighbors, live in small communities and engage in trades, the first and most important of which, of course, is hunting. Hunters are respected here, and their traditions are respected and strictly followed. Skirmishers are especially respected - experienced trackers and skilled trappers. They travel alone for long periods of time through the wastelands, setting snares, and invariably return with rich prey.

During the great hunt, skirmishers arm themselves with a bunch of darts, mount a trusty mouflon and ride in the vanguard, driving down the most important game. It is from among the skirmishers that the hunter is selected who at the right moment will blow the bugle, calling on the others to begin the race.
Skirmishers on a great hunt can always be distinguished from other horsemen, because they always wear their bronze pointed helmets. Other hunters prefer leather to bronze, but skirmishers remain true to themselves.

Nobody knows how to forge such helmets in the wastelands, and where hunters got them from is a big question. Perhaps they were brought by traders from the distant south and exchanged for furs, or perhaps they remained with the inhabitants of the wastelands from those distant times when people began their campaign against Erycuria hundreds of years ago. Then the skirmishers walked in the vanguard of the human army and were the first to step into uncharted territories, just as now they are the first to rush forward to the sound of a bronze horn.

Time for a small maintenance update.

There are some balancing and bugfixes here these include
-For hire ships now sometimes spawn in your harbor
-For hire ships if they get stuck or take to long also spawn in your harbor.
-some balancing fixes not applicable to the demo (due to the late game content being locked)
-commander HQ tower tops won't respawn every time you open the commander menu
-ship pathing for traderoutes will now try to avoid other harbors
-ship pathing for traderoutes will now try to go straight thru any drawbridges
-removed chromatic abberation from map
-fixed trade route danger levels now shown in map color coding
-improved lip syncing
-fixed some missing voice acting
-various small bugs and issues

Mouse changes
-removed the mouse stickiness when flying the surveyor
-when you turn of Hidden Build Cursor in the settings the cursor will now always be visible on the ground AND it won't reset when changing towers , giving a more conventional mouse feel on the ground.

Taisuke Weapon Transformation Adjustments:
Normal attacks generate 1 [Kesa Mark] upon critical hit, cooldown 3 seconds --> Normal attacks now additionally restore 2% Ultimate energy on critical hits, cooldown 2 seconds.
Each Normal attack hit increases heavy attack damage by 6%, stackable 5 times, lasting 5 seconds --> Normal attack combo reduced from 5 hits to 3 hits (retaining the last three attacks).
The final hit of the Normal attack combo changes to a quick 2-hit combo, each hit dealing 90% damage --> For each [Kesa Mark] owned, increase Normal attack damage by 12%.
Normal attack combo reduced from 5 hits to 3 hits (retaining the last three attacks), with a 40% chance to gain an additional [Kesa Mark] on the final hit --> Final hit of Normal attack deals 70% more damage, with a 40% chance to gain an extra mark on hit, cooldown 2 seconds.
Heavy attacks now require consuming 3 [Kesa Mark] to release a short-duration invincible slash, dealing 150% damage per hit (9 hits in total); the required attack count to gain [Kesa Marks] +1.
During the Ultimate buff, heavy attack attack speed increases by 20% --> During the Ultimate buff, heavy attack damage gains an additional 50% critical rate.
Using heavy attacks during the Ultimate buff returns 1 [Kesa Mark] --> During the Ultimate buff, Normal attack damage increases by 30%.
Ultimate critical damage increases by 50% --> At the end of the Ultimate, perform an additional sword swipe, creating a heavy attack sword aura around, dealing 120% attack damage every 0.33 seconds to enemies in the area.
Change: The Ultimate sword aura now generates beneath the enemy's feet, marking the hit unit. At the end of the Ultimate, trigger "Sheathing": Create a heavy attack sword aura at the marked enemy's position, lasting 1.5 seconds, dealing 160% damage every 0.5 seconds (heavy attack damage). Using heavy attacks during the Ultimate buff returns 1 mark.
Gain 1 [Kesa Mark] on evasion trigger, cooldown 2 seconds --> Gain 1 [Kesa Mark] on evasion trigger, cooldown 2 seconds.
On evasion trigger, the next attack inflicts an additional 12 points of Vulnerability damage --> When dash-triggered Extreme Evasion occurs, critical rate increases by 20%, lasting 3 seconds.
Taisuke Weapon Transformation: Instant Slash - Changed to activate the Instant Slash effect after hitting an enemy with a heavy attack three times, and the invincibility time is now throughout the animation.

Set Adjustments:
Set - In an Instant: The invincibility time gained after Instant Slash is reduced to 0.5 seconds.

Driver & Relic Adjustments:
Fusion driver [Solidified Energy]: When health is above 30%, lose 8→7% of max health per second, converted to a [Shield] equal to 12→10% of max health; shields obtained have no time limit, up to a maximum of 120→100% of max health.
For each [Heavy Attack Additional] driver effect on relics, increase heavy attack damage by 25% -> 20%.
For each [Kill Enemy] driver effect on relics, enemies with health below 50% take 12% -> 10% increased damage.
For each [Evasion] driver effect on relics, Normal attack speed and movement speed increase by 10% -> 8%.
For each [Normal attack Last Hit] driver effect on relics, increase Normal attack damage by 35% -> 25%.

Optimization Adjustments:
Reduce the size of the buff icons on Jean and Yan's heads.
Added a batch of upcoming planned drivers to the database (currently unavailable).
Optimized Yan's joystick targeting to address the issue of randomly changing targets.
Adjusted the attack warning frames for numerous enemies to match their attack animations.

Bug Fixes:
Fixed an issue where the relic [Limited Challenge Protocol] did not take effect in the praised levels.
Fixed an issue where opening the Aggregated driver when the team countdown timer was about to end would cause a freeze.
Fixed an issue with the [Digital Avatar] heavy attack damage not matching the description.
Fixed an issue where switching text when selecting a teleporter in a team would display blank text.
Fixed an issue where [Digital Avatar] did not follow the player on elevators.
Fixed an issue where the filter for cyborgs would display duplicate icons.
Fixed an issue where the lightning chain from [Digital Avatar] was not affected by enhanced energy supply drops.
Fixed an issue where the lightning chain from [Digital Avatar] was not affected by the enhanced electric shock effect.
Fixed the occasional inability to return to the lobby after disconnecting.
Attempted to fix the issue of freezing when switching rooms.

Thanks to the additional logging and reports, we've now fixed a vast majority of niche cases where a hex was not allowed to be used. There may still be others, but most remaining ones were caused by the issue that is now fixed.

Fixed an issue where summons who inherit values from their owner were not doing so.

Fixed an issue where, if interrupted durings his skill, Hudson would remain stuck mid-air.

Fixed a fix-failed issue from a previous hotfix regarding Mages doing one attack in between their dual-cast.

Fixed Superior Spear having no target filtration priority. It now targets random units.

Fixed Volcanus' spin speed being affected by framerate (low framerate = low spin speed)

Fixed the new Pivot descriptions showing {tokens} only in the description display in the Level Up panel

Added yet another check to hopefully catch the user out there who is unable to see the corrupted save screen.

Fixed Blook going absolutely bananas sometimes when trying to return to the hex it came from after using the possession skill.

Fixed Blook's attack missile being spawned slightly late.
