"I Know This Place..?" chapter I (prologue) - Zap!
Chapter I fully works on STEAM DECK! However, Steam has not yet assigned us full support, so to find it in the STEAM DECK you need to uncheck the full compatibility checkbox when searching for our game.
The main thing done is re-implimenting the translation. If you are playing in English, you won't see the impact. If you are not, then expect a major download for it.
The original implementation had a bunch of bugs pop up from multiple users and tests along with not applying the translation in certain places. I'm sorry I was not able to discover this sooner.
The new re-implementation should fix the bugs and showcase the translations in most areas where it should.

I am working on a sorta half sequel for YATW like a 1.5 kind thing. It will be much smaller and simpler than the sequel.
I don't want it to be multiplayer(or not as a main feature), I was thinking it could be a story game to fill in some lore. I believe it could give some lore elements to the game. It would probably also be in 2D since I suck at modeling(And I'm not paying someone for the half sequel).
So I want ideas from my Weapons! Got a game mechanic you want?(Except sex(I gotchu)) Character names?(Ricardo Retardo is a good one)
Also I need a genre as I have not picked one out? Here are the ones I'm thinking
I think a RPG would be cool for the 1.5 game btw. The full sequel will still prob be a online fps btw.
And ik ite been a while but im thinking July for the launch of the 1.5 maybe sooner.

Once again we'd like to thank everyone for trying out our prologue.
As promised we've just released the first patch fixing the most important issues.
Below is a list of all the changes.
Fixed bug with getting stuck after quickly switching tools with a controller.
Greatly improved collisions between the skid-steer bucket and the ground. It should no longer get stuck in the ground.
Construction job - Improved detection ranges for garage beams - materials placed below them should now always be recognized as in range, even for the roof.
Fixed bug where sometimes the task for digging would not appear after building the office.
Performance improvements.
External camera now follows vehicle rotation.
Slightly improved ground resistance when digging - more improvements are in the works.
New bonus task! - Place debris inside the container. With improved bucket collision scooping debris from the ground is much easier and more fun so we decided to add this task for the more ambitious among our players.
Tutorial changes:
Slightly changed few tutorial messages to be more clear.
It is no longer possible to destroy the old shack before the jackhammer is unlocked.
Disabled the ability to switch cameras in the skid-steer at the start of the tutorial.
Known bugs:
Don't exit the skid-steer if the right side touches the fence - you may get stuck.
Please note that if you already know how to play or just want to play your own way you can disable the tutorial when starting a new career.
Please report any issues (or feature requests) on the DFHack GitHub issue tracker. When reporting issues, please upload a zip file of your savegame and a zip file of your mods directory to the cloud and add links to the GitHub issue. Make sure your files are downloadable by "everyone with the link". We need your savegame to reproduce the problem and test the fix, and we need your active mods so we can load your savegame. Issues with savegames and mods attached get fixed first!

PSAs
As always, remember that, just like the vanilla DF game, DFHack tools can also have bugs. It is a good idea to save often and keep backups of the forts that you care about.
Many DFHack tools that worked in previous (pre-Steam) versions of DF have not been updated yet and are marked with the "unavailable" tag in their docs. If you try to run them, they will show a warning and exit immediately. You can run the command again to override the warning (though of course the tools may not work). We make no guarantees of reliability for the tools that are marked as "unavailable".
The in-game interface for running DFHack commands (gui/launcher) will not show "unavailable" tools by default. You can still run them if you know their names, or you can turn on dev mode by hitting Ctrl-D while in gui/launcher and they will be added to the autocomplete list. Some tools do not compile yet and are not available at all, even when in dev mode.
If you see a tool complaining about the lack of a cursor, know that it's referring to the keyboard cursor (which used to be the only real option in Dwarf Fortress). You can enable the keyboard cursor by entering mining mode or selecting the dump/forbid tool and hitting Alt-K (the DFHack keybinding for toggle-kbd-cursor). We're working on making DFHack tools more mouse-aware and accessible so this step isn't necessary in the future.
