Patch 1.01 has just been released, here you can see a list of all the fixes implemented, based on your feedback. Thanks for playing our game and we hope you will continue enjoying it.
What has been fixed:
Scrolling script on missions (sometimes camera was stopping at incorrect positions making missions impossible to finish)
Aoe slowing and jamming attacks were affecting player incorrectly
Archalien boss had wrong collision setup
Fossil boss laser rotating attack had too high speed
Deselecting additional weapons in hangar by removing weapon slot upgrade was not removing weapon model from the fighter (bug not affecting gameplay and occuring only in menu)
We are continuing to update Pirate Patrol with elements that will deepen the gameplay experience. We'll be releasing a major update we've been working on before the end of February. We're also planning to release two major updates in March.
In a few days, we'll be releasing the Selection Update, which will allow players to select squad and fighter ships at the beginning of the game. This update is part of a system that will allow you to find ships, officers, or pilots when you visit planets, space stations, faction hubs, or mobile trade bases in the later stages of Early Access. We also believe that our friends who try the game at this stage of Early Access will have a more enjoyable experience with a little more control over their crew and fighters.
March Updates
Our first update in March will allow players to loot and craft new items in-game. In the subsequent update, players will be able to modify both their mothership and their fighters with these items. They will be able to add and remove hundreds of new engines, new weapons, new missiles, new sensors or battle computers, and various technological accessories.
With the integration of these systems into the game, it will be possible for the main character and NPC pilots/officers to level up and gain skills. Therefore, we plan to implement the detailed skill update we are working on in April.
Pirate Patrol is on its way to becoming a detailed sci-fi RPG that we enjoy playing.
We would love to hear your feedback during the busy month of March.
Hey people! This is an announcement day. Got good and not so good news to tell, depends on how you see it i guess.
First of all, new project in dev started Fabruary 11th "House of 1000 Traps" which should see full release very soon!! pages are up on steam and itch.io right now. I'd appreciate a wishlist if you can and if you are interrested, thank you so much in advance!
The not so good news is, I need way more time for Dismantled 2. If i can be blunt the game still need a lot even after all this time. Since it was done completely from scratch it took a lot more time. Dev is going great on it, but i just need more time to finish this project.
I also begin to be tired of working only on this single project since over 3 years now that's why i started a quick side project and honestly it helped me so much to get more motivations. It felt refreshing to start something new, been a long while since i had done something new and completely apart from Dismantled to be honest.
I want, and i need to keep doing side projects for now on while also working on Dismantled 2. it will also help financially because i'd need more budget to finish the project.
I hope you understand my decisions, i honestly think it's for the best that way. Thank you so much for your support, it means a lot to me.
On that note stay tuned for future projects announcement later this year!

Fixed some bugs that were caused by having extremely large values on resources and citizens.
We've recently discovered the presence of cheat tools circulating online, allowing users to tamper with game values. Be cautious, as deploying these tools may not only jeopardize your game saves but also compromise the overall stability of the game. Needless to say, it could completely undermine the immersive experience. We extend our gratitude to the dedicated members of our Discord server who consistently contribute valuable feedback and assist us in pinpointing and resolving bugs. Your support is instrumental in maintaining the integrity of the gaming experience for everyone.
