As we announced on our Dev Blog, we just right now activated the Beta branch on Steam.

It's for testing before a patch goes live. So be ready for interesting bugs, unexpected crashes, or funny glitches more than ever 😛

But, with this, we can be sure it's working as intended, whether the community likes it or not.


After right-clicking on Contain from the list, go to Properties > Betas and it should be visible in the Beta Participation list.


Whoever owns the game can participate, no need to do anything else.

• You will notice that some player character sounds are different and better and also new SFXs have been added.
  
• We have increased the movement speed of the character for waking, running & sprinting. For now, this causes some animation issues, that can be noticed. Especially on the TPS animations.
  
• Matchmaking is active. If matchmaking can't find a host to join, it will automatically host a game. Players can't match-join if a session is already in a mission zone.
  
• VOIP is active.

This week's challenge requires you to give Celestia Citizen their halo back. To do so, walk on the glowing Halo that will be near the Weekly Challenge table to pick up a halo. Then find a Celestia Citizen in the map and give them a halo to progress on the challenge and get XP.

How it works:
Unlock the Weekly Challenge table in the Star Milestone.
Place it whenever you start a map and it will record your challenge progress while you play.
You need to place it every time you start a map for it to record.
Watch your numbers grow and make sure to complete the target score before Friday.
