We've received reports of Vampire Mansion not running after the 1.3.0 update, This is not happening in our work environment, so we are having trouble resolving it.
We've created a test version that rolls back the DirectX targeting changes that were made in version 1.3.0.
If your game is currently not running, please go to Game→Properties→Beta→Join Beta, select "dx12 - DX12 Target Version", then update and see if the issue is resolved.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The fix for the Version 1.36.1 issue [game soft-locking in certain Focused Encounters] has been completed, and the review process for the soft-locking issue fix build (1.36.2) has been completed. The fix will be deployed on each respective app store on Feb. 2nd, 2024, at 12:00 (KST).
[Fix Deployment ETA] - iOS, Android : 2024.02.02 (Fri) 12:00 (KST) - Steam version of the game was updated on 2024.02.02 (Fri) 01:30 (KST)
There will be no maintenance for this update, and you can download the new version of the app via the Google Play Store or the App Store.
Please note that update downloads may become available at different periods depending on your location & device. If you cannot see the update in your stores, please try again later.
The previous version 1.36.1 will remain playable until 2024.02.02 (Fri) 18:00 (KST). Please make sure to update the game before then.
Once the game has been updated, the bottom right side of the Title screen should say 'Version 1.36.2'.
We have identified and corrected an issue where the Refraction Railway 3 Combat Encounter Clear Turns displays '0 Clear Turns'.
The error in the game server logic was fixed on Feb. 2nd at 2:30 (KST), and the fix has been applied without updating the app.
This issue occurred because the Refraction Railway Clear Records were abnormally saved, and reflected the incorrect value (0) on the in-game UI. We still have the logs of your actual Clear Records, so affected accounts' Turn Counts and records displayed on decorative Banners will be changed to reflect the actual Clear Records.
Please refer to the information below for more details.
Issue - Refraction Railway Line 3 Combat Encounter Clear Record displays 0 Total Turns - Upon clearing the Terminus, the 0 turn Clear Record is displayed on the obtained decorative Banners.
Cause - Rarely, upon entering the Rest Stations, the incorrect Combat Encounter IDs were sent to the servers, which meant that '0 Total Turns' record was displayed instead
Solution - Validation test logic added - Preventative measure added: If a similar issue occurs, the server error code will be displayed
Future Measures - The actual Clear Total Turns is still saved in the logs - We will verify the logs of each affected account and reflect the actual Clear Total Turns to displays and decorative Banners

Today we would like to share information regarding a new game mode in KartRider: Drift, the Ranked Queue.
In Ranked Queue, all Racers can play solo or in a party, queuing for matches as normal. You're given points based on the results of each of your matchmade races, which contribute to your overall rank.
The Ranked Queue exists for both Item Mode and Speed Mode, and you can get rewards for achieving each rank. You can also earn Place Rewards, depending on your rank when Ranked Queue ends. The Ranked Queue for Item Mode and Speed Mode each have their own separate rank systems and rewards.
Below are some examples of ranks you can achieve in Item Mode and Speed Mode via the Ranked Queue:
