Join me as I play through the Boundless Paths demo. I will play through Day 1 to Day 25, talking through both my on-the-spot strategies and game design decisions as appropriate. I will also respond to any questions raised in chat.



Boundless Paths is an Exploratory Tower-Defense Roguelite, so you will be seeing me react to whatever features, events and challenges turn up when I explore the map in the day phases and defend against monster waves in the night phases.

(1) Add generals' skills, Zhou Yu: Each skill attack will cast lightning, with a fury value of 100;
(2) Add generals' skills, Xu Shu: Each skill attack will cast a poisonous whirlwind, with a fury value of 100;
(3) Add generals' skills, Da Qiao: Each skill attack will cast ice hockey, with a fury value of 100;
(4) Add generals' skills, Xiao Qiao: Each skill attack will cast meteorites, with a fury value of 100;
(5) Add generals' skills, Ma Chao: Each attack will cast a tornado, with a fury value of 100;

Patch (Ver:1.1.017) has been released, including the following fixes:
-The personality result IDs will now be uploaded to a new data server, old IDs are also been moved to the new data server.
※When comparing the result ID with other players, patching or not may cause the comparison to fail, or only a partial result is shown.
-Fixed in some cases that the game will show Internet connection is unavailable or the percentage of selection is shown as offline mode, although the Internet is connected.
-Fixed the issue that can't input result IDs or IDs are not shown in 'Compare with many others' when running the game in Simplified Chinese / Traditional Chinese.

Lamil is a strategic and calculating character with long-range sniping abilities, and he's a man of his word, even in the face of treachery and danger.

His trademark, a powerful sniper laser, is the one shot that can turn the tide on the battlefield. This deadly precision allows him to reduce enemies to ashes before they can even approach him.

Lamil, a former intelligence operative, infiltrates Nova's research team undercover and takes advantage of the chaos during the CM-Shock outbreak to obtain vital data.

Retreating into hiding after the global devastation of Moonfall Day, Lamil is contacted by Raven, the leader of Undercity.

In exchange for classified information, Raven offers him safety, prompting Lamil to adopt a false identity as a member of the Shadow Walkers.

▷ Lamil scatters 5 mines strategically around the area.
▷ When an enemy approaches a mine, it explodes, dealing damage and leaving a mark on the affected enemy.
▷ The mark will remain until the character dies, reducing their movement speed and causing them to take significantly more damage.
▷ Mines placed by Lamil are destroyed upon his death.




▷ Lamil modifies his sniper rifle by adding an extra component that turns it into a Mega Beam Cannon for a limited time.
▷ The cannon can be fired as a ranged attack(A) or as an ultimate(Q), and can be fired up to 3 times.
▷ The range of the cannon steadily increases as it charges.
▷ The ultimate ends when the duration ends or the maximum number of shots is used.




Since most of the existing characters were focused on melee attacks, the team felt the need to introduce a character specializing in long-range combat, so we came up with a sniper-type concept.

At first, the advantage of being able to attack from a long distance, out of enemy’s sight was too powerful, so we had to balance the character by adding damage reduction based on distance with reloading capabilities.

(Lamil is still in development and is subject to change)

Lamil is a character who actively uses the 'charging' system, which increases his range while holding down the attack key.

Both his ranged and ultimate attacks can be charged, allowing him to safely take down enemies from a distance. His ultimate ‘Mega Beam Cannon’ is the only skill in the game that can penetrate terrain, allowing him to deal damage to enemies hiding behind walls or objects.
