Summary: Q&A Session with Roadmap Presentation

Here are the slides from todays Event, we had a lot of fun making these, hopefully they were fun for the audience as well:

It was a normal day at the office when someone rang the doorbell, and a red-haired girl came in.

She asked for help investigating some very "strange threats" that were sent to their game development studio in the last few days.

I quickly took some notes...

Walking into the office, Akane looked over to the desk. She could make out a familiar face, though close to her own, it was slightly, off... Maybe it had been her in another, a better, life.

So, a couple of days later, I asked to see some of these "strange threats", and the same red-haired girl showed me one of the letters she had received in the previous days.

It had been written with the aid of a typewriter, and the ink ribbon was probably old.

Having completed her work for the day, Akane found herself in need of some necessities...

And there I was, at my office, piecing everything back together...

Promised features, that were known by the guy giving threats, somehow... perhaps, was he one of their coworkers?

24/01/27 Patch Notes

Alpha League - Bluishrain

Preface
For those of you who are interested in trying out Alpha League early. Our Playtest Server is now open to public. If you want to join, simply apply for the Playtest on Store Page.

We are expecting a server maintenance around Jan. 27th 10am CET/1am PST/5pm BJT. The maintenance will continue for about 1 hour. Like every week before, please restart Steam to update the game client.

Part. 1 Content
1. We have temporarily retired Marble, because we cannot fix his texture issue for the moment. We apologize to those who love Marble, and we expect Marble to be back soon.
2. A new hero - the North Berserker "Eyvar" is available for play now. Please check for details in Library. Eyvar is tanky and mainly deals damage by critical hits.

Part. 2 Balance
1. Buff: the healing amount for Adrenaline (Heal Genre Legendary Skill) has been 33% increased.
2. Rework: talents (passive skill) of Jenny and Alicia are stronger now in early game (because we find new players may fail 1-7 monster round with these 2 heroes) and slightly weaker in late game.
3. Reworked mechanism of Credit card. You can always overdraft now.
4. Buffed damage of Damage Reflection (Shield+Curse Normal Skill), check out in library.
5. You can now pick identical heroes.

Part. 3 Miscellaneous
1. Fixed reconnection issue. When players quit lobby or are disconnected for a long time, they should still be able to reconnect. Especially when play as a team.
2. Tweaked the Elo System. It will be easier for a good player to climb the ladder. However, when a player loses, he or she also loses more elo points.
3. Improved Bot intelligence. New players should be able to experience a smoother learning curve.
4. Improved UI in several places. We will keep improving the UI.
5. Keep improving performance on earlier specs computers.
6. Fixed sound effect bug for Opal.
7. Fixed all the known bugs.
8. Fixed some text mistakes.

Expectation for next week
1. Allocate more currency resources (through Rank Rewards and so on) to players, so cultivating a few main heroes will be faster.
2. We will try to fix the Steamdeck compatibility issue.
3. Lobby UI upgrade (as surveyed earlier at Discord/Reddit).
4. We are planning about new heroes/genres/artifacts/maps before the official release, but this may taker longer than next week. Thank you for being patient with us. We hope you enjoy the time with Pals.
