In addition to the 3 Epic players and 8 Highlight players listed below, 139 other currently active players will make an appearance in the Special Player List.
Epic players reflect a standout performance they put out during a specific season during their career. They also feature unique card designs stylized after photos taken during the season they are based on. These players will also have "Boosters", which will enhance certain Player Stats they possess.
Highlight players have different stats compared to their Standard counterparts, and they can also be further developed.
Sign these soccer greats and make your team that much stronger!
Thank you for the great reception of the demo and the many positive reactions.
We received a lot of feedback, so we are releasing the first update to fix major bug.
Fixed: - Cups disappearing after pressing a certain key combination when using the sink
We have also adjusted the difficulty and fixed some minor bugs. We hope you continue to enjoy the demo. We are also working hard on the full game and hope to release it soon.
Build113b > Build0122 - Fixed an issue in the tutorial "wall" where the tutorial would not finish if the message were not skipped. - Adjusted the behavior of some bosses. - Fixed various small issues.
This patch is a wild collection of smaller improvements, balance changes, and bug fixes that we have received from you. Thank you very much for that!
Your savegames should remain intact with this patch. If for some reason this is not the case, you can find version 0.5.3 in the beta branch on Steam. (edit: there are some problems with soldier background dialogues and old savegames, also some of Elisabeth's newer texts might not appear, but nothing game-breaking)
Improvements:
Added the option to warn the lieutenant of an imminent attack detected by your troop via the recon project.
Added more conditional texts for Elisabeth (to better indicate if a wounded soldier is in danger of dying even if his fever has subsided, or to ask for help if a soldier has bad recovery).
Allowed the Lieutenant to complain about the poor work ethic of soldiers assigned to his projects during the trench phase as well.
Balancing:
Increased chance of weather changes (especially snow in winter)
Some tweaks to hospital capacity and helping in the hospital
Some adjustments to the prestige gain for doing lieutenant projects when below medium prestige
Reduced danger for 'Get Rations' and 'Get Ammunition' projects in the trench
Randomised wounds gained while being MIA a bit (on average they'll be less severe now)
Bugfixes::
Fixed a rare error in soldier pathfinding
Fixed the possibility of two troops being on the same area/location in battle
Fixed dialogue button appearing in character window when soldiers are missing
Fixed prisoners of war appearing in camp
Fixed lieutenant complaining about soldiers doing bad work in his projects who weren't assigned to those projects
Fixed treat fever project happening when the soldier is already dead
Fixed Kohn asking for work while he's in hospital or missing
Fixed own soldiers joining an allied troop being hidden in project view (they are now in "unknown location")
Fixed display of some soldiers (e.g. looking at the same place for loot when there are two locations)
Fixed notifications sometimes being displayed twice
Fixed one journal choice not being translated and some typos
Fixed text overflow in drop downs in settings menu
Some other minor fixes
Other:
Minor changes to soldier background dialogues structure
The past two weeks have brought a bunch of new content and changes across the board. Ship guns of varying types allow for intense space combat and for salvagers to be able to mine from the comfort of their seats. Cargo must now physically interact with the trading station rather than ftling to it. Cryo sleepers allow players to exit the round in a more natural fashion and let job slots open organically. Reagents have been limited, meaning every drop of beer, to every drop of carbon can be precious.
Dear "Apocalypse Party" players, I am Wilson, the producer.
Allow me to start with a long sigh of relief:
Ah! The crash issue that has been troubling us for over a month has finally been resolved!!
I know we've claimed to have fixed the crashes several times before, and it might have started to seem unbelievable. That's why we didn't rush to announce this time. Instead, we observed for a week after releasing the version last Monday.
Today, after confirming through data that the crash rate has significantly decreased, we dare to announce this great news!
Our "crash-free game sessions" ratio has now risen to
99.899%.
Note: There might be some errors and fluctuations in data statistics. However, there's definitely a significant improvement, as the worst situation was around 96%.
Although this fix came later than expected, and many players left our game because of it, I want to say that we never stopped addressing these issues that affect player experience; it was just more challenging than anticipated.
Here, I apologize to those players who did not have a good experience due to the "crashes," and I want to
thank those who have continuously supported and tolerated us.
In addition to "crashes," today's version also resolved the following issues:
Fixed the issue of talents being auto-selected in online mode.
Fixed the problem where the hidden effects feature was ineffective on projectile effects.
Fixed the issue where completing the "Prologue" did not unlock the King.
Fixed intermittent inability to attack among teammates caused by "Earth" and "Gunpowder Trap" equipment in online mode.
Fixed the issue where "Surface Brothers" and "Butt Princess" could not transfer curses to teammates.
Fixed the problem of "Master Yi" not regenerating health.
Fixed the issue where activating "Shadow Scythe" activated the soul tag pool.
After resolving the major headache of "crashes," our team can finally focus more on producing subsequent updates.
We already have many exciting plans, and the specific update schedule will be announced this week. Please stay tuned!
Lastly, I want to thank everyone for your support and understanding of "Apocalypse Party." We will continue to strive to provide a higher quality gaming experience. If you encounter any problems in the game or have any suggestions, please feel free to provide us with feedback!
We are taking part in the Pirates vs Ninjas fest, where you can try out our demo if you haven't tried it yet. We will update the page soon with a new trailer and new screenshots. There are tons of changes! We've updated the visuals, added additional quests and a lot of other little things
Now we are polishing the game and doing localization, so we won't have long to wait.
