It's been a while... Unfortunately I do not come bearing great news. It is with a heavy heart that I need to share some unfortunate news about the future of Deliria. After an incredible journey encompassing two open Betas and nearly a year in Early Access, I have arrived at the difficult decision to retire Deliria for now. With this I want to take a moment to shed light on the reasoning behind this challenging choice.
In my pursuit of innovation and creating a fun and unique experience for horror genre fans I have hit a bit of a brick wall due to having not achieved the commercial success necessary to sustain the game's on-going development at this time.
My gratitude knows no bounds for the incredible community that has gathered around Deliria, whether it's here on Steam, Discord or TikTok. I want to say from the bottom of my heart, thank you to each and every single one of you for an incredible 2 year experience. I had an absolute blast listening to your feedback and it has been my absolute pleasure working on this project along with you all.
I am immensely proud of the game I have crafted with all of your unwavering support. Do not think for a second that this marks the end of me developing games, I will be back and better than ever, but with a more focused vision and invaluable experience I have learnt from Deliria. Keep an eye on this space.

After three years of work, our debut game as a studio launches on March 25th!
As a five-person team, it feels surreal that we’re almost finished with development. From starting this studio in 2021, growing a community of people that gave us invaluable feedback, to only having the finishing touches left, this has been a wild journey. We hope all the thought and work put into our game will resonate with players in each encounter through the wastelands.
To give you another glimpse of what's in store, we’ve highlighted a few more of the game's Beasts: Prophet of Ruin, Forgotten Warrior, Mother of Kid, Noble Guardian, and Sickly Serpentskin. Here, we’ll go through their backstories, offering a closer look at their motivations and traits.
The Soul of Science
Lover of Unheeded Messenger, together they tried to warn the world of the dangers that brought the world to waste. As calamities mounted the air turned sour, the land would not sprout crops, sickness rooted itself deeply and the oceans lay barren. The skeptics were never converted by Prophet of Ruin, they simply poisoned themselves away.
The Soul of the Cosmos
Father of the world, disgraced and forgotten. Once their leader in both war and peace, Forgotten Warrior is now left with a hollow stare that crosses over the horizon and past the orbits of the spheres. Prone to sudden violence, few dare approach for fear of being struck down by bolts of sun and sky.
The Soul of Love and Family
A forest spirit once able to shapeshift into any animal, Mother of Kid's last supporter is said to have passed away while she was climbing a sheer cliff. She protects her child at all costs. The Kid, who follows close behind, trusts her mother with all her heart.
The Soul of Bravery
Aged and ill-equipped to stop outsiders, the Noble Guardian still holds his post protecting the Sunken Valley. Known for his exceptionally hard shell and indefatigable spirit, the Noble Guardian knows he may not stop any invaders, but he will take ample time to be slain.
The Soul of Theatre
Brother of Maev. His cup masks, once used in whimsical plays, are now the object of petty street games. A devout of the old ways, Gilded Grifter helps provide the King of Beggars with food from wandering traders and does his best to unite and entertain what little community is left.
Alright, that's it for now! Back to work. Thank you again for joining us on this journey, and we'll see you all on March 25th!
1/17/2023 Hey, we are very excited to release Zero Grounds to everyone, but it seems that Steam is taking longer than usual reviewing our release build 😥
It is likely that Steam won't finish this process within the next few hours, but as soon as it's done we are going to let everyone play the game!
I will update you on this, stay tuned
1/19/2023 Release Update: Hey, we've finally received some feedback (list of bugs) from Steam. It's not that big and will be resolved soon (just a couple of things). We're already doing our homework. I won't give you an ETA this time, but we hope to be released this weekend!
P.S: Don't hate us, it's unexpected.
1/19/2023 Bugs are fixed, ball on the Steam Court again. Waiting for approval.. Should be much faster than 5 days though.
- Fixed an issue where higher tier enemies would give too much xp due to a scaling error - Fixed an issue where the "Studied Dark Magic" trait had no entry in the trait database, causing characters to lose it on the next loading and enabling multiple witches to be trained
