And we're not just sat watching numbers go up, oh no! We're working on an update to the demo, responding to a lot of feedback and also adding some really nice stuff we've wanted to for a while...
As you can see we've taken the Christmas decorations down, but also we're getting some gorgeous time-of-day lighting changes in - making it even cosier and feeling more like a real place. This is all tied to the Time Slots, so as you spend time doing work, the day progresses and you feel the atmosphere changing with it!
And we've got more weather in there! It's January, so the perfect time for us to figure out how rain and mist will look. Nice and dreary, it turns out! A job well done.

The art has been completely changed and the Steam page has been updated. The new version of the demo will be available on January 8, 2024. Release is scheduled for January 2024.
Added a stack size modifier setting that allows the player to control how large stack sizes can be

Multiplayer Progress
Progress on multiplayer remains our number 1 priority. This past week we've made huge progress in these key areas:
Removing floats from placeable data, which allows us to decouple placement state from unity's local transform world state, which is all float based
Strides have been made in refactoring the game to support multiple players. Currently, there are many places in the code (read: hundreds) that assume only 1 player is active in the game, which obviously won't work for MP. I've added a new module in the code that manages an arbitrary number of players joining a game, and have updated many of the places in the game's logic that assumes only 1 player.
We have implemented a small hotfix to fix a potential blocker. Details:

A new balance update will soon make its way into the game, aiming to tone down Ghazghkull's dominance after the last changes. This balance update also aims to increase the viability of some of the least successful Warlords and the playability of some of the least used cards. Hello hello :) We fixed missing snows in HQ and we change problematic colors on waterslide in Aquarium level also on the edge swimming pools in both Hotel levels :) This should help you to see dirt trough pool cleaning sense!

DLC in 2024
When we released WooLoop way back in January 2023, we committed to 12 additional DLC Galleries. From Fantasy, Food, Nature and to the most recent, Advent. We have achieved that goal!
Thank you all for your interest and for playing along with us throughout the year.
But what does that mean for the future of WooLoop?
Don't worry! We are now committed to an additional 6 DLC that we will be releasing over 2024, starting this January with the upcoming Science Gallery! 🔬
We will be releasing DLC on a bi-monthly schedule all the way up to December, so there'll be plenty more wrapping and looping for you to get tangled up in.

Achievements
A long-awaited change is coming right now!
Upon release of WooLoop, we were only able to add 100 achievements, and these didn't even count towards your Steam profile! Boooo! 👎
Thankfully, due to your continued love and support of WooLoop, Steam has recognised our game and we can now add more Steam achievements that will also be counted on your profiles! Yayyy! 🥳
We have been hard at work this week making all of the achievement icons and getting them uploaded to Steam. Make sure you launch your game and reopen any completed levels to trigger the new achievements.
Note: We have focused on getting the achievements uploaded in English only for the moment so that they are available ASAP.
To our beloved worldwide players who play WooLoop in other languages than English, we will be making sure all the achievements are localised to all of the Steam-supported languages soon.tm
