MEMORY ALGORITHM SEASON 9/10 UPDATES
As season 15 arrives, the content of season 9 and season 10 is also now available in Memory Algorithm for a limited time! "Vita - Valkyrie" & "Alborada - Crescent Guardian" "Silver Deacon - Plaguedoctor" & "Caramel - Tycoon" The appearances above can be obtained by completing the associated seasonal Memory Repair missions in Memory Algorithm. Also, under this system, Memory Repair missions of past seasons must be completed in the current season. 1. Christmas and New Year's Lobby Update The Christmas Lobby Skin has been updated!
2. Limited-time Background Music During the event, you can claim "Alice the Dreamer: Accompaniment" for free by logging into the game.
3. First Purchase Restart Program Your First Purchase history will be reset on December 31st at 0:00 (UTC+8). After that, players can enjoy the First Purchase offer again! If you haven't received your First Purchase Perk this year, now is your chance.

NEW MODE & MODE ADJUSTMENTS
Battle Royale: Total Annihilation The new "Total Annihilation" Battle Royale Mode is coming to Mecha City soon! In Total Annihilation Mode, 3 types of special gems will spawn on the map and each type of gem grants unique buff effects to players. After a player collects all 3 types of gems, the player can choose to activate the Melting Pot Device in an open place within the Safe Area. After activating the device, if the player manages to guard the area the device is in until the countdown ends, the device will explode and eliminate all other players to directly win the game for the player! If other players on the battlefield collect the gems and activate the Melting Pot, try to occupy the area where the Melting Pot is located as soon as possible to destroy it and shut it down!
Battle Royale: Magic Hunter Increased the capacity for Secret Art: Sylph, Secret Art: Frenzy, Sanctuary Potion, and Sustainability Potion. You can now have up to 2 of each of these items.
MECHA ADJUSTMENTS
Skyfire Increased the primary weapon, Explosive Barrage's DMG vs. Mecha in vehicle form from 408 to 420. Increased the primary weapon Explosive Barrage's clip capacity in vehicle form from 5 to 7. Increased the Movement Speed in vehicle form from 9.5 to 10. Increased the Core Module, Transformation Buff's buff duration from 5 seconds to 8 seconds.
ADJUSTMENTS & OPTIMIZATIONS
1. As the Winter Cup draws near, the Tournament Store will have new items available after the new patch is released on December 28th, at which time your Arena Coins will be reclaimed, so make sure to use them now. 2. Added the Twilight Poses, "Sunset Moment" and "Relaxing Afternoon" to the Meow Store. 3. Optimized the Battle Pass Activity Pack screen. 4. Fixed an issue that caused the framerate to drop when several smoke effects from Twilight overlapped. 5. Fixed an issue that caused deactivation when a Mecha is paralyzed. 6. Fixed an issue that caused Steam login errors. 7. Fixed an issue that caused the in-game Mecha appearance to be inconsistent with that in the results screen if the Mecha appearance was changed during the game. 8. Fixed an issue that when a player was eliminated in Battle Royale Mode, their pet would stay in the scenario. 9. Fixed an issue that a tactical skill could bind targets in extreme situations. 10. Fixed an issue that the Binding effect could prevent Skylark from using tactical skills in extreme situations. 11. Fixed an issue that incorrect outlines would appear when the scope of an Ion Cannon was on in extreme situations.
VIRTUAL ARENA ADJUSTMENTS & OPTIMIZATIONS
1. Optimized the logic for redeeming Energy so players can now directly redeem everything that's available. 2. Optimized access to viewing records. Now, if you try to access records from the Virtual Arena, the record tab of Virtual Arena will be opened by default. 3. Fixed an issue that caused the game to lag when there were too many monsters in combat. 4. Fixed an issue that Storms weren't happening frequently enough in the Virtual Arena. 5. Fixed an issue that the objective indicator would show an incorrect mark when the mission was about killing multiple monsters in extreme situations. 6. Fixed an issue that caused the data on the screen wouldn't update immediately after tapping the "Switch" button. 7. Fixed an issue where sending a friend request would result in an error after quitting the recruitment team. 8. Fixed an issue that caused players to get stuck by blockade in extreme situations. 9. Fixed an issue that made it possible for Doomlight to use the Photon Turret to attack the boss after disconnection.

What is Hard Mode?
Once players have completed the game in normal mode you will be given the option of continuing your save file in Hard Mode. Here are some things that players can look forward to when continuing their journey into Hardmode.
Players will retain all their equipment, talismans, and crafting knowledge but the rest of the world will reset
All enemies will be scaled up to provide a challenge for a player with high-level gear
Enemy placements and compositions have been adjusted all around the world
Resources will be more plentiful allowing you to try new builds and playstyles more easily
New achievements will be available for defeating bosses and completing the game in Hard Mode
Along with this new feature we have also taken significant strides to improve clarity in quest dialogues, quality of life changes, and fixing issues we may have missed along the way. You can read all about our update in the patch notes below!

The player will no longer be locked out of one of the Coveted Fragments in Flare Florge if you die or fast travel out of the Erudition Phantom encounter.

Updated Hirath's Sigil to use the correct version of the icon.

Enemies
Fixed bug causing Deflectors armor effect to negate all damage from Einar’s frost orb projectiles
Changed functionality of the Hashara Princess handmaids to spawn only once but be tougher to kill during the Hashara Princess boss fight
Reduced damage of human enemies special attacks
Atnael will now move to the center of the platform before performing his scythe pull in attack
The Hashara Hive Guard will now destroy his rock walls if he loses his target and doesn’t gain a new one within a specific duration
Made improvements to the Melgom boss fight
He ensures he is on the platform and not very far from the player before performing his curved laser attack
He teleports to the center of the platform and performs a callout as he begins his cosmic collapse attack
The portals that appear in the arena won’t automatically teleport the player if they spawn on top of you. They also have a spawn visual effect for 2 seconds before becoming active
Made improvements to the Maveth boss fight

Hey, Quick update on where the game is going. I am switching gears and will start focusing on what I do best, programming. There are lots of features that I want to implement in the game, but haven't had the time yet due to splitting my focus into many areas. I have onboarded 2 writers to help write new (and much better) stories, and I am very excited to soon show the work they are putting together. I am also working with a UI/UX artist to help transition some of the game interfaces that were poorly (ATROCIOUSLY) conceived by me.
There is the new story released with this patch, I would love to hear how you feel about it, if there is any issue, if it's too hard or anything else you'd like to add!

Shops used to be limited to only "good" floors (floors that only offer Smith/Rest/Shop/Oracle/Chest), but now a 3rd shop can spawn outside of these "good" floors - Chest will always contain at least gold - Padlock Artifact no longer locks chests, and instead of giving 0 XP, now gives 50% less XP - Key Artifact was buffed from 30>50% more gold from Chests - Slightly nerfed Electric Golem - Jester can no longer Freeze you - Nerfed Swift Strikes [3 swords in 1 turn perk]: Now only gives 1 NRG back instead of 2 (yeeeah it was a bit busted, but was fun while it lasted) - Gave Spear a set amount of Wounded. Now all Wounded sources cannot be influenced by Focus/Proficiency - Reworked Punish
QOL: - Hovering the enemy's portrait in the timeline now shows their immunities. I have some ideas surrounding how this could evolve, but for now I kept it simple - Added "Unmastered" filter to Action Library
Fixes: - Circlet now procs in Act 4 - Study+ now gives buffs as intended (Unupgraded was fine) - Curses now no longer show up on Smith screens, as well as they can no longer be Smithed in combat by use of the Smith Sauce. - Fixed Forgetful vanishing itself instead of the next Action drawn - Fixed 2 memory leaks (hopefully all gone?) - You can no longer claim a potion reward while one is flying to your potion belt
Visual Fixes: - Rogue overdraw Block Perk now properly shows that it gives 1 Block - Fixed locked classes on menu drawing their class tooltip when hovered - Tumble tooltip fixed to show diceroll icon - Fixed more Perk Orb proccing issues - Fixed a depth issue with proficiency tooltips
There's still a couple more bugs that I'm aware of, they didn't quite make the cut today!
1. Customize the game - lots of variable for you to customize the game - turn on infinite mode to start a endless game - a few presets for you to help you start customizing
2. Design your own character - change outfit and weapon, choose colors you like for your character. - customize initial points, initial chess, initial passive and initial skills.
