This update includes miscellaneous bug fixes for the following issues: * Players can now walk and sprint diagonally * Switched flashlight activation from hold to toggle * Fixed certain story mode events * Fixed an issue where new players' mouse sensitivity was set to 0 by default, causing the inability to look around (If you are still encountering this issue, check to make sure that the sensitivity value is set to a value greater than 0) * Adjusted certain story mode events * Added "Report a bug" button to the main menu and pause menu to allow players to quickly report any issues being encountered in the game.
Sorry that these issues were there in the first place! I will continue to monitor your feedback and reception to the game overall :)
We posted a small update today. Here is what's changed :
QOL - For our keyboard/mouse players, throwing should now be more intuitive with the position of the mouse cursor being shown by a cross (see below) : Don't hesitate to tell us if throwing feels easier now!
BALANCE - B01_05 (fifth level of chapter 1) had its scores decreased a little. It should now be easier to get the higher tier piggies.
MUSIC - A new track was added in chapter 5.
BUGFIX - Attempted to fix a bug where players could get stuck to bollards in chapter 3.
LOCALIZATION - Some fixes on Turkish/English translations.

This version gives you access to free updates until the end of 2024.
Please note that the current price of $149 will increase to $199 on January 16th.
We understand that price increases are never good news, but the price of Substance Painter has remained flat since its introduction more than 10 years ago and we feel like this increase accurately reflects the added value it now provides artists and creators.

Fixes: - Transmuting Actions now removes them from the pool, so Transmuting multiple actions in a row will now offer different Actions for each Transmute. - Fixed Contagion Debuff crashing the game while on the last remaining enemy - Fixed crash with Smithotron (it had a chance of selecting to upgrade an Action with an Oracle equipped, which the game was NOT ready for!) - D20 Event no longer can award "none" Proficiency - Attempting to Smith an Action when you have all Smithed Actions no longer creates just the "Cancel" button - No longer able to click on ? Event options through the pause menu - Fixed AOE Multi-dice actions not dealing damage after a target has died
Visual Fixes: - Bleed tooltip typo - NRG tooltip now properly accounts for max NRG Artifacts when displaying your max NRG
Balance: - Punish now inflicts a set amount of Wounded
-added a new rendering path setting that is now available in Unity. It is called Forward+ and it has been set to default for all quality settings. This rendering path is the fastest so far, it’s on par with Deferred and it does not have the disadvantages of deferred such as not being able to use MSAA. In Forward+ you can use MSAA as well and the realtime lights will not flicker anymore in the Zombies map

-increased back to 4k the textures of the M4 weapon. Even if it will take slightly more RAM and VRAM to have them loaded it’s worth it because otherwise it looked too bad.
-fixed an issue which caused the weapon skin icons to not display correctly when hovering over the weapon skin dropdown
-fixed an issue where the custom local skins would not be applied on the dropped magazines (the mags that drop on the ground when reloading)
