Collision Bug Fixes for MANA Base

-- Fixed some issues with walls being walkthrough.
-- Fixed a gamebreaking issue with the fork item. It now feels really good instead.
-- Tuned the damage for all aoe useable items.
-- Fixed a bunch of controller sensitive issues.
-- Fixed an issue where music would start playing even at 0 volume.
-- Fixed a visual bug that made it seem like 2 items were awarded when interacting with the rouletts.
-- Adjusted some damage numbers.
-- Adjusted Boss healths.
-- Fixed an issue where berserker axe would make you take less damage instead of more.
-- Fixed an issue where berserker axe was granting a 40 x multiplier instead of 0.4x
-- Added FPS settings.
-- Set default FPS to 60.
-- Added 4k resolution.
-- Made floating damage numbers scale more.
-- Fixed minor issues here and there.

Creator notes:
Partially a performance patch. I heard there was an issue with my last patch, so i decided to heavily focus on it this time. Did some testing of gameplay and scaling, and i think i need to tune down some scaling, or at least readjust it. The later stages get really hard. Ill look into it. I noticed there were some errors popping up in this version, but i wanted to push it out regardless so you all would have something playable.

A VERY small update this time.
An user on Reddit gave me this idea, and I thought it would be a very quick way to make the game more interesting.

So, I added some tips to the Game Over screen.
For now it is a set of 9 different tips that hint to secrets and mechanics in the game.
You'll see a different set of tips depending on which level you died on.

I hope it will push players to try experimenting more!

Event Dates: Thursday, December 14th, After Maintenance - Thursday, January 11th, Before Maintenance

• During the event, you'll receive the quest, [Guide] Erinn-go-Round Tour Guide's Plea.
• Register your main character with Erinn-go-Round Tour Guide Joy in Dunbarton.
• You can only register one character per account.
• You will receive the following rewards after completing [Guide] Erinn-go-Round Tour Guide's Plea:
  • 5,000 EXP
  • You will also gain access to the Erinn-go-Round board, Daily Quests, Achievement Quests, and Event Shop.
• During the event, earn Dice Points when you earn EXP through Combat or Production.
  • You do not earn EXP through quest completion.
  • You'll earn 1 Dice Point for every 1,000 EXP you gain and does not accumulate between kills/items produced. Any extra EXP between points will be wasted.
  • Dice Points reset each day at 7:00 AM PST.
  
• Erinn-go-Round is a journey that begins in the Soul Stream, and ends right back to where you began.
  • You can only make this trip once a day.
  • Use Dice Points to roll the dice.
    • You'll move as many spaces as the number you rolled.
  • While Dice Points reset each day, the space you land on will not reset.
  • When you land on a Treasure Chest space, you can get one of the following:
    • AP
    • EXP
    • Exploration EXP
    • Crusader EXP
    • Homestead Stones
• Erinn-go-Round Coins are event current currency that can be used in the event shop for rewards.
• Each event day will start at 7:00 AM PST.
• After the event ends, you will be unable to claim any rewards and the related event quests and coins will be removed.

[Event] Erinn-go-Round

• Travel around the Erinn-go-Round map and arrive back at the Soul Stream.
• You will receive the following rewards after completing the daily quest:
  • 20,000 EXP
  • 20x Erinn-go-Round Coins
  • 3x Finest Echostone Awakening Stimulant
  • Stimulants expire after 14 days.
• The daily quest will reset at 7:00 AM PST.

• To unlock the achievement quest, you will need to register a main character.
• Complete the quest objectives by completing the daily quests and other quest objectives.

• Complete the Erinn-go-Round Daily Quest 20 times.
  • Complete the 1st/6th/11th/16th round trip in Erinn-go-Round.
    • Reward: *NEW* Red Echostone Box
  • Complete the 2nd/7th/12th/17th round trip in Erinn-go-Round
    • Reward: *NEW* Blue Echostone Box

• Travel to every one of the 32 locations in Erinn-go-Round.

  • 10x Finest Echostone Awakening Stimulant
  • Stimulants expire after 14 days.
  • *NEW* Erinn-go-Round Explorer 2nd Title Coupon
    
    • Grants +5% Exploration EXP for 30 Days once the coupon is redeemed. After the effects expire, the title can still be used for looks.
    • The coupon is not tradeable.
  • *NEW* Special Upgrade Conversion Kit (Event)
    
    • A kit that converts the attribute of a Special Upgrade currently applied to a weapon. This does not affect the upgrade level.
    • This item is not tradeable and expires in 30 days.

• *NEW* Special Upgrade Reset Kit (Event)
• A kit that resets the state of the Special Upgrade currently applied to a weapon. This will remove the upgrade level and attribute (R/S).
