- "Cannot use in combat" text display clipping on some dungeon doors
- Chill Potion applying Frozen
- Teleporters sometimes offsetting destination position (e.g. outside of prize rooms)
- Charisma calculations on mission/hunting boards
- Default view distance not set to High on Standalone
- Refining bug
- Dungeon Keycards consumed when entering "cannot enter in combat" doors while in combat
- Tree Illusion and Focus potion not saving between sessions
- Applying too many slow effects causing player to be rooted (Slow cap added)

Changes:
- Mission boards now give greater rewards for easier missions
- Defrost now removes Frostbite

Rogues of Europa - greyhound
The release seems to have gone pretty well, so now the real work begins: actually bringing the game to life. Thanks to everyone who has bought the game so far.

The first order of business this week was to fix the resolution problems people in the discussions have noticed. That reminds me, if you have any issues with the game whatsoever, bring it to the discussion board, linked here, and air whatever issue you find. Anyway, it was a pretty easy fix, the problem was some of the rendering code and mouse-handling code was hard-coded, meaning I had to rework a few things.

I opened up the game while it was set to 4x scale, and this is what I saw on the entire screen. Oops.

Now the game will autodetect your monitor's specs and only allow you to select appropriate scales which will fit on your monitor. It will also pick a good default scale based on your monitor size. An HD monitor (1920x1080) will select 2x scale by default, but allow for 1x scale as well if you so choose.

I also stamped out a few annoying bugs. These bugs were particularly annoying because they involved foreign keyboards, something I don't have and can't test against. But I was able to prevail, and I switched the keyboard paradigm. Frankly, I'm not sure why this kind of functionality isn't the norm in the game engine I'm using, Love2D.

I fixed a screen blinky bug when the game is opened. Perhaps not the worst bug in the world, but any bug left in a game is unprofessional. That sounded profound. Feel free to quote me on that.

Finally, I played around with the pause/options menu a bit. I rearranged some stuff so it would be more intuitive as well as more modular and expandable.

I released 2 patches this week and will release a third patch very early next week, but the number will likely decrease in the future as I start working on Beta 0.1: "Towers and Temples". I don't plan to release features for upcoming updates piecemeal, but rather all at once, to better allow for continuity and saves to be preserved. If you think this is a stupid idea and I should put out prereleases, tell me in the comments or shoot me an email.
