About Necrosmith 2: A sequel of an action roguelike sim, where you will start a new life, giving the undead the ability to fly over mountains and swim across rivers, explore a fully procedural generated world at night, fend off enemy hordes during the day, create and fight against titans, upgrade the necromancer’s tower with various add-ons, and give it a unique look, and many other things.
Last month was a very difficult month, for reasons I can't talk about here. So I won't! Let's talk about development news instead.
Our lead editor DoItToJulia is currently masterminding the completion of the last elements of Chapter One (including Balthorne, Eburon, Mother and Zizeryx), while our lead writer Mattrex is leading the charge into Chapter Two. We plan to release Chapter Two in the first half of 2024, as soon as it is ready. This is an adventurous timeline to pursue - there’s an awful lot to write and draw - but we have our foundations in place, and we are very serious about finishing what we have started.
Monthly updates will continue in the interim, as always. Our next one will arrive in the first weekend of 2024, after a brief shutdown across the festival period. These might be a little more media-focused for a while, as our writers’ attention is focused on preparations for Chapter Two, but our artists and voice talent will continue at full tilt throughout.
Looking further out towards the horizon, we have also commenced very early pre-production for our next game, codenamed P2D. Our occasional splash artist Undoodle, who made the beautiful CGs for our set-pieces, is joining us as a full visual lead for it. We will be working on it at a gentle-but-steady pace, with the intent to have a demo available for you shortly after Ravager’s main plotline is completed. You can look forward to a proper announcement about P2D in the near future.
In the interim, I hope you all have a very cosy winter period (or a very breezy summer, if you’re in the other hemisphere). I look forward to kicking off the new year with more high-grade draconic content for everyone. Cheers!

Dear Community,
we are happy to announce that Indian Summer will be migrated to our new server soon. It will receive PC UI adjustments and the implementation of our main menu 2.0 (containing the new Lobby feature). Please make sure to finish your running games before the update.
Here is a list of information about the transfer of the game from the old to the new server:
Account migration
Everybody who owns our new server games (Gaia Project, Viticulture, Chai, Patchwork, Terra Mystica, Castles of Burgundy) is already present on our new server. All others will now have the possibility to migrate their account also by updating Indian Summer with the coming update.
How is it done, what will be migrated?
Simply update Indian Summer and start the game. By opening up your profile you will see that your name was migrated (it may take a short time for the server to get your info. We do not migrate the win/lose stats to the new server). If your former name was taken by someone else you will find an add on to the name after your old one. If you created a new one with for example Gaia Project already, your ID token will be recognized and the Username of the already existing Account will be used. Avatars need to be altered after migration ( as before all avatars of your owned games will appear). If you own other games that are still on the old server you will see a placeholder with blank statistics. As soon as those games are migrated the stats will start being included from a new.
Friend list
Please read this carefully… Your friend list will be migrated BUT it will only show entries of friends that completely migrated already to the new server! Users that do not download the new version and log into their account at least once will not be shown in the friend list.
Ranking
Will NOT be migrated. We will start a new ranking season on the new server similar to Patchwork. There will be a top 100 legacy ranking list to still honor the most successful players of the old server ranking list. Ranking will only show those who already logged in at least once with the new client.
Replays
We do not migrate saved replays of the account. The feature remains, though.
Running games
Will not be migrated. Your local games will still be accessible since they are saved locally on your device.
