SYNCED Season 1: Lambent Dawn kicks off a fresh new season of exciting SYNCED content from December 14. Players can look forward to new game modes to try out, new Tyrant Nanos to take on, and even a new Runner to play as.

Hi all. It's been a while. I've been rather busy with a lot of other things and that has taken me away from game development for a while. Hopefully that will be changing soon and I can get back to working on something new.

In the meantime. Reflex is coming up to it's 2 anniversary - and so I thought I'd make a few changes.

A demo version of the game is now available to download via the https://arsoftware.itch.io/reflex page. This version allows you to try out the first 16 levels of the game. Progress is continued to the full version if you decide to buy it.

The itch.io version has been updated slightly. It's just a small patch that changes the head start time between sub-levels (levels that contain more than one floor) from 10 seconds to 5 seconds. This is because I felt that the pause was too long. As this is the only change you could keep using the previous build to keep those extra 5 seconds - I won't tell anyone ;)

I've decided to lower the price of the game to $2.99. Sales have not been near to what I expected and I'm guessing that people don't want to pay $5 for a relatively small puzzle game these days. Hopefully sales will pick up as a result.

As some of you might have seen in the UploadVR Showcase, we announced that the Winter Map is coming!

That is why, today we are coming to show you the refreshed roadmap of our achievements and updates completed so far in 2023 (seen on the left side) and on the right side, our plans for further game development.



We received all the feedback you have been sharing with us, so for those who were asking about a new map, new quests, and new stuff to do - it should be great news. The new map will enable you to progress even more by completing completely new quests and exploring different scenery.

Apart from that big news, as you can see, we also want to introduce an improved weapon system with more mechanics in general, improved enemy combat, and as many of you asked for - the possibility of selling weapons.

But, that does not mean that’s it. There will definitely be more things added that are currently not certain.

Last but not least, we want to say a big THANK YOU for your continuous support! All suggestions and remarks you share are greatly appreciated! As always, if you have any more ideas, do not hesitate to share them, as we will be adding community feedback improvements.

A new enemy character, Baldity, appears with 20% chance of moving to the battle field.

Baldity has higher HP, ATK, and AGI than Wild Jissouseki.
Instead, it drops three times more EXP and Money.
