Greetings, Rune Hunters.

With the start of UNDECEMBER’s Season Mode, the Chaos Cards and Chaos Keys that you own
will be converted into Chaos Tickets, which can be exchanged for various items.

Exchange your Chaos Tickets for the items you want at the Chaos Ticket Exchange!

◆ Chaos Ticket Exchange Event

■ Event Period
- Period for automatic conversion and exchange of Chaos Tickets:
After the Dec. 7 (Thu) maintenance – Until before the 2024 Jan. 11 (Thu) maintenance
Chaos Cards, Card Chests, Memory Pieces, and Keys owned before the update will be automatically converted.
Once the event period ends, owned Chaos Cards, Card Chests, Memory Pieces, and Keys will not be converted.

■ Event Details
- After the Dec. 7 (Thu) update, Chaos Dungeon items owned before the maintenance
will be automatically converted into Chaos Tickets.
You can give your Chaos Tickets to NPC Peddler Brown to exchange them for various items.

■ How to Participate
1) Go visit Peddler Brown in each area’s town!

2) Press Exchange Item to exchange your ticket for an item of your choice!
The items that can be exchanged are limited, but the number of exchanges you can do is unlimited.

③ Exchange: Press this button to get your exchanged item sent straight to your bag.

You will be able to check how many automatically converted Chaos Tickets you have after the Dec. 7 (Thu) update.
● E.g. 1) 1 Normal Tier 1 Chaos Card = 5 Chaos Tickets (will be automatically converted)
● E.g. 2) 1 Magic Tier 1 Chaos Card = 10 Chaos Tickets (will be automatically converted)

- The two tables above show the rates for 1 Chaos Dungeon item.

■ Chaos Ticket Exchange Information

- The table above shows the tickets needed for exchanging 1 item.
You will be able to see which items you can exchange your Chaos Tickets for
through NPC Peddler Brown after the Dec. 7 (Thu) update.

■ To Note
※ Please note that once you log in after the 2024 Jan. 11 (Thu) maintenance,
Chaos Tickets will no longer be automatically converted.
※ You will no longer be able to exchange Chaos Tickets when the event ends after the 2024 Jan. 11 (Thu) maintenance,
so please ensure that you use all your tickets before then. Unused tickets will disappear once the event ends.
※ Chaos Tickets can be sold at the Shop, so please be careful not to sell your tickets accidentally.
※ Please note that other than this Chaos Ticket Exchange event, there are no other ways of acquiring Chaos Tickets.
※ The event period and rewards may be subject to change.
※ Event items can only be exchanged for designated items, and the list of exchangeable items may change for each event.

UNDECEMBER Season 3 Zodiac Pass 1

A new season of the Zodiac Pass,
where you can get various rewards and benefits through your journey with the new UNDECEMBER, has begun!

A few small changes will be made to the Zodiac Pass for Season 3!
Please see below for more details.

◆ Season 3 Zodiac Pass 1
A new Zodiac Pass is beginning!

※ Season 3 Zodiac Pass 1 Changes
- The Zodiac Pass period will change from 2 weeks ▶ 1 month.
- The Zodiac Pass max level will change from Level 20 ▶ Level 25.
- The EXP you obtain from Zodiac Pass missions will change.

■ Zodiac Pass 1 Period
- After the Dec. 7 (Thu) maintenance – Before the 2024 Jan. 4 (Thu) maintenance (UTC+9)

■ What is the Zodiac Pass?
- By clearing Zodiac Pass missions, you can collect EXP and raise your Pass Level.
You can then obtain the various rewards corresponding to each level.
- Pass Rewards are available for up to Level 20, and you can only obtain rewards for each level once.
- You can purchase the Zodiac Pass with your account from Standard or Season Mode.
- If you purchase the Zodiac Pass in Season Mode, its missions, rewards, and levels will be shared across all the difficulty modes within Season Mode.
└ E.g.) Your play in Standard Mode will not be affected by your Pass in Season Mode.

■ Zodiac Pass Missions
- You can check missions through the ‘Event’ icon in the game.
- There are both Daily Missions and Season Missions.
- Season Missions can only be cleared once during the Zodiac Pass period, and more Pass EXP can be obtained through them.
- During the Zodiac Pass period, 5 Daily Missions will be given every day, and you can obtain Pass EXP by clearing them.
- Daily Missions will be refreshed every day at 09:00 (UTC+9).

■ Zodiac Pass Rewards
- Normal Rewards: Can be obtained when your Zodiac Pass Level increases.
- Premium Rewards: Can be obtained when you purchase the Premium Pass and your Zodiac Pass Level increases.

■ Premium Pass Information
- If you purchase the Premium Pass, you can receive Premium Rewards
in addition to Normal Rewards when your Pass Level increases.
- If you purchase the Premium Pass, special benefits will be applied during the Pass period.
● Alchemy Slot +1
● Alchemy Acceleration +50%
● Stardust of Oblivion (Zodiac free reset)
※ Premium Pass benefits are only granted to the mode in which you purchase the Pass (Standard/Season).
- 1,180 Diamonds are required to activate the Premium Pass.
- Your purchased Premium Pass and its benefits will only be valid during the Zodiac Pass 1 period.

■ To Note
※ The Zodiac Pass period and details may be subject to change.
※ Zodiac Pass missions, rewards, and levels are applied separately for Standard and Season Mode (but they are not separated for the difficulty modes within Season Mode).
※ You must purchase the Premium Pass in either Standard or Season Mode to claim Premium Pass Rewards.
※ Premium Pass benefits are only applied to the Standard or Season Mode in which you purchase the pass.
(E.g. If you purchase the Premium Pass in Season Mode, its benefits will only affect Season Characters)
※ You can see the contents of Chest items through ‘🍳View Info’ in the item’s tooltip in the game.
※ To see chance information for chance-based items, please check this Notice on the official website.
※ Once the Zodiac Pass period ends, your level, activated benefits, and points will be reset and rewards changed.
※ If you have any activated level rewards,
please claim them before the end of the period (before the mm. dd (Thu) maintenance).

Crash Fixes! And other Huge Performance Improvements

Thanks for all the awesome feedback, we have been working hard over the past 2 weeks to address the largest issues first to get a smoother game experience, and you should enjoy this latest patch.

Patch 24 Notes:

- Fixed Game Start Crashes (In-Game)
- Improved Game Level Loading Times Drastically (Reduced from about 1.5 minutes down to 10 seconds)
- Improved Performance (Less RAM and GPU)
- Improved Season Pass Tab (Hover over enlarge icons)
- Adjusted UI on Profile Tab
- Reduced Amount of objects loaded in level
- Reduced network traffic
- Made game startup more reliable
- Improved Matchmaking function (Waits less for additional players)
- Added more robust error checking to prevent crashes
- Progress bar on matchmaking (to see when the matchmaker will stop waiting for more players and go)
- Improved the Achievement notifications
- Steam Display Name now shown in-game
- Fixed a Matchmaking Crash
- Adjusted Beginning Currency to let players experiment with decks faster.

We heard what you were saying so we adjusted starting currency on accounts to allow players to get started with deckbuilding faster. You may have to play a few games to get enough currency to build exactly what you want.

Also be aware that the Season Pass has a free track on top, so you earn those items and currencies just from playing games and leveling up.

Thanks for checking out this Patch update, and please leave us comments if you have further suggestions. We expect to bring more players in now that the game is more reliable, and that will make it easier to find games with players. You can still always play with friends by directly inviting them to custom games as well, just swap the Mode to custom by pressing the Mode button next to Queue.

UNDECEMBER Holiday Event

It's December, the finale of 2023!
We prepared a Holiday Event for Rune Hunters who are here to enjoy the Season 3 update!

From the 2 types of gift boxes from Puru that can be obtained during the event period to the Event Shop where the festive spirit is all around!

Please see below for more details.

◆ Defeat the Holiday Santa Purus!

■ Event Period
- From Dec. 7 (Thu) 2023 - Before the Jan. 11 (Thu) 2024 maintenance (UTC+9)

■ Event Details
- When the Gift King's Assistants that appear in stages during the event period are defeated, a portal that leads to Santa's Temporary Camp will appear at a set chance.
- Santa's Temporary Camp will remain for a certain time immediately after it appears.
The camp will disappear once the time limit is up and if characters have entered the camp when it disappears, they will be moved to the stage.
- Santa's Giant Treasure Chest will be at the center of Santa's Temporary Camp and it can be opened until it becomes Santa's Small Treasure Chest.
- A Gift King's Assistant or Grave Robber King Puru will appear when a chest is opened and Puru's Suspicious Gift Box along with various items can be obtained at a set chance when they are defeated.
- Burning Hearts can be obtained at a set chance after defeating monsters during the event period, and they can be exchanged with various rewards through the NPC, Biologist Vincis.
- Burning Hearts can be exchanged for the Chaos Card (Santa's Cabin) item 20 times a week per account through the NPC,
Biologist Vincis. These Chaos Cards can be used to enter the special Unique Dungeon, Santa's Cabin.
- Sticky Ice Brains and Gift King Puru's Generous Gift Boxes can be obtained after defeating the boss of Santa's Cabin, Gift King Puru.
- Sticky Ice Brains can be exchanged with various rewards, including the Holiday Costume and Holiday Attachment, through the NPC, Biologist Vincis.

■ Puru's Suspicious Gift Box Contents
- You can get 1 of the following items according to chance if you use Puru's Suspicious Gift Box.

■ Gift King Puru's Generous Gift Box Contents
- You can get 1 of the following items according to chance if you use Gift King Puru's Generous Gift Box.

■ NPC Biologist Vincis Shop Contents
- Burning Hearts and Sticky Ice Brains can be used to exchange with various rewards.

■ Event Items
- Holiday Special Rune Chest: A random chest containing Skill and Link Runes that can only be obtained from the Guild Shop.
- Soft Snowflake Cake: A consumable item that grants various buffs when used.

■ To Note
※ The event schedule and rewards may be subject to change.
※ You will not be able to use the following 4 event items once the event ends after the Jan. 11 (Thu) 2024 maintenance,
so please ensure that you use the items before then. Unused event items will disappear after the event.
- Burning Heart
- Sticky Ice Brain
- Puru's Suspicious Gift Box
- Gift King Puru's Generous Gift Box
※ Please make sure to not sell event items to the shop accidentally.
※ Event items may be rewarded through other events.

Sophia the Traveler Launching in 2024!

Hey guys, we are thrilled to announce that Sophia the Traveler is set to launch in 2024! In this unique picture-book-style puzzler, you will embark on a wholesome journey to the enchanting hand-painted Venice. Explore the history, culture, and numerous hidden Easter Eggs as you roam the City of Water with Sophia the Traveler!

Sophia the Traveler was created out of our love for Venice. Over three years, we meticulously researched every street and corner of Venice using Google Maps and loads of travel books, striving to authentically recreate the appearance of Venice. While we have yet to fulfill our dream of actually visiting Venice, we're excited to bring the romance of the city to you through this game.

Additionally, Sophia the Traveler will be part of the in-person celebration for Day of the Devs: The Game Awards Edition in Los Angeles on December 8th (2 pm – 8 pm PT), where you could get hands-on with the latest demo. This is Sophia's second "trip" following her debut at the gamescom 2023 in Cologne, and we're really honored to share this news.
