I don’t know if you’ve noticed it, but a special feeling is in the air. People are more relaxed, the animals are more cheerful, and even John is sharing a funny joke or two, ha ha ha! The Holidays are coming to Dinkum Island, meaning the Festive season is upon us!

Our old friend Nick who paid us a visit last year is back again. He says that he loves the beach a lot, as it’s really cold where he’s originally from. You’ll find him relaxing on the beach if it’s a sunny morning, so look for him. You never know what interesting things he might have with him this time. Also, there’s been some strange things falling out of the sky recently. If you want more details, please check the bulletin board. I wonder what they can be…

There have also been reports of some strange white Jackaroo’s running around. It’s almost as if they are lost. Maybe you could catch them and take them to an Animal Drop Off Point?

So here's the cool thing: over the course of November (specifically, during Thanksgiving break; hooray for weeks off from work!), I finished writing Chapter 4! FINALLY.
Now that I've finally got that done, I'm going to go back and touch up everything I have thus far. I will also add visuals/music/sound to Chapters 3 and 4, because I didn't do that yet. :-/ Point being, I want to make sure what I have is cohesive and good before I start on the second half of the game.
I will be using all of December for revision purposes. Then, with the new year, I will start writing Chapter 5. We are just moving right along!
In fact, I might actually have new screenshots ready for the January hype update! Wow!

Noblesse Oblige: Legacy of the Sorcerer Kings - Lord Forte
A minor update to v0.9.1.7, hopefully the last hotfix before v0.10. Note, if you've recently reported typos or minor issues, they may not be fixed in this build, as those changes were made in my internal working version.
- Fixed a rare crash caused by multi-hit enemy skills and Alexander's Riposte. - Repositioned the turn timer on Ariadne's Burning effects to let the stack level numbers beneath be clearer. - Reworded Ariadne's Ignite and Incinerate skills to make their effects clearer (Incinerate does damage based on the level of Burning on the enemy, 0-3, and Ignite adds a Lv 3 Burning effect).

The Informant has become deadlier—
🩹 [Impair]:Once per match, select any target including yourself to Impair for the upcoming round. This target loses -40 from their AP Limit for the round and is announced to everyone. 🗡️ [Execute]:Remove any non-Spy player from the match if the Spy does not use Eliminate this round (if so, Execute is canceled). Once used successfully, Execute is no longer available for the rest of the match and you lose -60 from your AP Limit.
Civilians can now put their Intel to extra use—
💬 [Dying Message]:Choose a target and a role you suspect for them. This will be shared with any players you have 100% Trust with should you be Eliminated or Executed this round.
The Supporter is bringing some extra support—
🛡️ [Protect]:Once per match, attempt to Protect a target from being Eliminated or Executed at the cost of 60 from your AP Limit if successful. When successful, your identity is announced to the user of Eliminate or Execute.

We would also like to address the "save game" issues some people experienced with the latest update. First, we weren't aware that any changes that we made could affect the save games, so we didn't pay extra attention to it. We tried to find the culprit and save the mess but without success. Therefore, we added extra measures to prevent this from happening in the future. We will do additional "save game" compatibility tests to ensure a safe update before every update. We're sorry for all the inconvenience!

This update brings a new skin system to Fruit Salad which we plan to leverage for FREE skin updates in the future, and the first of these is available right now. The Christmas skin!
