Adjusted the avalanche behavior.

- Display specific damage reduction when hovering over armor attributes.
- Add new in-game quests: NPC Rescue. Rescued NPCs will reward players with gold, gems, or soul stones.
- Add new in-game quest: Sacrifice Altar. Killing enemies within the altar's range will offer them as a sacrifice to the evil god, who will grant generous rewards.

- Fixed a display bug with the Rage attribute.
- Fixed an issue in the weapon enhancement interface where pressing the Y key to upgrade would trigger the character's Special Skill.
- Resolved the problem of white blocks appearing in the OuterWorld Artifact interface.
- Fixed a damage bug with Poison Explosion.

Bug Fixes:
- Increased ceiling on mines to prevent getting stuck randomly at certain points.
- Added an error check to ensure that when conversations end it re-enables the controls. Random bug caused some to not re-enable the controls.
- Fixed a large portion of the grass in the meadows to fit more evenly with the terrain.
- Dragons no longer move when resting.
- Moved some house building markers that were too close together when neighboring houses were built.
- Fixed camera orientation in some buildings so the controls remain consistent.
- Fixed planters of the one of the houses to work correctly. On Miner's Row.

New Addition:
Added quest for Thera in the meadows.
Changed HW market to take Hide instead of Cloth.
