We recently announced a brand new, EXTREMELY LIMITED, Crisanta statue.

What and why are we celebrating?
The Day of the Struggle for Freedom and Democracy is primarily linked to the year 89 and the so-called Velvet Revolution, which marked the peaceful transfer of power and the advent of democracy. It represents the beginning of free entrepreneurship in our countries, including the gaming industry, which gradually developed during the 1990s to its present form.
We will be streaming footage from the game for the entirety of the event starting today at 7PM (CET) - feel free to join and ask any questions about the development.
Major Update Progress
As mentioned in the previous Work-In-Progress News, we are currently working on a major update for the game, which will introduce new and reworked sector mechanics, plenty of new locations, ships and weapons - as well as the option to directly control large ships (finally!).
Our initial plan was to release this update in time for this event, but we have since decided to do a lot more than was planned at first, considering that we are revisiting core and essential systems that will make the game experience much more coherent and consistent - a decision we have based both on reviews and community feedback as well. Thus we kindly ask you to bear with us! O:-)

I was finally able to upload the patch today, with it comes a huge performance patch. Turns out gpu instancing ended up creating more lag than it helped as it interfered with batching.

Last week we implemented the lock picking minigame into the game! The Thief can now open locked doors and sneak into the mansion more easily. But beware, lock picking takes some time and the chance of getting caught increases, depending on your lock picking skills of courseːsteamhappyː
