The Steam version of Corruption of Champions II has been broken for some users, and we’ve finally found a fix! The next patch will be coming out soon with an update to Electron (the program that lets you run the game via Steam) that will resolve the issue.
The bad news is that with THE NEXT PATCH the codebase update is likely going to cause you lose your AUTOSAVES, but normal saves should be unaffected in the cloud.
Still, I'd recommend opening the CURRENT version of the game and using the save-to-file feature to backup your saves before the next patch comes out, just in case!

Addendum: If you're one of the affected users unable to launch the game, edit "../Corruption of Champions II/resources/app/main.js" and remove the line that says "app.commandLine.appendSwitch('in-process-gpu');"
Then you should be able to launch the game to save to file.
New update with a few new graphical assets for 0.4.1a!
First, we added 2 more CGs making a total of 6 CGs for the demo!
Second, we added 3 more backgrounds: The school office in the intro, the confessional booth, and a unique room for the music class!
Finally, Wren now has a special graphic for when she gets mad if she loses the basketball game on day 2, plus a few extra lines of dialogue there for Gabe describing the smoke as well as a few lines of her apologizing if you go the martial arts route despite winning the basketball game.
We're nearly asset complete for the demo! All we have left is additional music and character sprites for the side characters!
We have updated the in-game dates - now all six are available for reading! In addition, some problems related to the English version of the game have been fixed - for example, paragraphs that go out of the window.

Hi all, I've changed aiming mechanic a little bit, now when you press right mouse button you will see aim camera view placed infront of active tank barrel to improve aiming.
Also you can change aiming crosshair size, color and style. Also fixed few small things.
