I can finally call you Lords not knights because the managing of your village is pretty satisfying now. At least in my opinion. I hope you will share it.
Keep in mind this is an additional update based on your feedback not the December fighting update The december update will not be one big update but a series of smaller ones from today up to the winter break.
Next updates for a long time will be non-destructive that means you can play on this version till 0.8. It will fluently update higher. But we will make sure starting over again makes more and more fun.
More economy balancing will come when I gather feedback from you, so be sure to talk a lot. Fighting balance and AI upgrades will come in December. For now, they just storm at you and are easy to trick.

Trees do respawn, but not in buildings. They usually respawn after loading a game. The respawn is probably an engine bug, according to what you are telling us. Anyway your buildings are safe.

Hi all, We wanted to do a quick update to fix a few small things, and make a tweak to the in air movement. We're going to do another update focused on fixes/bugs this weekend - then after that focus on the first content update.
Changes: - Increased In Air move speed slightly - Fixed issue with keys being in locked Core room in some generated Wreck levels (forum post) - Core room generation fixes - Added 'In Space Blur' option to Game options - Chinese language updates - should be a better translation
Hot Squat 2: New Glory. the revolutionary sequel to Hot Squat, is now free. Nothing about the game is changing, it's just free now. So if you like Hot Squat, you'd probably like Hot Squat 2 as well, it has a lot more features than Hot Squat 1.
Also our minimalist VR puzzle game UNTITLED is free now too, so if you're into puzzle games check them out :)

As promised, we finally got back to doing more bug fixes. Unfortunately, we can't release any train-related fixes today like we planned, but instead we got an other round of important fixes and changes:

rebalanced (increased) a couple of storage limits for resources so we don't have any delivery issues, in particular with the nuclear reactors.
Added a tutorial for "factory upgrades"
