The “Kings of Battle” major update has been released! This means you’ll be able to get the “Kings of Battle” skin trophy, which includes 40 camouflages from Live.WT presented in coupon form.

This trophy features camouflages for all nations in the game and all ranks. Those of you who are fans of historical camouflages will certainly be happy to hear that this number is higher than usual this time! And in addition and as usual, you have a chance to get a coupon for a rare vehicle, or a new decal dedicated to this major update.

In the autumn (fall) trophies, we’re bringing back several old camouflages that are in the greatest demand on the marketplace. In the “Kings of Battle” trophy, 3 tank and 1 aircraft camouflage are available, which was loved in previous trophies!

How to get it?
Camouflage trophies can be earned with a certain probability after any battle on vehicles rank II or higher, with activity of no less than 50% (except for [Assault] PvE mode). PlayStation and Xbox players can purchase the trophy in the Item Shop and open it with Golden Eagles. Read more on our Wiki.

PC players must purchase a key from the Market to open the trophy, with part of the cost going to the camouflage creators. You can activate a key from the trophy on your account or sell it on the Market for Gaijin Coins — just like the trophy itself.

  • Added new feature “Add Released Teams” to the Custom Team menu. If the player has purchased the AEW: Fight Forever FTR: Revival Pack, FTR can be added as a tag team.

After about a year of development, we are thrilled to announce the release of Wound Man in Early Access. We look forward to hearing about your experiences with the game and welcome any feedback you may have.

Who is Wound Man?

For those unfamiliar with Wound Man, here's a brief overview. Wound Man first appeared in the 14th and 15th centuries as a medical diagram designed to assist medics and surgeons in identifying various ailments. The image of Wound Man has been modified over the centuries, with various artists adding their own details and flair. Many variations of Wound Man appear in this game.

What is the Story?

In the game, Wound Man serves as your humble guide on a grotesque and macabre adventure. He is a tulpa brought into existence through humanity’s desire to recreate human anatomy on the page. Persisting for centuries as the embodiment of medical drawings crafted throughout the ages, Wound Man was initially formed by master anatomists to provide vital information to medics, healers, and surgeons. He has become the soul of all nameless medical diagrams of the male form.

His tale is one of woe - poked, shot, stabbed, dissected. He has provided an indispensable service, but at what cost? There was a time when he could set aside the horror of his circumstance and find comfort in his plight because of his partner's love. She was a salve to his open wounds. Alas, his partner, once a tulpa herself, has slipped from existence due to the creeping obscurity of her artwork.

Wound Man needs your help. You can revive his lost eternal partner with your thoughts. He is counting on your help to collect pieces of her soul and restore her to her former state.

What's Next?

Currently, Wound Man is unfinished, but we fully intend to deliver a completed game. We appreciate any and all help you can provide through purchasing the game and providing feedback. We hope to offer continuous updates and improvements during the Early Access phase. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible - we are a small but eager team, so please bear with us.

Agents, in an effort to ensure that the match experience is at its best, we would like to invite you to participate in a week of experiment for player counts in solo lobbies.

Our goal with this is simple: We want to have your feedback (here in the forums or Discord) on how 3 different player counts affect the solo matchmaking experience in the game. Is it a better experience, or is it worse? Why? We will follow-up with a survey to gather your opinions on the subject.

We are organizing a new Builder’s Contest! The best world will win a digital Steam Gift Card worth €100, and the next spots will win €50 / €25 / €15 / €10, respectively. We are planning to use these worlds to film a new main trailer and to make new screenshots for the Steam Storepage. This leads to a bunch of specific needs and preferences:

What are we looking for?
  • Worlds showcasing many of the features in the game, especially newer features like the rails, roofs, gliders, outposts, traps etcetera
  • Houses for colonists to work/sleep in
  • Visually appealing colonies that form a coherent whole, like a village, castle or city.
  • Functionality of what's built - it should be actively used by colonists and serve a purpose beyond the visual
  • Visible infrastructure between colonies and outposts, with rails / paths / bridges / gliders
  • Colonies that do "the whole game"; they should be approximately self-sufficient in the way it ends up when you naturally play the game, they should look "lived in".
  • Worlds that have depth, that you can get lost in, with outposts in the distance and plenty of small streets and alleys
What are we not looking for?
  • Huge fields of tightly packed beds
  • Giant warehouses
  • "Car park farming"
  • Worlds that look like they were built with cheats, where it is obvious that the player always used the flight-cheat to move between colonies, that many resources appeared without the required production facilities
  • Worlds visibly using mods
  • Purely decorative builds
The rules
  • Upload your world to the Steam Workshop from Colony Survival (Main Menu > Mod Manager > Create Item)
  • Navigate towards the Colony Survival Workshop in Steam, acces "Your Workshop Files" and click on the world you just uploaded
  • Put “2024 Builder’s Contest” at the start of the description
  • Add at least one screenshot to showcase your colony
  • Fully publish your world to the Steam Workshop
  • Do this before January the 5th 2024, 8AM Amsterdam time
  • It’s fine to use worlds that you’ve started before the start of the contest
  • It should be a world of your own creation, you’re not allowed to download a stranger’s world and upload that
  • You’re allowed to upload multiple worlds
  • We operate according to the spirit of the rules, not the letter of the rules. We might adjust the rules to better fit the goals of the contest.

We've added an adventurer to be rescued as well as an artifact (it has several parts) to Infested Sewer. Note that you need Survivor Level 4 to buy the new artifact.
  • New artifact that is made from parts given to Brumik. Requires Survivor Level 4. The parts are somewhere in the Infested Sewer.
  • A new adventurer, Skinner the red orc can be rescued in the Infested Sewer. He has a very useful ability.
  • The error "unknown error when trying to connect" is now replaced with the correct error message.
  • A hotkey (default = C) to hide/show the chat window.
  • A hotkey (default = T) to hide/show the game tips.
  • The weapon's Status Effect details clickable in the Shop/Stash were improved.
  • There are now in-game messages to track a weapon being unlocked.
  • In Grim Reaper map mode, unique marbles drops are slightly decreased and gold bars increased.
  • Small bugfixes were applied.
I hope you find the new artifact and the adventurer useful. I don't want to reveal too much about them in the update notes, except to say that the artifact can be a life saver.
