You can now play Maces and Dices from the comfort of a gamepad, without having to emulate a mouse. The whole game, including menus can be accessed with a controller, which makes it perfect to play on the Steam Deck!
Quick explanation of the control scheme (on an XBOX layout):
Left stick works as WASD on keyboard, shortcut for movement
For other dice, use L1/R1 to pick the dice you want to use, then (A) to select it.
When a dice is selected, pick your target for the action with L1/R1 or right/left stick, then press (A) again to play the dice. You can also press (B) to cancel.
When not actively playing dice, the (A) button is used to end your turn, (X) can also be used for this.
The same L1/R1 scheme is used when placing new dice and upgrading, with (A) to confirm.
Patchnotes:
Added native controller support
Fixed a few input related edge cases
Patched a bug forcing the game to be in debug mode (this is no longer the case, which could improve performance)
Although it might not seem as much, this update has been in the works for almost two months. "Porting" a mouse-dependant game to a controller takes quite a bit of effort, but the main reason is because of the fact that I have started at university, which reduces my ability to work on the game.
Future: I have an idea for a final, gameplay heavier update, which would introduce a new and interesting way to play the game. I can not promise anything, but it will hopefully arrive eventually.
Have fun with the much improved experience on Steam Deck/controller!

Bug Fixes
Fixed some cases where action controls could lock up unless you moved your character.
Removed a frame delay when initiating or repeating actions while you are already close enough to your target.
Fixed the Hunt trail forcing a Varg when the variant was defeated already.
Fixed a floating arm showing up during an emote on a chair.
Fixed going invisible when doing the facepalm emote on a chair.
Fixed Wigfrid’s Moon Warrior Cuirass having overlapping skirts when worn.
Fixed W.A.R.B.I.S. Armor going invisible in the back view when activated.
Fixed the Saladmander’s fire attack being off theme.
Fixed perishable items not taking into account whether they are stored in shadow dimensions.
There are 3 annoying bugs that may have possibly been fixed.
One of them that I only found out yesterday is this one. It seems when you start the Maze, the previous scene is not unloaded. I did some changes to some codes that might have fixed it, if not please follow the instructions at the bottom of this page.
Second one is going to the Boss Room without any weapons, I also changed a few things, however I think it probably is not gonna fix it, if it happens. Please send me the log files.
Third if not being able to revive your teammate using medkits, send me the log files below just in case:
The leaves are changing, which means it's time for a new Sealed League.
How it Works: You know the drill! Open card packs and play in a month-long League, using all the cards you open! The event costs 12,500 gold or 1,100 gems to enter.
If you join after week one, catching up is no problem. You’ll get the packs you missed, and your limit on games that count towards the Leaderboard will increase. You can resign and buy into the League multiple times. Only your most recent run will count toward the leaderboard.
By the way, each participating player will unlock the League card back for immediate use:
Sealed League
Starting Packs
Week 1: 8x Battle Lines
Week 2: 2x Battle Lines
Week 3: 2x Battle Lines
Week 4: 2x Battle Lines
Minimum Rewards for Playing Include:
4 x Battle Lines packs
1 x premium Uncommon Card
1 x new premium card back upon entering the League
Known Issues: All League prizes will include Battle Lines packs! These will be displayed correctly on the Leaderboard soon.
