It's been 3 weeks and I'd like to share my thoughts on how the demo release went
Surprising Demo Reception
The demo launch of "All in your head" went far beyond my expectations, I couldn't have ever imagined so many people playing it. It's been heartwarming to see so many of you immersing yourselves in the eerie world I've created and noticing the subtle hints I've left here and there for the eagle-eyed. I'm truly thankful to all the streamers and YouTubers who played the game, created content, and shared it with their communities.
The Jumpscares
I'm delighted to report that the three jumpscares in the game worked as intended, spooking players and catching them off guard, just as I had hoped. Creating those suspenseful moments was an essential part of my vision for why I started all this in the first place.
Fun fact: This jumpscare was the first thing I created when I started the project in Unity
1000+ new wishlists!
In just three weeks, we've gathered more than a thousand new wishlists for AIYH. Your support means the world to me, and it inspires me to work even harder to deliver the best horror gaming experience. We're going strong!
Thorough Bug Fixing
Your feedback has been invaluable, and I've been diligently addressing any issues and glitches noticed during Let's Play sessions. Some of the bugs we've tackled include flashlight glitches, Japanese subtitles not displaying correctly, problems with clicking, and adjustments to mouse sensitivity.
Unexpected Steam Next Fest Success
Participating in the Steam Next Fest been the best decision I've made so far w.r.t. to the development cycle. It not only got me motivated enough to start working more regularly on the game but the visibility it got was insane - drawing a much much larger audience. Your enthusiasm played a significant role in this exciting outcome.

Future Updates

Expanded Story
There's more to Miley's story that will be included in the full game. You can expect a deeper, more immersive narrative experience as you progress through the game.
Work in Progress
While the demo was just 2 out of 8 acts, there's still much work I need to do for the full game. The remaining acts are in development, and I'm dedicated to delivering a complete and compelling horror adventure.
Feedback Improvements
I still have a lot of feedback to work on, such as showing objectives on the pause menu, implementing a better hint system because many players forgot the codes or were distracted when they were shown, and enhancing the use of Tab and Esc keys.

This update adds the 1st REDFOR helicopter to the game - the mighty Mi-24D!
Currently this helicopter is seen by the game as a BLUFOR helicopter so it will appear at the bottom of the usual helicopter selection list.
The Hind is very much an assault helicopter. It's big, fast and heavily armoured. It can easily withstand 23mm rounds and it'll take more than one Strela to down this beast! However, pilots remain a weak point and it's best not to fly head first into a Shilka fire.
The downside is that it lacks long range precision missiles for picking off AAA/SAM threats at a distance which means you'll be getting up close and personal with either rockets (all 128 of them!), AT-2 missiles or the rapid firing (but low powered) YakB cannon. Fortunately the Hind carries a lot of flares and chaff so make sure you use them when engaging air defence units.
The Hind is also capable of carrying troops and cargo.
Flight model is as you'd expect, the Hind is heavy so takes a while to get up to full speed and, with landing gear retracted, you'll be seeing 180kts even when fully loaded. It is also a well balanced helicopter and quite easy to fly, you just have to learn to maintain speed when turning.
The Hind isn't fully complete yet. It still needs some of its IR textures adding in and some suitable sound effects for the landing gear sequence and there are some other minor bits and pieces which I need to fix such as the Damage System showing it has a Radar but you should be able to complete mission with it without to many issues.
Next week I'll be adding in the AT-6 Spiral/Shturm which will give the Hind some long range punch as well as the S-8 80mm rockets which will give some extra punch against MBTs. I should also be able to drop in the "P" version of the Hind with the side mounted canons and the "VP" version which has twin canons in the turret.
It will then be back to missions where I want to start working on more complex missions such as escorting convoys, attacking enemy convoys, providing CAS to units attacking targets etc. This will require ground forces to actually move which should be a very interesting addition to the game.
I will also be looking at the air defence saturation and making this a configurable option. Getting this balanced is important for these lower tiered helicopters that lack the stand off capabilities of the Apache/Viper.
1.16 - Fixed blind NPCs - Improved ending sequence (not a video anymore; an in-game cutscene) - Cardboard cutting minigame was reduced to a simple click - After the ending there are clues in Madison as to what really happened

In the 1.49 update for both Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator, we're excited to introduce a range of enhancements that will further improve your virtual trucking experience. Let’s take a look at the visual additions that await you on your journeys.
First and foremost, after many requests, we've added the Moon to our night sky! It's a subtle but remarkable touch that adds an extra layer of realism and wonder to your virtual trucking adventures. Curiously, it's worth mentioning that what might appear as a simple addition – the Moon – has posed some significant challenges for some time. Integrating the Moon into the night sky has required casting, rendering, and calculating lunar light, managing reflections in water bodies, dealing with wet roads, and addressing mirror effects, among other things. However, we're delighted that we've finally been able to incorporate something as fundamental as the Moon into our in-game night sky.
In addition to that, we've also reimagined the night sky, introducing dynamic stars that gently twinkle, enhancing the overall authenticity of the night-time experience.
Finally, the skyboxes will now be High Dynamic Range (HDR), which means there will be richer, more vibrant colours in the skies and our weather visual effects have also received an upgrade. Thunderstorms now include visible lightning, offering a more immersive experience. And make sure to keep an eye on the night sky in certain regions, you might be pleasantly surprised with what you will notice.
To sum it all up, we’ve also prepared a special video for you showcasing all of these changes. It’s definitely worth checking out!
With these additions, the 1.49 update aims to enhance the realism and beauty of your trucking world, promising a more enchanting and immersive journey. We have more changes to present to you in the near future, so make sure to give us a follow on social media (X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to always be notified of any news.
