"Hello everyone. Nathan Rees, the creator and director here. I originally designed Rogue Invader to mimic a FPS, like those I play on my computer with Mouse and Keyboard. I didn't imagine the ability to properly convert Rogue Invader to a controller supported game. But, seeing it as one of the most requested features, the team knew we had to give it a go. I am happy to report that this old Keyboard and Mouse warrior actually likes playing with the controller more now. The player moves better with the thumb sticks, and in-game aiming has a very helpful auto aim that supports Rogue Invader's unique point of view. Looking forward to being able to show this off soon."
Retro color filters added!
Now you'll have color preset filters to play with. Color me impressedːsteamhappyː!
And much more!
Can't forget the obligatory fixes, quality of life, and bug squashing.
Added a 3rd destroyer that shoots Missiles and Torpedo's to the 'Destroyers' level Fixed some minor UI alignment issues Increased damage by 6% for Laser Beam, Plasma Beam, and Tesla Beam
Just some minor fixes and tweaks. Thank you all for playing and reporting bugs!
In other news, I have officially begun the new project. It has been refreshing to work with updated software and hardware for a change. There is a lot of new things to learn and master, but I am starting at a much higher skill level and have a large library to pull from, so I am very optimistic about making quick progress. I hope to release some information in the coming months or early next year. Stay tuned!
