Hi everyone! The v0.8.3 patch is out. The goal to fix a critical bug and improve various small things.

- Fix Lighthouse scenario not unlocked after completing Battleship scenario
- Fix can't send horse/car to other cities when main city is full
- Fix achievements not unlocking when unlocking multiples achievements at the same time
- Fix tutorial not finishing by itself when buying the upgrade (it needed to close menu)
- Reduce consumption of the city in the early game
- Increase the probabilities for spawning artifacts on ships in Librarian scenario
- Increase distances of other cities
- Horses/cars in autosend will not change their destination until autosend is disabled. It allows having 2 vehicles going in autosend in main city while having 1/2 vehicles in reserve to send manually in other cities
- Add a small text when select horse/car to tell where it is going

In this update, we want to show you the new creature of the Ranch: Owls!
We want to include different types of owls you can care for on the Ranch, and here is one of them:



We've also implemented the following features to the ranch system:
You can build different houses for your creatures in dedicated spaces near your cottage.

• Owls, Rabbits and more creatures to come will wander around these houses and will have different states. For example, the owls sleep during the day and are more active when the sun goes down
  
• Rabbits sleep at night and are graciously livid, jumping and running during the day.
  
• All creatures will take cover when it's raining!

You will have to put food on their houses, clean them and interact with the creatures.

We have a special guest on this blog: The quirky Apothecary shopkeeper!
You will find this intriguing character if you pass by the apothecary shop in the apprentice town.
The shopkeeper will happily sell you seeds, ingredients, and other witchy trinkets for your journey to become a wizard.
You might remember that the shopkeeper is not just the regular shopkeeper; it hides a (well, it's not so well-hidden) fluffy secret under their attire...👀




In the following pictures, you can see the player interface, with a clock on the right side, which indicates the time of day, the weather, and the date...



We've added a broom indicator that will tell you whether you can ride the broom in certain areas. At the bottom, there are 2 different hot bars, the hot bar for items and a secondary hot bar for the spells.



We've also added a mana indicator, indicating how much mana you have left to use with spells. Look at the new interface for the inventory and workstation such as the cauldron.

Save game optimization

**You will not be able to load your current Save File with this new version**

A small update to 1.14.1, which addresses the following:

• Only play Honour announcement if honour taker is on the current client
  
• Fix resizing menu banners in the clubhouse when window is resized
  
• Fix awarding skins pot to player winning sudden death round
  
• Fix correct club unlocks when host applies club set limit
  
• Move Steam notification back to top right corner

Jackbox Games is hitting the Steam Next Fest circuit again with two brand-new games! Head on over to Steam to try out a demo of The Jackbox Party Pack 10 before the official release on Thursday, October 19th!

About Steam Next Fest
Steam Next Fest is a multiday celebration where Steam users can try out game demos, chat with developers, watch livestreams, and learn more about The Jackbox Party Pack 10.

The fest begins on Monday, October 9th at 10 AM PT and ends on Monday, October 16th at 10 AM PT. During this window of time, you’ll be able to download The Jackbox Party Pack 10 demo from this Steam page and try out abbreviated rounds from two of the new games in the pack. Once the fest ends, the demo will no longer be available to be downloaded!

It’s the perfect chance to scope out some of your options before you plan your Halloween party game night. The only spooky part is missing out!

In This Demo
The Next Fest demo will contain one round of two games in The Jackbox Party Pack 10: FixyText and Dodo Re Mi. Each game will be available to play in English, French, Italian, German, Castilian Spanish, and Latin American Spanish.

Note: If you play more than that round, you’ll start to see repeated content! These are not full games. Tee K.O. 2, Hypnotorious, and Timejinx are NOT included in this demo and will be locked from play in the game’s lobby.

After you try out the game, add it to your Steam wishlist so you don’t miss alerts when the game is released or on sale in the future. The entire Pack will be available for play on October 19th.
