Hello, dear Battle Craft players! We are excited to share with you the latest news about the recent changes in our game. Let's take a look at what we've prepared for you:
Menu scene update: • We've replaced the icons for all resources with new ones, giving the game a fresh look.
With this update, additional contract missions and items will be added. Furthermore, some bugs and balancing issues related to active slot part upgrades will be addressed.
Feel free to post your feedback on our Discord server. The feedback of the community is very important in the process of creating this game. Feature requests and a supportive dialogue with the players is much appreciated.

This update includes new content and a number of improvements! Check it out below!
Firstly, the Steam Next Fest Island is now live and players will be able to unlock the EVIL items right now! We’ve increased the player level to 73 so you can begin earning tech points to unlock these awesome new cosmetic items! We’ve got a new cosmetic material, new skins, a new switch plate, and some profile customizations too!
The entire NEXT FEST Island content is available to unlock for free.
MORE LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS!
You thought we were stopping at visual improvements with the new interiors! Of course not! We’ve made a few more adjustments. Firstly the towers now emit light based on the colour of the tower!
We’ve also improved the visual look of the flooring for interiors!
The final change for this update is dynamic indoor/outdoor lighting. As you move into buildings and under cover the lighting will adjust accordingly by adjusting the post-processing filters to suit whether the player is within an interior or outside.
One of the areas we noticed that there was some drain on performance was when the game created the wheel smoke effects. We’ve made some adjustments and you should see an increase in performance.

Opacity change for Crosshairs
Rebalanced Mass on unobtanium used in Powerful Robocraft. This should feel a little different to drive and be heavier.
Fixed incorrect string for the Battle Matrix unlock.
The CRF Search fix is also underway and may not immediately work but we are expecting it will be fixed within the next day.
When indexing colors, a new algorithm is used - Median cut.
The game by default has a limit on the width and height of the loaded image, which is 1024 px. If the picture is larger than the specified size, it will be automatically scaled.
The user can remove the limit on the size of the uploaded image by adding the following parameter to the config.json file:
"unlockLimitUpload":true
or change the limit (increase or decrease) by adding:
"maxLimitUpload":2048
Examples of these fields are in the config_default.json file.
We're excited to announce that the demo for 'Hollow Cocoon' will be available during Steam Next Fest in October, starting on October 9th at 4:00 AM PT (Pacific Time).
In the demo, you'll have the opportunity to experience a portion of the game's early stages. Immerse yourself in the nostalgia of 1980s Japan as you gradually uncover the creeping fear that comes with the arrival of nightfall. We invite you to be among the first to experience it, and the demo will continue to be accessible even after the festival ends.
Today we'll go into more detail about character creation, training and matchday in the World Cup demo of Goalgetter and have a few new screenshots for you.
1st character creation:

2nd Training:
💪 Full throttle or strategy? Do you give it your all in training or save energy for the big game? Your decision could still prove important.
Matchday 3:
📋 Lineup: Your coach will tell you if you start. No starting spot? Maybe you can call in a favor. Or settle for a spot on the bench or in the stands.
⚽Live ticker & tactics board: Follow the game live, analyze the tactics and interact with the coach.
🥅Game-changing moments: When the opportunity presents itself, YOU make the decision. Do you take the shot yourself or pass it? Your player's skills and the opposing goalkeeper's skills could make the difference.
The question is: Will your decisions, skills and strategies make the difference? Will you be the Goalgetter?
Today we will keep it short and offer you a sneak peek from your favorite section: "You want it, we got it for you!" - this time, featuring new item containers!
It has been a few weeks now, since we talked about our community suggestion list in the Dev Diary #285. That is exactly how these containers came into existence. You suggested them! The Suitcase holds clothes and into the Folder you can hide sheets of paper. So, feel free to start preparing for your Ylands bureaucratic career or just matching all the different outfits that you always want in your inventory.
